Found and Pain

Elise P.O.V. Hi my name's Elise and this is my story the tale begins when on that fateful day which happened to be a dark and stormy day my mother packed a basket of goodies and medicine for my grandmother who was very sick so after I came down and ate my breakfast my mother said Elise I need you to deliver this to your grandmother by way of the forest and I said um mother are you sure that is a wise idea it is thudering out there not to mention the futher you venture into the woods the darker it gets and my mother said Elise stop being a little bitch and afraid of a little thunder or i will give you something to be afraid of I gulped but said alright mother I will see you when I return home had I known of the interesting fate that awaited me deep in the forest than I would have left even faster but instead I walked out the front door and then headed down the path that led to the gate at the edge of the property once I had arrived at the gate I opened it and walked out of it and the gate closed behind me then proceeded on my way into the enterance to the forest at first everything seemed somewhat normal considering that this forest was infamous for people disappearing in it and they would never be found again not even human remains were ever found for unknown reasons after the first hour of walking I accidentally wandered off the path to grandmother's house and ended up in a unfamiliar section of the forest that I didn't know exsisted after I walked through the unknown part of the forest for probably about a half hour when I got this feeling that someone or something was watching/following me just out of my sight but I thought it could just be one of the forest's many woodland animals that was when the storm above the forest started to pick up with some strong wind but I wasn't to scared of the storm after another hour the presence of danger had skyrocketed so I started to run when all the sudden I tripped over what I assumed was a tree root which sent me tumbling to the wet forest floor and I landed on my back facing the sky and that's when I saw the most terrifing sight in my life staring down at me was two pairs of bright shining yellow eyes that glowed in the pitch darkness at first I thought it was a deer until a pair of hairy arms yanked me onto my feet rather roughly and then slammed me into a tree so hard I felt several of my ribs crack from the impact it was at this moment that I saw a tall hairy creature that must be about 8 foot tall at this moment the moon had made its appearance in the tree canopy above and down shined the moonlight illuminating the creature/creatures and to my horror the stories that few people that have managed to survive traveling through the forest said that they had seen a werewolf/werewolves and were lucky to survive and the stories were true horribly true because out of the shadows stepped a pack of werewolves the first one to make its self known was the one that had me pinned to the tree this one must be one of the alpha's subordinates because when the other wolves made a move towards me it snapped it teeth at them which made them step away it then turned its attention towards me and spoke saying in a deep and menacing voice who are you and what are you doing in our domain. I tried to answer her question but I was to terrified to respond I thought to myself this is the end i'm going to die here all alone after I took a few deep breaths but I still couldn't speak it was then it said since you aren't going to reply to my question I might as well gut you like a fish right now and be over it. The subordinate of the clans alpha bared her claws and brought them down the tree and dragged them down towards my head but before the claws could rip apart my skull another werewolf stepped out of the pack and walked over and grabbed the subordinate's wrist thus stopping the claws I realized that this one must be the beta or omega werewolf because the subordinate stopped instantly his attack on me and let go of me and dropped me onto the cold forest floor and the beta or omega said Helen that is no way to treat a traveler especially a little girl I then broke down and started crying because of what they would possible do to me the beta or omega then said to the subordinate named Helen now look what you did she pointed at my cowering and trembling form you have absolutely petrified this girl she then pushed Helen out of the way and walked slowly towards me which only made me back up until my back hit the tree that I had been pinned against not to long ago which made me let out a bloodcurdling scream which stunned the gathered werewolf pack. I honestly thought that the point of me being mauled had arrived but instead of fighting to the death against these creatures my knees gave way leading me to fall down onto my back against the tree I said to the beta or omega please don't kill me the beta or omega once she walked to me she sat down next to me and must have felt fear eminating from me because she pulled me into arms at which I started to cry again the beta then did something that I hadn't expected she said don't fret little one we aren't going to harm you more than what Helen did to you she then said my name's Miranda I'm this pack's healer as well as the alpha of this pack she brushed my left side that had the cracked ribs which I howled out in pain from the claws that had accidently grazed the spot Miranda then said with concern and compassion in voice sweetie please remove your shirt and let me look for any injuries I nodded very scaredly and did what she suggested and took off my shirt and let Miranda look at it she looked over my body until she found the source of my pain she then took a deep breath and said what's your name dear child and I replied my name's Elise so how bad is it which Miranda said with a sad sigh several of your left ribcage bones are sticking right through your skin and if left on untreated that they could get infected and you will die she then said to one of the other pack members please get Muriel which the random werewolf disappeared into the crowd of werewolves but he came back a few minutes later with the one that I assume is Muriel Miranda then said to me Elise you don't have to be afraid this is Muriel my protege and she will administer some pain reliving cream to your ribs after I have fixed them Miranda then turned to Muriel and said did you bring my med bag and Muriel said yes I did she then handed the said bag to Miranda who said thank you she then reached into the bag and pulled out a pipe like object and said if the pain becomes to much bite down on this okay which I nodded and said yes ma'am Miranda then said Elise this is going to be excruciating painful if you need to take a breather just let me know okay to which I said okay Miranda then said ok let's start Miranda then said Muriel can you hold her still so that I don't end up hurting her more than she already is and Muriel said yes she then firmly but gently grabbed my arms and held them over my head and then Miranda then pushed the first rib back into place which was so excrucating that I said Muriel can you put the pipe in my mouth and she said yes I can little one she then placed the pipe in my mouth which I clinched with my teeth tightly then Miranda reset another one of my ribs back into my ribcage and said just three more to go sweetie she then snapped the next one back into  place followed by the next one, the final one was a different story Miranda had a grim look on her face she said Elise good news and bad news the good news is that four your ribs are reset the bad news is that your fifth rib is twisted akwardly to an angle so I'm going to have to twist it back to normal and then reset it so Miranda went about fixing the last rib when she twisted the rib back to the normal angle the pain was so intense that I passed out from the pain while I laid blacked out Miranda had finished reseting my final ribcage bone she then looked at my unconcious form and said to Muriel rather scared is she dead which Muriel said let me check so she put her ear to my chest and heard my heartbeat and said that she has a heartbeat which made Miranda much more calm then she had been a few seconds before Muriel then said what are going to do with her because we can't just leave her here she might die which Miranda said your right she's coming home with me and if Helen has a problem with her coming to the onclave with us than tough shit because if she has forgotten that I'm the goddamn alpha and I'm not going to just leave her here Miranda said Muriel put the pain relieving cream on my extremely swollen ribcage after Muriel had finished putting the pain relieving cream onto fixed left rib cage. Then Miranda picked up my unconcious form and carried me to the hospital where I would wake up there about ten days later from a healing coma.
