Chapter 6 - Perfect Training .

Variys slowly wakes up in a room After he Used up Most Of His Magic & Lost conscious In the forest , the ceiling… it's the same one from the first day he came here

" this is ... "

" Good morning variys sama ... "

He turn to see Cana next to him .

" Cana .... You're alright ... What happened ? "

" You fainted After your fight with William yesterday "

" ... Uhh i feel drained out "

" I'm sure you do , you used up almost every single Magic power you had .is this like a habit of your , always passing out after a fight … " Said Naomi as she walked into the room

" Naomi .... "

" variys samaaaaaa " Shouts Celestine as she Gets in and jumps to his bed . She hugs him tells him how much she was afraid That she Could lose him ... But he's not listening as her breast is literally in His face .

" I can't.... I .... I can't breathe ..... " is what He tries to Say but the pressure of her cleavage rubbing him was too much as he is about to lose conscious again

' I'm … loosing …Conscious again …. am i gonna die this way....By suffocation from an elf breasts ....It's not a Bad way to go now That i think about it ' he thought to Himself .

Naomi pulls out Celestine away from him to give him a chance to breath all while explaining to him That After he Lost conscious they brought him to nozomu and got a room .

"And William ... !! " he asks her

" I don't know ... he disappeared After you used That powerful Magic spell . "

" Could it be ... You defeated him variys sama " said cana .

" No ... Using that technique definitely did some damage but it wasn't enough for me to take him down ... He was too strong … even for me ! " he said glunching " So he run away ?! " said Celestine wondering .

" Yeah ... Which means he is gonna Come back for me soon ... And at my current state i might not be .... "

The room suddenly stilled...

" So what are we gonna do ? " Asks him Naomi but with a smile as if she already know his answer ...

He quiets down for a minute then stand UP and grips his fists

" there is only one thing we Can Do in these types of situations . "

Celestine and Cana looks at him while wondering " which is ? " they asked .

He looks at them with a grin on his face .

" LEVEL UP !! "

LATER THAT DAY

" Where are we going variys sama ... " Asked him Celestine

" a dungeon "

" Iiiiiiih . Dungeon !! " Said Cana in surprise .

" But . Why . Also i thought it's only for level over 40 " Celestine replied

" That was a quest . We are not gonna do That . Not yet "

" Then why are we going variys kun ".

" Like i said , we need to train . And dungeons Could be a perfect way To level up and test new magic spells . "

" But what if we encounter a strong opponent " asked him Cana

" Don't worry . some Dungeons have levels , the more you go up the harder it Gets . So as long as we stay low , we should be fine . "

" So ...you planning to fight Monsters That have a level 9, like you" said Celestine.

He stops walking and turn around to the girls " Of course not , if you want to get stronger you have to surpass your limit . you have to face something stronger than you . Not too overpowered, but not too weak either , just strong enough to put you in a tough spot ... "

" so we are going to the level 10 ?! " Said Naomi

he turns to her with a smirk " no ... We are going up all the way to level 20 !!! "

Later That day .

On the other side of the town a knight in Black Armor with a huge black Sword attached to his back Is also walking towards the Dungeon . The town people are staring at him in fear but he is not bothered and unfazed as he makes his Steps in nozomu , tracking down the Demon Lord ....

As variys and the girls reach the dungeon & are about to get in he stops and turn to them

" Is everyone ready " he said .

Cana pulls the holly crystal as it seemed to have been used to her & is now well informed of its power , Naomi has a light Sword same as variys That was giving to them by King Damar . And Celestine Gets ready as she stands behind everyone since she is the healer and they will need her Help in case something went wrong . soon enough they all charged inside the Dungeon , it didn't take long for them to be greeted by the low level monsters so they didn't waste much time & bashed every Monster they could find. Goblins , Huge Spiders , and other Beasts ... They encountered all that as they went up the Dungeon defeating every Monster they could find in order to level up . variys kept using his spells in order to make them more powerful , more effective in battles since spells have levels too . while Cana alongside Naomi took down the weaker beasts and goblins , the higher they got the harder and more vicious the Monsters became.

they reached the 20th floor as the day almost came to an end so they decided to call it a win & heads back since clearly , they are tired and the Monster are gonna get a lot stronger from here on . they rest for a bit leaving Celestine & cana to catch their breath. suddenly They hear a man screaming , but it's weird . something is wrong Because it looks like it's coming from the down floor and the monsters there are supposed to be a lot weaker if not dead thanks to variys.

they stand Wondering what's going on

" Maybe we missed some Monsters ? " said Cana

" Unlikely i made sure to ... " And as variys said that a beast is running towards him ,so he pulls his Sword ready to finish him , but he noticed That the best doesn't have any killing intent , he clearly looks scared as he goes past them running to the upper floor .

" What the Hell just happened ... " wondered Naomi .

" He is probably running from something .... But why ?!.…" Said variys.

As they are wondering what's the Big deal . They hear Iron foot Steps coming from downstairs . the echo got closer & closer to their level And from the Darkness come out the black armored knight . but variys doesn't know his intentions so he doesn't react instead he just stars at him coming up .

" I have a Bad feeling about this " said Cana while Celestine went behind variys .

" Variys sama ... "

" Don't worry ....He's just a man in an Armor . He probably going up , Leave him be " he said

" Nothing to be afraid of " said Naomi but she is clearly nervous since the man was giving a strong dark , so much so that even a demon like variys could feel it , meaning this is not something he can turn his back on , So variys start reaching for his Sword slowly , Naomi also does the same

" easy Naomi . We don't know what his intentions are . In case something goes wrong I need you to stand back " said variys to her. she nods her head in approval and stand back since this man is no ordinary, he's different, probably a lot stronger because they all could sense his power & it put a heavy pressure on them .

As the knight is walking with a slow pace , he promptly stopped with no reason , staring straight towards variys not saying a word .

" What's wrong ....is there a problem ? " Said variys

" ..... "

" why is he looking at us ? " said Cana

" I asked you a question .... What do you want ?!!! "

Celestine , annoyed by the knight ignoring variys & disrespecting him she shouts while stepping forward .

" I don't know who the Hell you are ... But don't you dare ignore variys sama , just to let you know , you are standing in the presence of a Demon Lord , so show some respe ... "

before she could even Finish her sentences the knight unsheathed his sword while charging at them at immense speed .Variys quickly moves Celestine out the way Because he knows this is gonna be a tough one to dodge .

But as soon as he does that while pulling out his Sword he gets hit by the huge knight Sword sending him flying to the walls . he crashes against it & rocks began to fall on him ,the girls cannot believe what just happen , how was he able to send him off this far with only one hit .

" Variys sama are you ok .'' He stands up from the ground while trying to keep his balance …

" Yeaaah lucky for me i blocked it just in time , or else i would've been cut in half ... " he said while staring at the knight

" Who the Hell are you " shouted Cana

" ...."

" Why isn't he replying " said Naomi

Variys is irritated and start thinking about the situation

the knight , still unresponsive just kept staring. "....'

" just like i thought " said variys with a nervous smile

" This Guy is being controlled by someone ! "

" i Can feel it ... He has the same aura as William & Cana back when she was out of her mind . and look closely ... "

They all focus on his black Armor mask , at the beginning they don't see anything but After a short while they notice it … the glowing crimson eyes .

" That's ..... He have the same crimson red eye as William's ... !! "

" So does That mean .... "

" Yeah ..... It's the same person controlling them .... ! "

As he said That the knight helmet began to shake ....

" What the Hell !!! "

" What is going on "

" Is he about to attack Again !!! "

suddenly a crow Comes out of his helmet , They are all shocked as they Wonder What's going on , until the crow speaks in a woman's Voice :

" Who dares to claim Himself a demon lord in my World "

A moment of silence accrued as Everyone became speechless followed by the girls shouting while losing their nuts as they just heard a crow speaking .

" wh… whaaaat !!!! Variys sama that crow he just talked am i right !!! !

" Yeah ... This is not your imagination Cele , that crow just spoke … the Hell are you " said variys

" The Name is Valerya Ishigar . The most Powerful & worthy demon lord , bow down to me and submit to my power " said the crow in a woman voice

" Demon Lord .... You sound like a woman" variys stated bluntly and the girls suddenly burst laughing and valerya Gets really angry while she is in her castle , sitting on her throne using the crow as her only communication .

" I Care less about You being a demon Lord , or whatever . But it seems That you are the one who's controlling people & sending them my path . you have been causing me a lot of trouble lately " he said

Variys lifts his Sword and shouts " I'm gonna take you down !! ".

" you ... take me down .... Don't make me laugh you insulting piece of shit ! So many heroes have faced me and look Where That got them .... Well whatever ... You are not even gonna get out of this Dungeon alive ... But in case by some miracle you manage to defeat my knight . Come to me , come to my castle . I will be waiting for you in Jigoku Castle (stands for Hell Castle ) behind the mountains Where no man managed to escape " she said arrogantly

" Jigoku Castle !! How old are you 10, You Could At Least try & be Creative With The Name ." said variys hysterically as The girls try to hold themselves from laughing .

" Well whatever ... I Guess i should thank you ."

" Yeah . i was already looking for a castle fitting for a demon lord like myself and it seems That i will be taking yours soon . So Better Keep The Place Warm & Cozy For Whenever I come . "

She grind her teeth and grips on the throne so much that it almost shatters .

" I've had enough of your insult . Let this Dungeon be your grave .,And let the Beasts feast on your dead flesh . Kill them all ...!! " She Shouts

suddenly the crow leaves the dungeon flying away and the knight goes berserk, now seemingly gripping on his Sword with both his hands .

" Here he Comes " said variys as he gets ready and so does the girls but are interrupted by The Sword of the knight suddenly bursting in flames .

Naomi is shocked alongside with Cana and Celestine

" This is .... !!! "

" Variys sama look out . "

" Yeah i know . He's gonna use a long rage attack "

The black armored knight swing his Sword screaming blasting them with a blaze of fire heading towards their way

Variys Shouts " stay behind me "

He takes a step forward and makes a Magic spell .

" Wall of protection !! " creating a huge barrier .

The fire hits the wall but the last one wasn't strong enough to counter it , thus shattering it to pieces , They quickly run from the blast . dodging it but for the next one, they might not be so lucky

yet, a next one might never come because as soon as variys gets up on his feet he sees the scary knight standing right in front of him ready to slash his head . he instantly block his attack and they both start going back and forth . each one striking with the intent of killing ,with none of them willing to stand down .as the black knight is putting variys back against the wall with his swings , suddenly he hears " Angel Burst !! " a holly beam made by Cana hits him from the side sending him few steps away & breaking off their fight .

variys gets his balance back

" I'm sorry variys sama but you seemed in a pinch " she said

" Yeah ... Thank You "

" Variys kun .. Please let us Land you a hand " said Naomi .

" It would be a shame for a demon lord to ask Help from his subordinate ...

But it doesn't seem i have much of a choice "

He looks Back at the girls " Everyone ... Please lend me your strength "

" Yeah "

" Of course "

" let's teach him a lesson "

A moment of stillness is drawn on the fight .

" Let's go " Shouts variys

And the knight shoots flame from his Sword Again , The fire head out straight to them

" You can't do the same trick twice " Shouts variys followed by a chant. " Infigar !! "

Fire from both sides clashed against each other into one Big explosion in the middle . and from the fire comes out the knight but so does variys as they collide and attack each other again with all their might . Both swinging their swords left and right again, and as the knight Gets the upper ground and put variys on a corner , Naomi attacks him from behind . he manage to block it but loses his balances in the process of doing so

Right as he's taking a step back he Gets ready to fire another shot at them but this Time it's different , This Time he's going all out ….

" He's planning on ending it right here " said Celestine

" Cana !! Are you ready " Shouts variys .

" Yes variys sama " she said as she heaved crystal again .

" Naomi , Cele "

" Yes " They both make magic spell shouting " ENCHANT "

both variys and Cana feels their Magic power increasing .

" Let's do this " they both said

" HOLY NOVA !! " " Fire Dragon Wraith !!! " shouts variys & cana

But the knights doesn't stand back as he also lets off a huge fire just by swinging his sword . this one is Even bigger & greater than before .

but His attack didn't even stand a chance as both their spells went goes through his fire blasting his armor sending him crashing to the wall , knocking him down on the grown immediately … it seems that the fight is over & Celestine can't help but to celebrate

" Yaaaaay you did it variys sama ... " she Shouts

" Yeah ... But i have to have to give it to you Cele , Naomi "

" What are you talking about variys kun we barely did anything " said Naomi

" That's not true, without you two making enchant spells we couldn't possibly make those attacks " said Cana

" Yeah . Cana is right "

" interesting, so you are saying that we were hopeful to you variys kun " said Naomi while getting Closer to him , still waning to tease him even during a situation like this .

" come on. stop teasing variys sama " . said Celestine while jumping at naomi's side but Naomi moves aside making Celestine bulks into variys with both of them dropping into the ground .

" Ara ara Cele . i never thought you and variys kun Where this close . I never thought you Were the type of girl who do it in these places " said Naomi as Cana blushes in jealousy .

" Variys sama . You Can Do it with me in this place too " she said

Variys face turns all red as he start blushing .

" What the Hell is wrong with you people ..nobody is gonna do anything in nowhere !!! Plus we are in the middle of a fight . This isn't really the time !!! "

As they are having their little moment. the knight wakes up & stand up Again.

" Impossible . That wasn't enough to take him down " said Naomi as she becomes worried of what's next to come .

" Shit ,it's not over yet " . said variys as the knight stood up

" Here he Comes " stated while taking a step forward ready for round 2

The knight suddenly stops and lifts off his helmet slowly . they are all shocked to see the knight who turned up to be this man in his 40s with a weird mustache looking around seeming Lost and doesn't know the situation he's in. as he looks around bluntly , surprised & not gasping the situation he's in . he looks at them unapprehend

" Where am i ??? "

it seems that whatever spell have been controlling him have just been broken , kind of like what happened with Cana which was like a déjà vu to variys as he lets off a deep breath

" Haaah damn it ….. here we go again " ..
