Miss Helena

I was running in the middle of the woods in my wolf form. The heavy leaves of trees sharing the entire forest floor. The wind swerved and shook the leaves with a gentle breeze.

"Poppa!" a child called out. I looked to my side and saw two smaller wolves, pups to be exact.

They weren't trying hard to catch up to my speed.

"Poppa! ##### is in danger!"

I stopped in my track when I saw a large tree. Its sheer size outdid the others.

A hole was in the center of the tree and a smaller wolf pup was curling inside it.

"Hello?" I called out. My snow-like paws took me nearer the tree, the two pups running with me disappeared not long ago.

When I leaned in, a gush of black water greeted my face. I saw three eyes and a dying flower before I sat up and panted.

"Baby, are you okay?" Stephen asked.

My face and body were all sweaty. The sweat even got to my mates since they were cuddling on either side of me.

"I-I'm fine," I said. "Just a bad dream."

"You're so sweaty," Aaron whispered and took a towel to wipe my sweat off. "What did you dream about, love?"

I know I had no escape. I told them about my weird dream and they said it didn't make any sense so we shrugged it off.

After taking a shower, I flopped down the bed with new clean sheets. I laid on my back and watched my bump.

"It's getting bigger," Stephen whispered.

"Yeah," Aaron agreed.

My lips pursed at what they said. "Do I look fat in–"

I didn't get to finish when they bumped their lower parts on my thigh.

"You horny bastards!"

"Rough night?" Margaret asked as I was limping my way inside the kitchen.

"Yeah." Was my only response before I took a sip of my coffee. "They're merciless."

"You were screaming too much, guess it's safe to say you enjoyed it?" Margaret said with a knowing look. "Don't lie, Klyde."

"Yeah," I muttered.

Avery walked inside the kitchen and I realized he got taller. He was almost as tall as me now.

"How did this happen?" I asked Margaret, gesturing Avery's height from before and now.

"I don't know too," Avery said, taking his own sip of coffee.

'Mating unlocks different potential for every wolf,' Klint said.

After hearing his voice, my mood instantly lit up. 'Where have you been? I missed you.'

'I was busy.' Klint rolled his eyes.

'Busy doing what? You don't get to go anywhere,' I retorted. 'Sly wolf.'

Klint scoffed. 'Hey, do you even know that I have a house here? And I have an herb garden. Do you know how much care herbs need?'

Klint blocked me after that to which I scoffed. "How dare he?"

"Our wolves are acting weird these past few days,” Aaron entered the room with Stephen. They were both in their robes with only boxers underneath.

“Like what you're seeing?” Stephen asked with a knowing look.

I rolled my eyes and faced Margaret. "You know, sometimes I want to kick my mates in the balls.

She launched while my mates scrunched their faces. Aaron elbowed Stephen and glared his eye at our mate.

"But how can I stop loving them? Poor me.

I was instantly tackled after saying that.

"We know you love us," Aaron whispered.

"No more!"

I pushed them away and ran outside. I was in a decent outfit so it was okay for me to roam the halls.

Down the hotel lobby, my arm was gripped by old wrinkly hands.

"Hey– oh," I stopped when my eyes met with a shiny pair of ocean blue eyes.

A woman who seemed to be in her 90s nodded, "Luna, you are in grave danger.

"What do you mean?" I asked her.

She looked around before leaning in, "We cannot talk here. Can we talk somewhere in private?"

If there's one thing I learned from Avery, is that I should never talk to strangers.

“You can trust me,” she said. “Your wolf’s name is Klint, an egotistical wolf at that.”

‘Hey!’ Klint rolled his eyes. ‘I am not.’

‘Yes, you are.’

“And you are going in two months of your pregnancy. The first time you mated with your mates was the time you got pregnant, am I correct?”

I was lost for words. But then again, anyone can guess that. Mates usually conceive at their first mating, when the heat is in full peak after it was activated for the first time.

‘There is an old woman here. She knows something,’ I told my mates through the Alpha link.

‘Don’t trust her. She might harm you,’ Aaron instantly answered.

‘Where are you anyway? We’re on our way,’ Stephen said. I told them I was in the hotel lobby and they said they were already at the elevator.

I don’t know if I should trust this lady. She looks like she’s up to something.

“Olivia.” The name escapes her lips that made me break through my thoughts.

“That’s the name of the witch who raised you, right?” she said. “Let’s wait for your mates.”

I nodded and stood there in silence. She isn’t just a normal old lady.

A few seconds later, Alpha and Stephen came. They wore beach shorts and a black and white polo that hugged their muscles tightly.

“Miss Helena?”

Stephen’s eyes widened. “What are you doing here?”

“Good morning Little Stephen,” Miss Helena greeted. “It’s been a while hasn’t it.”

“You know her?” I asked her.

“She’s The Mother Titania, the trainer of Kaitlyn and Celestine!”
