A Bloody Night Pt. 2

"Why would you want to meet me here, Miss Smith?" Peterson asked.

"Well, I think it would be a great idea besides you I thought you knew that I do hate loud places," I answered. "Shall we get started, Mr. Peterson," I added.

I sit down again and Mr. Peterson will be supposed to sit down too when Billy, his secretary, smacked his head with the briefcase. Mr. Peterson lose consciousness and Maurice came back with the old guy, who was unconscious too.

"Look at that! Are the two of you enjoying seeing their preys unconscious?" I asked them.

"It is much better to finish them off while they're unconscious," Billy said.

"And they'll be louder if you do not do it now," Maurice added.

"Both of you don't know anything, don't you? Seeing them begging and crying would be a very satisfying situation. After all, if you do it that way, it will spoil the fun. It's better to watch your prey until their very last breath," I explained to them. Both Maurice and Billy looked at each other.

"So, what should we do next?" both of them asked in unison.

"Tie them up so tight, especially Mr. Peterson. That dumbass always sees himself as a superior and a predator but little did he know that he threw himself into a beast's lair."

Billy tied Mr. Peterson while Maurice tied the old man. I was elegantly watching them while listening to classical music and sipping some chamomile tea. After a couple of minutes, the old guy was the first one to wake up.

"Who are you people?" the old guy asked. I put my cup of tea aside and looked at the old guy. "My apologies, Mr. Richards. Let me introduce myself. I am Alexa Smith, president of the Heavenly Paradise." He starts to tilt his head as if he was trying to remember something. "You... you sound familiar. It's you! The one who killed the two males at Route 66!" he said. "Bravo!" I said while I was laughing and clapping. I slowly walk towards him. "You do really remember my voice, what a nice memory for a nosy old guy," I whispered to him.

As I move backward, he started to tremble. "What do you want from me? Are you going to kill me as well? Will you throw me at the cliff as well?" Mr. Richards asked while sweating. "You know, you ask too many questions. Will you please, shut up!" I angrily told him and slapped his face. Mr. Richards grunted as he fell to the ground. I walk towards him again and grabbed his face. He looked at me angrily, but he cannot do anything because he was tied up with the stool.

"You know what I hate the most? People who ask a lot with an annoying tone. What do you think will happen? That person right now is you," I said. I laughed at him and the angry emotion that was on his face earlier was replaced now with fear. "And for your information those two guys at Route 66, the reason they died because they did something that I don't want. In addition, your actions right now are also one of the things I hate the most. So, I think now you also have an idea about what will happen to you," I added.

He pleaded for mercy but I am stubborn and believe in my own beliefs. I won't just simply back down because you told me to. I will not also give up on what I decided to do. I went to the place where I'd put my bag earlier. I took my knuckles and a small knife. "No! No! Please! I won't tell the police. I tell them that I was mistaken or anything. I won't let them know that you are the one who killed them. Just, please... Please don't kill me." I love that kind of reaction. Mr. Richards, you are indeed a nice prey. "I'll think about it. After this." Without any hesitation, I punched him with knuckles in my right hand. He split some blood and fell on the ground, again.

"P-please... S-stop..."

"What? I cannot hear you properly, Mr. Richards!" Then, I punched him again until he cannot speak properly anymore. "Untie him!" Maurice hurriedly followed my order, and he untie Mr. Richards. "Are you sure it is okay to untie him, Alexa?" Billy asked. "With his state, I doubt if he can still do some counterattack." Maurice nicely sit Mr. Richards proper on another stool now that his hands and feet were untied. We heard a crash of some metals and pipes.

"I think Peterson is already awake. I'll go and get him," Billy offered and hurriedly went to where Mr. Peterson is.

"Don't worry, Mr. Richards, once that your playmate is here. We'll start the play," I told him while nicely wiping some blood flowing through his face.

Billy arrived with Peterson. Maurice helped Billy escort Mr. Peterson because he was creating a fuss. They finally made Mr. Peterson sit on a stool. "Untie him as well."

"But, Alexa! Even he's tied up, he's too energetic. What if we untie him and..." I shushed Maurice right before he finished his sentence. "Maurice's right, Peterson will surely do anything and try to escape," Billy added. I sighed. "I said, untie him!"

"Okay. Okay." Both Maurice and Billy said in unison. Right before Maurice completely untie Peterson's rope, he pushed Maurice and tried to escape but Billy blocked him and Peterson scoffed. "Really, Billy? Are you Alexa's minion all this time? How dare you betray me! You know you won't get away with this! No... All of you, I'll make sure that you'll pay for this!"

I just laughed after Mr. Peterson finished his sentence. "Really? Scary," I mocked him. "Mr. Peterson, I think right before you'll get to inform the cops about this you'll need to play with him first," I told him and throw Mr. Richards to him.

"What are you talking about, Alexa? Who's this old guy?" Mr. Peterson asked.

"His Mr. Richards, your playmate."

"What playmate, what do you..." right before he finished his sentence Mr. Richards stabbed him with a small knife.

"H-how... w-why..."

"Nice! That was nice! You really stab him, Mr. Richards. But nothing will change if Peterson is still breathing," I provoked Mr. Richards. As I looked into him, I can see that he was determined to survive. I love that expression.

Mr. Richards, again, charged at Mr. Peterson and stabbed him once.... twice... thrice... A lot of times. Mr. Peterson is still willing to survive but Mr. Richards also has the same determination. Blood... Nothing else but blood! A rusty smell, a sound of blood bursting out every time Richards stab Peterson, screams, cries, and a floor covered in blood. A scene where your two preys are doing their best just to survive. What a nice view!

At last, only the voice of Mr. Richards remains. I walk towards Mr. Peterson and saw his dead body in the blood. I looked at Mr. Richards and took the small knife.

"I'm free now, right?" he asked. I just smiled at him without saying anything. He fastly shook me. "You're not going to kill me, aren't you? Answer..." right before he finished his sentence I stabbed him with the same knife that he used to kill Mr. Peterson. "Y-you... L-lied to me," he said. Mr. Richards fell to the ground and tried his best to stop the blood that flowing out from his body.

"Perhaps there must be a misunderstanding, Mr. Richards. As far as I remember, I did not tell anything that you'll never die. I created this event just because of you. The most pitiful person here is not you instead, it's Mr. Peterson. He was just annoying because he always extract money from me, but you are a witness that I wanted to get rid of. Isn't it amazing? All I did were a couple of punches and a deep, vital stab. I never imagine that this will give me a good result. Thank you for your cooperation. Without you this will not be successful," I explained to him.

I took the knife and placed it into Mr. Peterson's hand. "Is one stab really okay?" Billy asked. "She enjoys seeing a person clinging into their lives even if there's no hope," Maurice answered.

"He's right. If I killed him right away it won't be a perfect ending at all." Billy nodded and Maurice just tapped his shoulders. "If that's what you want. Then, I'll get ready the fire," Billy said. "Then, I'll get ready for the car," Maurice said as well. The two of them did their job while I change my clothes and wait for Maurice.

After a couple of minutes, Maurice picked me up and we went to the car. I gave my clothes to Billy and Maurice drove me home.

Tonight is a fruitful night.

Billy was left with Mr. Peterson and Mr. Richards' dead bodies. He made sure that there were no traces of us and burned all the things we'd used tonight. Especially our clothes.

"Hello, I want to report a case. Someone just died, I'll send you the address."
