Missing killers

Kaycee sighed and looked around, hoping to see a familiar face. Kaycee gulped as her eye fell on a thin man sitting on a nearby bench.

Kaycee walked, slowly towards the bench. She said, stammering, "Dad? I am sorry."

David sighed and stretched his hands and turned around facing her, with a stern face.

Kaycee looked down at her feet, filled with fright and anxiety. David said, coldly, "I had to reveal myself and your mother to three freaking peoples because of you.

And you know what? I had to kill them too." Kaycee didn't understand it at the first attempt, but she slowly processed it.

Kaycee didn't talk back or protest because she could tell her father is in a bad mood, or not so comfortable, right now.

Kaycee's silence made David calm down a bit. He was satisfied because she didn't talk back and understood what he meant.

David asked, sternly, "Don't repeat it, again. GOT IT?" Kaycee sniffled a few times and nodded.
