"I'm sorry you had to go through all of that because of your parents, Wooyoung." San frowned, taking Wooyoung's hand in his. Wooyoung gave him a sad smile.
"That's not all." Wooyoung added. "There's so much more.." He sighed. San furrowed his eyebrows. Were they not always friends or did something happen to their friendship? Did Wooyoung's parents really forbid him from seeing Yeosang at all?
Did Yeosang do something to Wooyoung?
"Continue.." San nodded, squeezing the tiny hand in his grasp. Wooyoung was obviously really uncomfortable about the subject, but he was really brave for talking about it with San. San was actually really proud of Wooyoung for talking about his feelings and his past with him. Even though they didn't know each other very well, Wooyoung still trusted him enough to talk about these things with him. "You don't need to continue if you don't feel comfortable."
Wooyoung shook his head, glancing at San who was giving him a reassuring smile. "No, I have to." He said. He had to talk with someone about it. What would happen if he were to keep all his emotions inside him without talking about them with someone? He would drown from the sadness inside of him. It would literally eat him alive if he kept quiet about it.
San was someone he could trust, he was kind and gentle with him. He had saved Wooyoung from death two times and there was bound to be more times if he decides to stay with him. He was very thankful for everything San had done to him and he wanted to pay back the debt he had collected over the past two days.
And San seemed to trust him too. He was kind and careful with him, always asking for consent before doing something to him. It was really admirable, and maybe, maybe he was being a little selfish, but he really wanted to spend more time with San. He wanted to get to know him and his past, maybe even more if time gives him the chance to do so.
So, he took a deep breath, preparing himself for the roller coaster of emotions. "My parents found out about Yeosang. They found out that I had a friend and locked me in my room for months. They didn't give me food and prohibited me from talking with Yeosang, taking my phone away."
"I was home schooled for three months and when I got back to school... Yeosang wasn't what he used to be.." Wooyoung sighed, looking away from San who was carefully listening to every word. Suddenly the whole room had gone quiet, Wooyoung and San sitting at the desk without saying a word. "And he started to bully me with his new friend group."
San widened his eyes a little, staring at Wooyoung for a couple of seconds before sighing and standing up. "I'm gonna talk with that bastard-"
"No, San. Don't."
"But-"
"It's been too many years since that. I changed schools, he stopped bullying me but..." Wooyoung looked at the floor.
"But what?" San sat back down on his chair.
"The bullying however, didn't stop." Wooyoung sighed, placing his head on top of the table and closing his eyes for a hot second. But they both were interrupted by the door that flew open, revealing a red haired man. Wooyoung's head sprung up and he stood up with San, hiding behind the taller for comfort.
"Hongjoong?" San tilted his head a little, furrowing his eyebrows in confusion because of the red-head who seemed to be out of breath for some reason. "Is something wrong?" He asked, approaching Hongjoong who sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose.
"An attack." Hongjoong said between his breaths. "We're being attacked, Jongho is already fighting with one of the attackers."
After Hongjoong had said that, San's expression changed immediately, the aura around him getting darker, scaring both Hongjoong and Wooyoung who backed off a little. "I'll go check what's going on, you take Wooyoung to the sleeping quarters along with Yeosang. You will be joining me and Jongho when you come back, understood?" Hongjoong nodded frantically, taking Wooyoung hand in his and rushing out of the office.
