Things Belonged To A Girl

While imagining the expressions of joy and surprise on his face upon seeing her standing at his door, Sarah bought his favorite Almond pastries from the market and went to the apartment where he was living. That day, the security guard of the building was not in his usual place.

'He must have gone to the restroom.' She thought and giggled.

She had a very good friendship with the security guard. Had he been there, he would have been shocked to see her as well because she used to go there only on Saturday or Sunday.

Sarah entered the elevator of the apartment and pressed number 18 to Saket's floor.

She smiled at herself looking at the big mirror in the elevator. She arranged her astray gone wavy hair neatly and pinched her cheeks so they will look flushed and pink.

Upon glancing at her clothes, she pouted regretfully for not wearing typical girl's clothes.

Hmm, she should give him a big surprise on the upcoming Sunday. While thinking this, she grinned like a foolish teenage girl madly in love.

Ding!

The elevator stopped on the 18th floor and its doors opened. Sarah once again stared at herself in the mirror inside the elevator to confirm everything was alright.

Exiting the elevator, she started to walk towards Saket's apartment.

Standing in front of the main door, Sarah took a deep breath and typed the password of the house, and pushed the door open. Saket did not know that she knew his flat's password. Once, she had seen him entering the code and secretly memorized it.

Pleased with herself, she stepped into the house and took a look at the vast living room, but it was empty.

As soon as she was about to go ahead and call him out, Sarah bumped into something. She looked down at her feet.

Handbag of a girl!

She picked it up and took a closer look at it. It was of a baby pink color handbag with flashy creamy handles and studded with diamonds. It Looked like a product of a very expensive brand.

Sarah turned it upside down and found its brand name written at the bottom.

'Ray!'

There was only one shop of 'Ray' in the world, which manufactured only twelve Handbags throughout the year. One bag would cost millions of USD dollars...

'The girl who buys 'Ray' brand will be very rich. Has any of the special friends of Saket come from America?'

She was well known about such stuff because just two days ago Divya mentioned 'Ray' while they were looking for handbags. She was sighing continuously and whining while telling how much she wanted 'Ray's handbag in her accessories collection and Sarah had rolled her eyes at her. But now when she personally witnessed how eye-catchy the bag was, she understood Divya's infatuation and obsession was indeed something!

As she was about to go ahead and place the handbag on the couch, her eyes landed on the pair of beautiful pink colored sandals with golden lace, which were thrown carelessly in the middle of the living room, and at some distance away from each other.

Sarah shook her head helplessly. 'Who is this much-spoiled girl than me? I often throw my shoes out at the door as this and Rudra keeps it correctly.'

She smiled as soon as Rudra's face flashed in front of her eyes. He was her dear elder brother, whom she hadn't seen for one year. 'I don't know what mission he is working on right now.' Her eyes filled with longingness.

Sarah glanced at the sandals again. 'Perhaps Saket's cousin must have come who lives abroad.' Then she heard the sound of a girl laughing from the bedroom.

Smiling, she went near the bedroom's door which was just on the right side of the living room. Sarah heard Saket saying something on which the girl laughed again.

Both of them sounded very happy. Sarah looked at the two pastries she was holding in her right hand.

'I should have brought three. But no problem. I will share one pastry with Saket.'

She opened the bedroom door slightly. As soon as the door opened, a strange foul smell attacked her nostrils making her frown in disgust.

Sarah's senses flew away and she felt chilled to the core as soon as she witnessed the scene unfolding before her eyes. The smile disappeared from her face instantly.

Man's and woman's clothes were scattered everywhere in the room from door to bed. Raising her head, Sarah looked towards the kingsize giant bed and her heart skipped a few beats.

She felt her scalp went numb and her hands and feet became several degrees colder than the cold pastries in her hand. A strange pain arose in her heart. She held the door's handle firmly to support herself so that she would not fell on the cold floor beneath her feet.

'I think I am in the wrong house. This is not Saket's house.' She tried to lie to herself but the reality hit her hard.

Both were sitting on the bed facing floor to ceiling window and their back towards the door, Naked!

The girl, whom Sarah thought as Saket's friend or cousin, was sitting on his lap with her pale and dainty arms around Saket's neck.

Saket was playing with her long and thick velvety black hair. Both seemed lost in their own world. In between, he would also put his right hand on her bare body and press her limbs or torso, which tickled her and made her laugh or giggle again and again.

Sarah felt disgusted and nauseating after watching them interacting intimately that way. But after listening to what they were talking, her inner devil seemed to be awakening soon.

"Honey, I can't wait anymore. I want to stay with you, here." The girl said to Saket in her seductive voice. Now, they started to talk about business.

Saket's right hand which was fondling the girl's big breasts halted midway and he looked at her. "Give me some time." He said slowly as he leaned forward and rubbed his face in the girl's chest.

She pushed his face slightly away and looking into his eyes, she asked cautiously, "You have not fallen in love with that orphan girl, have you?"
