Chapter 16 Panic Attack.

I was at school on the hockey field picking up cones that where circled around the poles that where ment to have nets attached but never did. Earlier I had done a special trick, The trick was that I could roll backwards on my back and curl my legs and my body into a ball with my arms still on the ground. While my legs where over my head and on the other side,

With my knees bent on the ground on the sides of my body. Miss talor and my classmates watched in awe. Then Jessie a boy with glasses goofy face dark brown wavy hair that hung over his eyes slightly. And brown eyes. I did the trick while everyone was sitting on the grass watching. "She has scoliosis". Jessie claimed. later I was walking to the school equipment shed to put some cones away until he walks over and said.

"You might have scoliosis it's a thing when your spine is in the opposite direction" "It's very dangerous!". he warned he also said that people with it had to have screws In their back. I just stood there touching my spine...

When we got back home I looked in the mirror at my spine. Running my hand along it to make sure I wasn't at least a bit curved. I started to panic. Thoughts of me having surgery spinning through my mind. I turned on the hot water. I sat down and cried...

I heard someone coming in. It was sonic!

"Oh...God no!"....

I sat there with my head down, knees up. And arms wrapped around my legs. While the water ran. "Hey what's Wrong?". I heard him say. My eyes shot open, I looked at him. He knew I had been crying about something.

"Oh my god Hannah What's Wrong? What's the Matter?!". he said in a concerned voice. He hugged me and I told him everything. "Shhhhhh it's okay your fine! Nothings wrong with you! Your spine is fine". "It's okay!".

I just cried. "Shh Shh shh Shhhh It's okay, your okay". He looked at me seriously and showed me that my spine was fine. I calmed but I was a little shaken. "It's okay, Your fine. Shhhhhhhh,

Shhhhhhhh,". soon I finally calmed down.

then he kindly said Goodbye and left. It's amazing of the abilities that the mind can do in times of need. :)
