The Sorrows of the Fairy Queen ~ Reyna & Lykfilia

(RH)

What the actual hell is going on right

now!? So the guy that's been stalking us for a while is actually one of the holy trio? That means if he joins us, we only need to find the last one and then we can go on to stop the war before it happens!

"Hey, Mister Lesauvage?" I asked, breaking the awkward silence.

"Just call me Leviathan or Levi, please," He paused. "What is it?"

"I was wondering if you knew anything about the last one, the other female."

"No, I'm afraid not, I'm sorry. Spectre and I split ways about five hundred years back."

"Oh. But if you were her, where would you be?" I asked him.

"I'd be far away from the capital city, that's for sure. She was never one for being social after all." He replied with a sad tone.

I looked beside me to see that Lyka had changed back to what she looked like when I met her. She had a calm, relaxed expression on her face.

"Well, if you don't mind, I have places to go. You know, to look for Spectre." I said, kindly indicating that we had to leave, or be left behind.

"I'll tell you something about Spectre. If she wanted to be found, you'd already have found her. " Leviathan told us.

"Woodworth is my best bet, and I've got nothing to lose anyways." I turned around, and started walking away.

"Reyna?" Lyka asked.

"Yes?"

"You're going the wrong way."

I turned around and speedwalked past them again.

I smiled at Reyna as she went by.

I turned to Leviathan, who just chuckled.

"Now that, is one determined girl." He said.

"I feel like we should follow her, since I kind of promised I'd help her."

"Alright, we'll follow her to Worthwood. But I'll say it again, if Spectre wanted to be found, she'd already be here." He said.

We started walking in silence, following Reyna's path. After quite a while, I decided to ask him something.

"So Leviathan, how come you were in the middle of Woodsage?

"Well, I was kinda bored of being in Westerburn all the time, so I decided to travel around. I had a bit of a bad run-in with the Knights of Ice when I was in Euthoria, but I think that passed. Their leader, Stradivarius, is a complete idiot by the way, and if it was up to me, the guy wouldn't ever have been a knight, much less a leader. From Euthoria I went straight to Waterdale for a little stop at the land's second best tavern, the Cyan River. There I was called back to Mizeareigh by my father, only to be called a disappointment and a disgrace to the demon race. I told him to shut the hell up, and I left the place, just to go back to Waterdale, to travel to Woodsage, to yet again run into that bastard Stradivarius, who while intoxicated, attempted to run me through with a sword. He missed, so a fight broke out between very drunk guys at the tavern. Then I met Sirius, nice guy by the way, who told me to run while I still could. Eventually I left the place, and that's when I met you again."

"Fascinating."

"Do I sense sarcasm?"

"Yes you do."

"So I guess you guys are good friends then?" It was Reyna. We'd finally caught up with her, thanks to superhuman speed.

"You could say that." I said.

"Oh, Were you guys like, dating or something?"

Before I could say anything, Leviathan replied.

"Unfortunately no. I've only fallen for someone once, and she was a vampire. Sadly, my father found out about our relationship, and he kinda wanted to brutally murder us both, so I broke it off. You see, my father wants me to settle down with a nice psycho demon girl." He shrugged. "Demons just aren't my type I guess."

I was shocked. He really didn't remember?
