Level up

As Luke left the CoD base, he began his walk.

After strengthening his body, and putting up a few barriers in case of sneak attacks, he dashed in the general direction of the enemy camp. Since he was only level 43, he could not fly. And using his Lukemobile was not too noisy and easily attracted a lot of attention.

Instead, running with barriers up and using active steal not only was just as fast as the Lukemobile, but easier to travel in the woods, and also allowed him to train his spells, as well as reaching the conditions to activate the Intelligence training method.

Soon, he arrived at his destination after 1 day of travelling. Here, he decided to take a break and recover all his mana before entering the battlefield.

His objective for this trip? Earn exp. as much as he could within a few days and then return as silently as he arrived.

Wearing his signature black mask, he waited for an hour for him mana to recover fully. It took only this much time since he had not used a lot of it on his way here.

With that done, he reactivated his stealth. This way, no one below his own level would be able to see him unless he was not able to kill his enemy in one strike. At that moment, it was the morning, and the battle was raging on.

Countless strategies and tactics were being implemented by both sides, and countless lives were falling everywhere. Luke smiled, since such a chaotic environment was the most suitable battlefield for him.

Suddenly, the system gave him a notification.

=====================

He simply rushed into the battlefield, dodging all the attacks of the normal soldiers, and moved towards those juicier targets who were above level 10 within this battlefield.

As time had passed, the levels of both sides began to increase, from having all soldiers at level 5, to now beginning to have soldiers at level 10. Now, the commanders here were even level 20.

However, attacking the commanders now would cause confusion, and attract the attention of the true commanders of the wars, the high levelled NPC from each side who were commanding the commanders and waiting for the enemies to reveal all their cards.

Therefore, these level 10 were the best he could do.

He had already nearly completely cleared out the hunting grounds near the cliffs and so needed to give those beasts some time to reproduce and grow juicy with experience once more. Till then, he thought that this chaotic battlefield would be the most efficient method of earning exp. although level 10 was incredibly low levelled for him and would give him incredibly little exp, if he killed enough of them, he would earn enough exp.

His goal for this trip was to get enough exp to level up once.

With that said, he moved silently, using a sword and aura to instantly kill enemies. This way, even his aura would get trained, since killing enemies with a skill made the progress for that skill progress a lot faster.

Due to the existence of the level 10 enemies on both sides, aura blades were already spreading violently in every direction as they battled. No one would notice incredibly small ones hitting the level 10 aura wielders and other soldiers of Roland and Islesat just as they were about to die.

This was a truly despicable, ahem… efficient method of earning exp, with minimal effort and maximum profit. Luke liked this kind of things. Even back on Earth, instead of taking the risk and headache of investing in stock markets, he simply put half of his accumulated money into banks to generate money of its own, while sending the rest into buying 2 buildings and renting them out, while hiring a renting agency to handle everything related to the renting. This way, he had to do nothing.

Although he could no longer do nothing, kill stealing was the equivalent of this method, allowing him to earn exp rapidly considering he was only killing level 10 enemies.

After almost a day of killing, combined with the exp of 500 per 20 level 10 enemies he killed, he finally levelled up once, which was a lot faster than he expected.

Without alerting anyone else, he silently left the battlefield. He already knew that those peak level people, who considered themselves the chess layers of this war, and everyone else as chess pieces and variables, had already detected his presence.

However, since he only targeted already dying enemies who were not too important to the enemies, they were not willing to reveal themselves in front of Leon's chess players. Therefore, they decided to ignore him as long as he did not cause too much trouble. Thankfully, he left just as he was beginning to get on the nerves of the enemies.

'Keke. Levelled up once in one day. Imagine if I can keep this up forever, One level per day. Level 300 by the end of the year. I would be invincible.'

But Luke knew that that was only a pipe dream. As he levelled up, killing lower levelled mobs would at some point only give him 1 exp, while he himself might need billions of exp to level up.

With his level up, Luke decided to enjoy it and return back once the war has reached a level where level 20 and 25 become the normal battle force. For now, he could send in the players to level up like crazy!
