><>No One's POV<><
In the very center of Minecraftia, there was a low rumble. The tallest building in the center with a dome top shook more than the others around it. Then, the dome, which was made with all different colors of wool, burnt away in a blazing white fire that burnt quicker than normal fire would. Once the wool was burnt away an obsidian dome was revealed underneath it.
The city continued to rumble. People began to shake and murmur about what might be causing it. They all slowly began looking to the obsidian dome in the center of the city elevated above everything else.
It seemed as if something trapped inside the obsidian was trying to break out. Something huge. Obsidian was pushed slightly from their places outwards. Whatever was trying to break out caused the entire building to vibrate. Then, it became quiet. It was a painful silence that made everyone hold their breath.
BOOM!!!
All the obsidian blocks that made the dome were sent flying into the sky by a huge shockwave, crashing onto the rest of the city. Everybody screamed at the blinding lights that consumed the sky. Menacing laughter broke free with the gold and black light. No one even knew how black light was even visible. It just was. To everyone's astonishment, Herobrine floated up from where the dome was with a menacing smile on his face. Everyone screamed at the sight of him.
"Let the game begin." He mumbled so quietly to himself only he could hear the lowness in his voice. Then, everyone's attention was turned to the new being who rose up into the air. Hazel.
><>Herobrine's POV<><
"Let the game begin." I growled to myself with the proudest smile I could offer. Finally. After all those years, my plan would be complete! I would bring destruction to Minecraftia that no one would be able to survive to not be able to forget. After that, I would take my army, made up of those I chose to keep alive and attack the already warring Physical World.
Hazel recovered from having just blasted open the obsidian prison containing her, slowly. She didn't realize how weak she was at first and fell back down onto the obsidian. But she landed firmly on her feet and kept standing like a robot, just letting g herself slowly recover. I hadn't properly seen her since the change so I dropped down to see how she was doing.
She looked the same, well, mostly. I circled around until I was looking at her face. But she was looking down at the obsidian floor that was still intact.
"Hazel." I spoke to her to gain her attention. In response, she looked dead into my eyes. Into my very soul. Her eyes. Th- they were like mine. But also the complete opposite. They were solid black. Completely expressionless. And instead of glowing like mine, they seemed to absorb the light around them like mini black holes. I trembled at the sight of those eyes. Never had I thought my sweet little Hazel would look so merciless, so ruthless, so.. evil.
"What do you wish for me to do, Uncle?" She offered, bowing on one knee to me. Her voice was muffled but made me think of electricity somehow.
"Don't call me uncle." I told her, not really disgusted, but similarly. This was not the Hazel I knew. This was not my niece. And I didn't want THIS THING to be calling me uncle. Part of me wished for the old Hazel. But I knew that if I wanted her to help me, she would need to be like that until everything needed to be done was done.
"Very well." She said, standing once again and looking directly into my eyes. I had to look away. I couldn't stand her soulless gaze. It hurt me inside. Her soul was the only thing really left of her. And I took that away, locked it in some cage, forced it to change. Soul crushing.
I shook myself from mourning my niece's innocence and prepared an order, "Do what you want with the city." I finally made myself smile menacingly once again. "Make this city suffer. Leave nothing but ash remaining! Make it so that Minecraftia suffers so badly, that if my brother is still alive, he will have no choice but to return!" I ordered. This wasn't just a power trip. It was revenge. If my brother returns, which I was sure he would, he would come to the sight of his own daughter by my side and I would force him to watch as me and his own daughter destroy the very world he created when we were only kids! I would finally get my revenge.
"As you wish, sir." Hazel sneered. She then hovered up and a glowing sphere of gold surrounded her as a shield. Once she was at a good perching point, Hazel shot beams of golden energy down on the buildings. The energy burnt right through them like lasers. Fire rose from where the buildings we burnt.
"Launch the canons!!!" I shouted to whoever was listening. In just a few seconds I watched as creepers flew from outside the walls and rained down on the town just on the other side. That forced those around the edge to run to the center of town, where they would be unable to escape. Doomed where they stood.
My plan was almost complete. I was so close.
