I Missed You

"You can come out," Jessica waited for Jonathan to leave the room when he finally picked up an incoming call from Hans.

"Where have you been, are you in your office now?" Jessica could hear Hans's voice filling her ears.

"Sorry I just finished lunch." Jessica was waiting for what Hans wanted to tell her.

"I heard you went out to lunch with h Thomas, why just came back. Where the hell are you going?"

"Are you only calling me for lunch matters?" Jessica didn't answer Hans but instead asked back.

Jessica tried to hold back something that was popping in her heart. Should Jessica ask why Hans didn't call her all day yesterday?

"Sorry I just called you now."

"Are you only going to care when I take a man to play with?" She had been an obedient woman the day before yesterday and went all out according to Hans' arrangement. But Hans didn't even call yesterday to give her a little credit.

Ah, don't count for Adrian's visit into her office, because it's completely out of Jessica's control. Besides, Adrian was smart enough to move under Hans's supervision. No one knew he had come to Jessica's office yesterday.

"Do you... miss me ?" Hans asked slowly without embarrassment?

"Why do I need to miss you? I have Jonathan here and lots of men lining up out there." Jesica was completely amazed by Hans's confidence.

"Then what if I say, I missed you," is the question necessary?

"This isn't your first business trip where you've been away from me for a few days. We've been through this a lot, Hans. Everything will pass and you'll come back to me soon. There's no need for any longing between us."

"But I didn't call you all day yesterday and today - I'm sorry for being so late."

He was so sincere.

Jessica stared blankly at the view from the large window in her office. The word longing bothered her.

"Well, what are you doing with Wanda? Looks like you guys are working hard there. You don't even have time to just exchange messages with me." Jessica teased Hans, shifting the topic of miss.

And it hit Hans, the man felt guilty at the end of the phone. If you want to admit, from the amount of work he does, there are more conditions where Hans must be caught up in Wanda's teasing.

Facing Wanda's every seduction, it felt like Hans had betrayed Jessica secretly behind her. Even though it should be if there is a woman he betrays then it is the woman he will marry, not Jessica.

Either Jessica or Hans ended up avoiding sensitive conversations between them.

"Stop playing around and do a good job. I'll call you back later in the afternoon." Thus Hans hung up the phone first.

Jessica returned to her chair, she began to question herself about the word longing to. Does she miss Hans or if not, is there someone else she misses?

If that is not a feeling of longing, then what is that heavy feeling that arises in her heart?

Longing is heavy right?
