Part 6

Alex was woken up by the ringing of someone's phone. She groaned and went to see whose phone was ringing but was held back by someone's arm. Looking down, Alex realized Stiles had his arm wrapped around her waist. Alex blushed and took Stiles' arm off her waist before going to find the ringing phone.

"Hello?" Alex asked, answering Stiles' phone.

"Hey, Alex," Scott's voice said from the other end of the line. "Can you and Stiles pick me up?"

"Where are you?" Alex asked. "What happened?"

Scott sighed before telling Alex where he was.

"Alright," Alex said. "I'll wake Stiles up and we'll come to get you."

"Wait, Stiles is actually sleeping?" Scott asked, sounding surprised.

"Yup," Alex said, letting out a small laugh.

"Once in a lifetime thing right there," Scott joked.

"Yeah," Alex said. "Okay, I'm going to wake him up. We'll see you in a bit."

"Okay," Scott said before hanging up.

Alex sighed and decided to pick the wrappers up off the floor before waking Stiles. She noticed how peacefully he slept even as she was making a whole bunch of noise.

Once Stiles' room was cleaned up, Alex decided that it was time to wake him up. She walked over to Stiles and lightly shook him. Stiles didn't even budge. Alex sighed and started shaking Stiles again, this time more violently. This sure woke Stiles up because his eyes flew open within the first few shakes.

"Good morning, sunshine," Alex said sarcastically.

"What the hell?" Stiles asked, looking at his alarm clock.

"Scott needs our help," Alex said.

"Alright," Stiles said, sitting up and rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

"C'mon," Alex said. "He's waiting for us on the side of a road."

"Wait, seriously?" Stiles said, both looking and sounding more awake.

"Yeah," Alex said. "Now let's go."

Stiles got out of bed and grabbed two sweatshirts, tossing one at Alex. He frantically put his on while running out of the room.

Alex put hers on before chasing Stiles out of his room and to his Jeep, which he had already started.

The drive was silent and neither Alex nor Stiles spoke until they spotted a shirtless Scott.

"There," Alex said, pointing at Scott.

Stiles pulled over and took off his sweatshirt as Scott got into the Jeep. Once Scott was in, Stiles handed him the sweatshirt on and Scott put it on.

"You know what actually worries me the most?" Scott asked, diving right into a conversation.

"If you say "Allison", I'm gonna punch you in the head," Alex said.

"She probably hates me now," Scott said, leaning his head against the headrest.

"Yeah, you know who else hates you right now?" Stiles asked.

"Who?" Scott asked.

"Alex," Stiles said.

"Wait, why?" Scott asked, shifting in his seat to look at Alex.

"Now's not the time," Alex said. "But, I totally doubt Allison hates you. However, you might want to come up with a pretty amazing apology."

"Same goes for Alex," Stiles said, interrupting Alex. "But you're going to actually apologize to her."

"Stiles, I'm gonna smack you," Alex said.

"Anyway, it's either that or you could tell her the truth and revel in the awesomeness of the fact that you're a fricking werewolf," Stiles said.

Scott says nothing but gives Stiles a sideways glare.

"Okay, bad idea," Stiles said.

"Don't worry, we'll get through his," Alex said. "If he has to, Stiles could chain you up himself on full moon nights and feed you live mice."

Scott gives Alex a confused look.

"Hey, I had a boa once," Stiles said. "I could do it."

Scott simply shakes his head. "Just take me home."

"Will do," Stiles said, continuing to speed down the road.

Once Scott had been dropped off, Stiles drove back to his house.

"You really didn't have to say that you know," Alex said as they pulled into Stiles' driveway.

"What do you mean?" Stiles asked, turning off his Jeep.

"Telling Scott that he owed me an apology," Alex said. "You didn't have to do that."

"I'm sorry," Stiles said. "It just bothered me that it didn't bother him."

"He wasn't even there to see me panicking," Alex said. "I appreciate the fact that you care and want what's best for me, but I can deal with things by myself, okay?"

Stiles sighed. "Okay."

"Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go into the house and get some sleep," Alex said, getting out of the Jeep and walking into the Stilinski house.

Stiles sighed again, followed Alex into the house, and walked into his room.

Once Alex shut the door to her room, she walked over to her bed and laid down on it. She stared at the ceiling thinking about Scott. How are she and Stiles supposed to help him? Is she really mad at him?

Alex let out a deep breath and got out of bed deciding to change into a pair of pajamas. As she was grabbing her pajamas, Alex realized that she was still wearing Stiles' grey lacrosse hoodie. She smiled at that with a light blush crossing her cheeks before taking it off and laying it on her dresser. Alex changed and got into bed, pulling the blanket up to her chin.

Soon enough, Alex was asleep wondering what the future might hold.
