3rd person POV

The next day, Hazel's mother knocked on the door.

" Dear, you need to prepare for the wedding,"

There was no response, her mother knocked again, no response.

She thought Hazel was still sleeping, so she called a guard to bring a spare key to open the door. When she opened the door, Hazel was nowhere to be found. She was shocked.

" Honey, come Hazel has run away," she shouted to her husband

He quickly rushes over to her and said " What do you mean she run away?"

" Can't you see? Hazel is not here," she said panicking.

" Maybe she went to take a walk," he tried to be calm.

" Walk? do you see the time? It is 6 am in the morning, we all know that she usually wakes up at 10 or 11, please talk something better,"

" Iris," her dad shouted. It was Hazel maid who helped her escape.

She quickly comes to their aid, she was scared. She tried to be calm but to no avail.

" Iris, where is my daughter?"

" I don't know where she is," she said while her hand was sweating profuriously

" You don't know? How can she disappear here without any of us knowing? It will be of your best interest to tell us or if we find out that you helped her run away, I don't need to tell you what will happen," he said with anger in his voice.

Iris quickly kneel down.

" I tried stopping her but she won't budge,"

" Where did she go?" Hazel mother said,

" She went to Earth,"

" Earth? doesn't she know that war is on the line to happen? And you why will you help her when you know what is at stake," the Queen sat down on the bed and she was shaking her leg. Her hand was on her mouth

" You see it is your fault, if you have let me discipline her things won't have turn out like this instead you spoiled her and now she is showing you the fruits of you spoiling her,"

She stand up.

" You said I spoil her? When I told you to announce the news to her sooner you said that let her enjoy herself without getting worried about the marriage and now she run away you are saying I spoiled her," she said in anger " Tell me, which child will be happy to know they are getting married to a stranger? When you went to discuss about a way to make peace, the king tell you about the marriage you quickly agree like a fool,"

" You woman, watch what you say,"

" This is not the time to argue, we need to find Hazel right now and bring her back...there is no time to waste," Hazel aunt said.

She is Hazel mother sister, she doesn't live in the palace, she comes because of the wedding. She is Hazel favourite aunt.

" Iris, did she tell you where she will stay?"

" No, she only go to Earth,"

" Earth is a big place, how will we know where she goes to?" she said concerned

" Let's sent guards out to Earth to find her,"

They sent the guards out.

Five hours later, the guards came with no news and it is one hour left before the vampire prince comes.

" Where are we going to look for her? Why is this girl putting the lives of the demon in danger? Why?" the king said while looking up.

One hour later, they could hear a carriage sound coming closer,.

" They are coming, what are we going to do?"

" What choice do we have? Tell them the truth,"

The Vampire royal family arrives and The Queen, the king and the aunt went outside to greet them.
