wow, you're really good Yuqi cried watching Bethany who's eyes were glowing white with power

she held one end of her staff and spun it launching several roasted

carcasses of dead spiders into the air, and then she spun around and with a strong swing

she smashed them all like baseballs sending them flying the carcasses then exploded into white sparkles in the air

wow everyone cried Bethany suddenly items dropped in front of her

a potion for healing silk cloth for crafting what is this stuff? she asked holding up a hairpin as its attributes appeared

an item that can be worn in the hair or used as a small stabbing weapon

these are item drops! Justin cried guys if you smash the dead

spiders you get item drops!

everyone quickly began smashing the spider and collecting the items

a lot of this stuff will help us on the quest guys! anna cried eagerly

Vanessa created clones and sent them around to smash spiders too with their whips

thats cheating you'll get way more stuff than us! Yuqi cried the girls started laughing

and soon a became a fun free for all as they all smashed as many spider carcasses as they could find and collected the dropped items trying to make sure they didn't miss a spider

Yuqi's mate helped her beat Vanessa's cheat by using tree roots to dig them out

many that had become buried under the debris on the battlefield

while Justin and anna used his winds to lift the carcasses from the battlefield in whirlwinds gather a lot

the tiger sprits expanded to huge sizes and they went storming through the battlefield crushing several at once there were thousands of dead spiders and more than enough loot to go around anyways

as Ziesoo and Taekwon just easily collected items as well Takehiko and Bethany were having the time of their lives using their powers as well and Bethany trying out her newly discovered fighting ability with her staff on the spiders

guys lets take some pictures Vanessa called using a clone she gave it her phone and they all grouped together in their true forms

in front of the giant carcass of the queen spider and snapped pictures

let's do a couple of pictures with all the paired mates Vanessa suggested next make them funny and cute or silly or whatever

the couples quickly posed Ziesoo and Taekwon were sitting together on their tiger spirits with their tails curled into a Korean heart

they stood in the middle of a lotus flower gazed lovingly at each other

In the next pose, Anna and Justin stood back to back while holding out their hands that were interlocked together

and in the middle of their open palms, they were holding a miniature swirling fire frost tornado

tiny little snowflakes were drifting off it and as it did those snowflakes began to burn little sparks dancing around blended with the snowflakes it looked very pretty

everyone was staring at him shocked he looked sheepish and rubbed the back of his head

the old lady told me five foxes a wolf two tigers twin dragons and a raven and his maiden must take up the quest to restore the heavens

everyone else is here except for the twin dragons so I can only assume since you girls are twin foxes the twin dragons must be your mates

oh my god, dragons? Vivian gasped our mates going to be dragons? she and Vanessa looked at each other and screamed and jumped up and down clutching each other for joy

dragons are the most beautiful celestials in the world apart from us foxes Vanessa cried

both girls who squealed and ran away with anna chasing after them

so dragons huh? well that will at least fix half the problems we will have to worry about traveling through the realms

Ziesoo said they are the official god's messengers after all and will know how to get

around they probably know the way to the heavens better than we do right now

it's a relief that the gods are sending us all the help we need to complete this quest Justin said its a weight off my shoulders

this quest cant afford to be a failure Taekwon said the existence of the world depends on it

lets clean this up and get going guys Justin said calling the girls in the fox girls were happily playing and celebrating their win in high spirits as they came back

yuqi dropped the barrier she had made as they called clouds and lifted off

the burned woods left a scar in the middle of the otherwise dense and beautiful woods

its pity the woods had to be burned though this was a nice woods yuqi said ruefully

don't worry ill handle it Nike said he cast out his staff and it lit up as a sigil ring expanded above the battlefield and from under the ground tree roots began to erupt and overturn the scorched ground the earth boiled with activity

and the carcass of the queen spider was smashed and destroyed the trees absorbing the remaining celestial energy like fertilizer

then began to regrow bursting with leaves and blooming they shot up rapidly more beautiful and healthy than before

woow! Yuqi cried in delight clapping her hands

I cant do that! I can only make vines and communicate with the woodland

and some other things but I can't grow an entire wood and stuff like that you're a really amazing mage she said to Nike

soon all the animals that had evacuated the woods before began to return and the woods was back to normal

all the damage from the battle was fixed and they all flew back to the cloud where the elders were waiting
