Embracing Peace

What a joy it is when there is a baby in the family.

'twas September 2019 when my nephew came into this world, and everyone were glad. The second baby that will lighten up the serious world of every adult in the family, noting the fact that the first one, which is my son is a jealous boy who can not accept that he now has a baby cousin.

Oh! He has been spoiled ever since he was a baby, he was the center of attention of everyone in our family. That maybe why he has a hard time accepting that he is now a kuya (older brother).

Three Birth days and two travels. Enough to keep me occupied and break me free from the stressful corporate job that i have.

A busy month.

A joyous month.

How wonderful it is to be alive when everything seems so calm and peaceful like a gentle wind passing, lulling you into sleep.

In times like this, I can think that all the hardships are nothing compared to what God can give. You see, even the single leaf, I tend to be thankful and appreciate it's worth when everything is just beyond what I wish for. Have you ever had this feeling or experienced?

Like you were just sitting along the beach, savoring the peacefulness of the sea and embracing the ray of sunshine with the cold wind brushing your skin --- and all this fills your soul and you were just grateful for everything.
