The Reason Why...

"Why did you play with me?"

All this while, Ah-Yeong had kept silent thinking that maybe Dae-Hyun would say something but they had already reached the destination and he was also taking her inside yet there was no talk from him. Ah-Yeong felt that she should only speak up. And therefore, she did.

However, she didn't realize that it would hurt this much that she would end up crying again.

By the time, Dae-Hyun turned around to see her, he saw tears falling out of her eyes which he so much wanted to see all the time. Although he wasn't able to take revenge in a way which he had planned, he felt very happy to see her cry and believed that his revenge was now successful.

He placed her luggage down and walked towards her.

With a sly smile on his face, he said "It was REVENGE!"

"Revenge?" Ah-Yeong looked up at him only to see his eyes twinkling with happiness.

"Yes, I wanted to make you suffer the same way you made me suffer that day."

When Dae-Hyun saw the look which he so much wanted to see on her face, he wiped the tears flowing down her cheeks and asserted with a crazy laugh "And now my revenge has been completed."

He gave a wild laugh and continued again "Seeing you cry had always been my plan. I had planned so many things for you but it is good that you got to know it beforehand, otherwise, who knew that you would have been even alive to witness all that."

*PA*

Never in her life, Ah-Yeong had thought that the person for whom she always had feelings for, had already made plans to take up a revenge just because, she broke up with him?! And up of that, he didn't even cared about what would happen to her?

Unable to control her feelings, Ah-Yeong slapped Dae-Hyun. She yelled at him "Just shut your f*cking mouth! If you were hurt that much by my actions then you should have never left me. Why did you ever leave me and go?"

She looked at him hoping to hear a reply but all she saw was his face which was fuming with rage.

With a small smile, Ah-Yeong lowered her head and continued "I never wanted to hurt you... It was just for your own good, Dae-Hyun. It is not my fault that you took me in a wrong way."

Stopping for a while, she hoped to hear something from him. Something that would turn the events but when she still got no response, she wiped her tears and said "I always had you in my heart, Dae-Hyun. But now, I don't even want to think about you, so, LEAVE!"

She didn't know why but her words became like a yell on their own. It just felt as if she had no control over her words. And with that, she looked up at him.

Dae-Hyun had also lifted his hand to slap her but he had stopped midway after hearing her. He retracted his hand and when he saw her wipe her tears and say those words, he felt that he once again had lost against her.

Nevertheless, he didn't want to express it on his face, so, he just said "Tch!!! Tch!!! Tch!!! You left such a good man for me." And walked away. Although, he regretted that things shouldn't have gone like this... instead they should have gone more worse, Dae-Hyun just felt that it was better to walk away.

No matter how much he said that he wanted to hurt Ah-Yeong, get a revenge, there was still a small part somewhere in the corner of his heart which was hurt to see her cry and wanted to be with her. But he had already made his promise and didn't wanted to do anymore bad than this so, he walked away.

He was partly thankful for the events to turn out like this.

When Ah-Yeong was left all alone, she crouched down and cried. She regretted her decision of leaving that good man for a person like him. At this time, her mother's request of leaving Dae-Hyun and having a stable and happy life came into her mind and she joined her hands and looked up in the sky.

"I'm sorry, Mother! I'm really sorry for not listening to you. I now realize that what you said was for my benefit and nothing else. I'm so sorry." Ah-Yeong was now very ashamed to even show her face to anyone and so, she decided to go into hiding.

She thought of going somewhere where no one would find her, somewhere in a small confined place, she decided to stay there and live the rest of her life over there.

But before that, she wanted to apologize to everyone. She knew that no one was going to accept her apology but she just wanted to come clean and ask for forgiveness.

Ah-Yeong had hurt Sang Hoon so much and she wanted to apologize him for that. Her actions were the rudest of all and she wanted to apologize for them. But how was she even to go and meet him after doing such a bad deed?

How nice it would have been if she hadn't started this in the first place? And actually waited for Sang Hoon to open up to her? Wouldn't they have been a good loving couple?

Ah-Yeong walked inside her car and decided to drive to her parents' house. By the time, she reached, the sun was coming out in the sky and the moon was going back to its place. She could see the lightish orange colour making the dark night sky, bright and shine.

She parked her car in the parking area and walked out. As she stepped out, the cool breeze flew over her body and she rubbed her hands. The robe which was given to her by Dae-Hyun was still on her and she looked at it.

A subtle smile came over her lips and within a second, she removed that robe and dumped it in the nearby trash can.

"I hate you, Kang Dae-Hyun!"
