Chapter Three: Beaten and Broken

(Emi's POV)

I laid on the floor, my stomach churned as I felt like I had no other options on what I could do to escape. Come on Emi! think, what would Levi do? I sighed deeply as Kenny sauntered back into the room. "Miss me darling?"Kenny asked as I rolled my eyes and scoffed. "You wish, asshole." I hissed, Kenny chuckled in response as I kept my golden eyes on him.

"You're such a spunky girl, no wonder Levi chose you." Kenny instagated as I took a deep breath, my mind still trying to come up with any ideas to escape. The chains that were wrapped around my wrists and ankles where tight, but not too tight. I peaked up at Kenny, who was standing infront of me.

"Come on kenny, why don't you untie me and we can work something out." I asked as he crotched down and had his face inches from mine. "And why would I do that? I've seen your fighting style. You would take the chains and use them to strangle me." Kenny explained as I sighed. "And how are you so certain I'd do that?" I questioned him as I smirked.

"I'm not an idiot Emi, I've studied alot about you, I guess you could say i know everything about you." Kenny's tone of voice sent shivers down my spine in the most unpleasent way. "So, you have nothing else to do with your life but to stalk your kind of son's future wife?" I asked him as I smirked, causing his brows to furrow.

"I suggest you watch your attitude. I don't take kindly to insolant brats who think they are better then everyone else." Kenny explained as I looked at him and smirked. "Then how do you stand yourself, Kenny? It must be so hard to be such an opinionated asshole all day." I sassily stated  as Kenny glared at me. Suddenly before I could move out of the way Kenny kicked me straight in my jaw. Pain shot straight through my mouth as I yelped, blood slowly poured out of my mouth as I winced in extreme pain.

"Can't talk now that your jaw is dislocated huh?" Kenny spat at me as I felt my jaw burn in pain. "If you want to live to see another day I suggest you shut the hell up and behave. We're leaving tomorrow for the church." He stated as he turned and left, leaving me laying on the floor. As soon as I noticed Kenny was gone I began to cry, the pain consuming every fiber of my being. I placed my palm gently on my jaw. I took a deep breath and quickly pushed my jaw back in place. I muffled my screams of pure pain with the sleeve of my shirt as tears poured down my cheeks.

I shouldn't have walked away from Levi. If I hadn't I wouldn't be in this situation right now. I felt my stomach churn again as my nerves were starring to get the better of me. After exhaling a few times, I recollected my thoughts and pushed the pain of my jaw in the back of my mind. I can't let Kenny win this.

If he takes me to the church it's over. I closed my eyes for a few seconds, thinking of different things I could try. "Wait a minute..." I muttered as I took a deep breath. "That may work.." I crouched down, trying to fish my chained ankles through my chained arms. I knew doing this would also dislocate my shoulders, but at this point it was all I could think of.

I closed my eyes as hard as I could as I quickly dislocated both of my shoulders, a sharp burning sensation tracked down my arms. Once my arms were in front of me I was able to pop both of my shoulders in place. I gasped in pain as I did the best I could to slow down my breathing and get my head back in the game.

After a few moments of slowing my breath down I pulled out the slim black Bobby pin out of my pocket and began picking the lock around my ankles. Thankfully that only took a few moments, as lock picking was something Levi taught me during my initial training. Once my legs were unshackled I began working on my wrists.

The sound of the thick metal shackles falling off of my wrists made a quick sigh of relief escape my lips. My wrists were bright red and rubbed raw from the shackles, as were my ankles. I began surveying the room for something I could use as a weapon against Kenny. I hurried over to the bar, a bottle of wine staring me dead in the face as I smirked.

"Sometimes, in different situations you must use the items around you as weapons." I muttered the same words that Levi once told me. I took a deep breath and held the warm glass bottle in my hand as the door opened. Kenny's gaze locked with mine as his eyes widened.

"How in the hell?!" He raised his voice as he pulled out a knife. I smirked and broke the bottle hard against the counter of the bar, leaving me with a extremely sharp weapon. "You underestimated me, Kenny. Like I told you before, I am Levi Ackermans future wife after all. Now this time, you wont win." I glared at him and smirked as he lunged towards me.
