10. clingy Samuel

The weekend is over,and my cramp is healed a bit too,but I still feel difficulty while walking,all thanks to Ethan!

It was already morning and I was getting ready for University!I took my bag pack and left my apartment.i decided to walk to the university as I wasn't in a hurry and I needed to walk more to get used to my knee pain.

I was at the campus ,about to go inside.when

"Hey!ley!!! how's you?"says a voice

"Samuel!! Afc! Its you" I say as I wave him back,"we got the first class together!"he says cheerfully as he puts his arms around my shoulder!

He looks absolutely stunning with the white tee paired with grey jeans,dark maroon jacket,his dirty blonde hair held in a bandana!and his smile is just like cherry on top

"What's with the bandana?"I ask as we both make our way towards the class."what?it looks cool!" Says as he adjusts his hair.,"I never said it doesn't!"i say ,"thanks!!"he says giggling,he is a whole bunch of happiness and giggles isn't he!I think as my eyes catch something in his pocket!

"Are those gummy bears!??"I ask excited!.."uhh!yeah!u like them too,my grandma gave me these when she came yesterday"he says as plucks out the jelly dolls box From his jacket pocket.i take no time snatching it out of his hold,and throwing some into my mouth.

"Yaahh!they were for me your having all of them alone!"he complains trying to snatch it back,I quickly turn away,"nope!its been long since I had them, they are my favorite,moreover it's hard to find this edition overhere."I say munching happily on his jelly gums

"But you you could share some though!"he pouts ,I look down at his hand thinking and keep a single bear in his palm."here you go!be happy!" I say sassily,

He looks at the single bear with line eyes,😑,"thanks,leyy!!I'm gonna be full for my whole life with your charity!"he comments sarcastically and puts the gum jelly in his mouth and chews on it violently."don't call me leyyy,and don't worry!I owe you!"

We reach the class,his arms still draped around my shoulders even after my subtle glares.

I see ethan sitting behind my desk,he smiles wide after acknowledging my presence,however his smile drops tad a bit when he sees the monkey hanging beside me I ignore it and take my seat.

"Uhmm.goodmorning! How's your leg?" He says looking at me, with a tight smile,"better"

I mumble.removing my books,"I see you got yourself a company today!" He says softly,"oh!you mean samuel!yes! I met him at the gate......!aaand...I don't have your number,I wanted to call you to wait for me at the cross" I complain,"sure!but I left early today, had some chores to be done" he says."oohh" chores ha!..I remove my phone from my pocket

We both exchage numbers as the class begins

Student Life is hectic!*huffs*

The classes end,as im wrapping my things to get to the canteen.

"Yaa!hurry up!or the canteen would get rushed"ethan says

"You go catch the line,I'll join you later" I say as im still assembling my books."okay!"with that he goes off to the canteen

"Leyy!!can you ring up my phone!I can't find it anywhere!"says the monkey guy!yaa you guessed it right, Samuel

"Its Adley!"I say for the 100th time as I fish out my phone, tapping my leg waiting for him to spit out his number,"uh.yeah,+7667728299"

It rings up,and its under his desk!"thanks leyy!"

I'm done correcting my name to him,"thats fine I guess!" I finish wraping up as I get up to leave, but samuel is giving me this look as if he wants to ask smth!,"what's it?" I ask

"Umm,I was thinking..if u could play this game with me?its double player game,and I need someone to play it" why is he soo clingy!!ahh

"NO! Ask someone else" I state as im already leaving the class "yeahh pls!its breaktime anyways,you can grab lunch afterwards ,we jus have another class!" He says

"No!!no!not now!" I say smh, "please sweetie,I really wanna play this game " he argues "some other da-" I get cut off "you owe me remember!" He says with a smirk,.... smart!

"Fine!!but jus one game!"he smiles bright as he moves aside and gestures me to sit behind him .

He starts the game,and my mouth goes wide "LUDO?!! FUCKING LUDO? YOU DID ALL THE DRAMA JUST TO PLAY LUDO?" I raise my voice as I begin to get up!."ya ya ya ya !.. wait!! it'd be fun!! You promised me .just one game!sit down"I stare down at him, "ok...! But just one game!" I say unsure. "Deal!"

"Bingo!I won!!!!!. to your face looser!!!" I say loud at my victory!,making hand signs at him, annoying him for his lose.

"Really?!what about the last 5 games I won!" He says challenging me!

"But I won this one, don't burn your assup"I say jingling as my sudden knee cramp reminds me to sit back down,he just laughs shaking his head,"what happened to your leg anyway!"he asks, "nothing!just some idiot playing pranks on me" I say remembering😒

"And I take that idiot as ethan!ha!?" .....shit !ethan,I forgot about him ,he mus-

The sudden bell ring breaks me out!,the break is over!

All the students are rushing back to the class,"leyy! what's wrong,"Samuel turns me to face him,"uh nothing"

There comes ethan,his expression turns hard after seeing us!,

He slams something wrapped in aluminium foil in front of me,

I give him a questioning look,

"I wrapped up your lunch! As you were too busy" he says rather sourly...oh!I feel bad for making him wait!

"Oh! thanks.and im-" he doens't wait for my reply as he get to his desk

I guess i pissed him off! I left him waiting for me,to hell with my forgetful ass.

"I'm sorry! it was my fault,I shouldn't hav-"says samuel

"No!its ok!its just ethan being ethan! he'll be okay"

And the class begins!I keep taking glances at ethan,he has blank expression planted on his face.
