Ian's Pov
Today it's our first exam so I've English exam and these past few days after what happened between Moon and I. I'm trying my absolute hardest to focus on studying but it seems like it's stuck in my mind it was actually the best day of my life I can't forget it at all just the thought of it there is a smile on my face I feel like a child again, even after what she did I couldn't help and forgive her I actually forgot everything hurt me the second she spelled the word. I wanna jump, scream and dance plus I'm so excited to see her today just to see her pretty face and she's gonna turn my day upside down
About Emily...She didn't answer any of my calls I know nothing about her nothing after her confession of her falling in love with me. I mean she's like my little sister I never thought of her in that way and just thinking of me, her dating makes me wanna vomit no offense, but I just can't do it we've been best friends since tenth grade. I just can't.
I walked to my English class and took a seat while waving at Mrs.Jenny then said good morning. After seconds Moon entered the class smiling at Mrs.Jenny and when she saw me her eyes lit up and immediately my heart started to race and my hands started to shake.
"Hey Ian" She whispered taking a seat beside me
"Hello" I smiled back at her
"You're ready for the exam?" She asked
"I think I am..you?" I raised one brow
"I think I'm too...Well Ian I don't know but I think I will do good. Well I hope" She said nervously and I chuckled
"How are you and Emily now?" I huffed at her question
"I don't know anything about her I think I'm going to talk to her after the exam to sort things cause she told me things that are pretty messed up" I said running my fingers through my hair ruffling it a little
"Okay, I hope things turn out good between both you" She smiled at me after those words Emily entered the class with pale skin, puffy and hella red eyes, her eyes fall on Moon and I and then she sat at the end of the class. Moon looked at me and then she holds my hand gently while mouthing 'it'll be fine trust me' I nodded at her while running my thumb on the tips of her fingers
"Alright class get ready for the exam it's going to be easy I promise but first I don't want to hear a single voice I want all of you to concentrate on your paper and second no cheating no whispering and no mumbling. Good luck students hope for you all the best" She said giving all of us the papers

We finished the exam and Mrs. Jenny started collecting the papers while wishing for us the best again
"I'll go to my locker and leave you to talk to Emily so you can sort things out. I'll be waiting for you hoping for good news please" She said kissing me on the cheek. I smiled while nodding my head.
I looked behind me and saw Emily staring right at me. Oh God I'm in trouble.
"Em-" She cut me off
"Shut the f**k up" She said running out of the class. I stood up to follow her but Mrs.Jenny stopped me with a purple notebook in her hands
"This notebook fell off Moon's bag can you give it back to her?" She asked me
"Course" I said taking the note from her hand and ran out of the class and I found Emily leaving through the school doors
"Emily" I yelled, running trying to put Moon's notebook in my bag while chasing after Emily
When I finally was so near to her I grapped her elbow making her turn around to face me
"What do you want?" She said crossing her arms and I was trying to catch my breath
"Why are you acting like this? When I'm the one who's supposed to be mad" I said
"Seriously Ian I confessed my love to you four days ago and now I'm watching you while Mrs.Robin kissing you on your cheek. How am I supposed to feel after that Ian?"
"And How I'm supposed to know that you're in love with me since, I don't know when?" I hissed
"I don't care. All I care about that I told everything I'm feeling and you just throw it aside like nothing" She raised her voice a little
"You f**king told me that you were planning with Jessica and her friends behind my back of anyway to separate me and Moon away from each other that's so f**king low of you" I took a breath and continued " Even when I told you the I love Moon which it was months ago. I thought you would be happy for me but guess what, you planned to separate us so let's talk about this one, you know that I hate those people no I despise them you Emily you went to talk with them..with Jessica, Damien, Alexander and Vicky planning a way to hurt me. YOU KNEW everything, you planned everything every fight we had, I knew for sure you knew about it" Her eyes started to water but I didn't stop " So I suggest for you to thank God that I'm here standing TALKING WITH YOU trying to sort things out cause I don't want to lose you" I said literally out of breath
"What about Moon she chose Damien over you She always wanted to be with them even though we warned her thous-" I interrupted her by this sentence that ruined everything
"DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF TO MOON" I yelled at her and after finishing the sentence I completely regret what I said
"Emily I'm sor-"
"Save it" She said walking away. I returned back inside the school doors searching for Moon and found her beside her locker standing
"Hi" I said leaning on the locker
"So how it went?" She said frowning her brows
"Bad..pretty bad" I said looking down at my shoes
"I ruined it all" I shake my head.
"Oh. I'm sorry" She said comforting me and I shrugged.
"I'll talk to her later" I took a deep breath
"How was the exam?" She asked
"I did better than I thought" I smiled proudly and she giggled
"You?" I asked
She shrugged "Not bad I think" She grinned

It was the end of the school day and I offered Moon a ride home and suddenly I remembered something I want to ask her about that I didn't understand and confused me a lot
"Moon?" I said looking at her for a second then focused back at the road
"Hmm?" She hummed looking at me
"Can I ask you something?" She nodded
"Why did you said that day you were in my room 'before everything changes' what is the meaning behind this sentence?" I asked
She pauses a second then got what i was referring to "Curiosity killed the cat" I furrowed my eyebrows at her sentence
"What?" I whispered
"I told you I'm trying to protect you" She said
"I can protect myself" I said
"Still I can't tell you anything nor explain Ian please just drop it" She huffed putting her hair behind her ear
I stopped in front of her house and said nothing she got out of the car and walked to the door while saying a small 'Thank you'
I don't know what is this girl hiding that she can't tell nor explain about it. What is she hiding that big that she said she's only doing it to protect me. Protect me from what and who. My head is going to f**king explode from thinking about her and every word she said.
I stopped in front of my home and got out of the car I opened the front door and entered my home
"Nan" I yelled
"Here Ian" She yelled back, I ran upstairs to her room, entered her room, I walked to her kissing her hands and forehead
"How you doing?" I said
"I'm fine... How is the exam went sweetheart"
"Very Good " I nodded she patted my back and smiled at me
"Now go change your clothes and let's eat lunch okay?" I nodded and went to my room
I opened my backpack to put my school stuff on my desk to get ready for the next exam that is the day after the purge. I put my notebook and pencil case on the desk then I found this unfamiliar purple notebook and after seconds I remembered it belongs to Moon. I completely forgot about it I'll give it to her the next time I see her, I left it and was about to go but I turned because I got curious then I opened a random page and the second I read the first two lines I felt my heart dropped
