The saviour of the yoruba people of Nigeria, without her the ancestral home of the yorubas would have gone into extinction.
But she did all these with an unbearable price...

Yes, the king has other wives as it was customary for them to have a polygamous family. This lifestyle is still largely practiced here in Nigeria as well as other parts of Africa.


What kind of temperament do you think Moremi have??


Just as covid 19 pandemic outbreak restricted our movement, so were the people of Ife restricted except they could walk tho in fear of the forest spirits and not the virus and no masks ( remember to abide by the rules of safety in times like this 😷 let your mask be your friend and wash your hands regularly).
