Our Story: Spirit Wielders

Shizuka smiled in amusement, shocking everyone-- including Kishi and Yuzuki who stared at her agape. They never knew what she was thinking, especially now. Their looks of puzzlement and pure confusion wanted to make the female laugh so hard, but she held it in.

For the sake of her plan, she muffled her laughter. She was close to where Kishi and Yuzuki were, so she scooted over. Resting her palms on top of her hips, Shizuka tilted her head to the side with a smile before speaking.

"You really didn't think that we would be so heartless to leave you here, would we~?"

The villagers gaped their mouths at her whilst the children looked around unknowingly. They didn't know what the situation was, nor did they know about what the adults were talking about. All they knew was to "stay quiet and listen."
