A week later...
(At the Fire kingdom)
Adam asked Kaycee where the king and prince were. The princess then told him that they were sleeping.
Adam gave a dubious look. "Don't lie to me, Kaycee."
Kaycee laughed. "What are you—"
Before she was able to finish, Adam suddenly ran towards the king's bedroom. When he opened the door, he saw that the room was empty. Adam then asked where Cameron really was.
"Why did you suddenly run?" Kaycee said as she was breathing heavily.
Adam folded his arms. "You didn't tell me the truth."
"Brother is just taking a break."
Adam chuckled. "You can't fool me, Kaycee."
Kaycee sat down. "I'm not."
"You know what? Let's just go back to your room," Adam said as he started walking back.
Kaycee then hugged him from the back and admitted, "Okay, fine. I'll tell you!"
Adam chuckled. "Let's talk in your room."
(In the princess's bedroom)
"They what?" Adam exclaimed.
The princess sighed, "I tried to stop them, but they just wouldn't listen."
"They're just gonna get exposed."
The princess then explained that Mia and Mateo had no right to bring up anything against them because Eva and Olive were the ones who stole the Fire kingdom's property.
"How are you even sure that they are aware of that? What if Eva and Olive went there without even informing the king and queen?" Adam asked.
Kaycee responded, "That's impossible. I believe that they only want what's best for the Water and Fire kingdom."
"Didn't you tell me a few days ago that your brother heard Olive say that they needed to revive someone?"
"Yes, why?"
"What was the name he heard?"
"I think it was Eleva."
Adam's eyes widened. "Wait, doesn't it sound like the princess's name?"
"You mean Eleanor?" the princess responded.
"That's right. Speaking of that, hasn't the second princess been missing for around eleven months?" Adam said.
"You're not wrong, but only a few people know what the second princess of the Water kingdom looks like."
"I only know that she has brown hair."
The princess then asked if they were gonna revive the second princess of the Water kingdom.
Adam sighed, "Could be, but Eleanor's dead body hasn't been found yet."
As soon as Kaycee heard that, her eyes widened. She then assumed that it was the Eleanor's parents since they were missing too, but Adam shook his head and told him that they were already confirmed to be dead.
"I also heard my brother say that the blue gem was in someone's heart," the princess informed.
"Kaycee, why do I have this feeling that it's in Eva...?"
Adam assumed, "It must be either in Eva or Olive's heart. The queen must've ordered them to get the red gem."
"They'll probably return it."
"What makes you think that they will?" Adam asked.
"It's because I've met princess Eleanor a few years back." the princess smiled.
(Flashback)
"You're Kaycee?" Eleanor looked at the girl standing beside her.
"Yes," Kaycee answered.
"Nice to meet you."
"It's a pleasure to meet you too."
"Where are you from?"
"The Fire kingdom."
"Oh, I'm from the Water kingdom! I'm really glad that I've got to meet someone that isn't from my kingdom." Eleanor smiled.
Kaycee then asked her what she was doing in the garden.
Eleanor answered, "We're buying flowers for my brother's funeral."
Kaycee's eyes widened. "What happened?"
"One of our servants killed him..."
"I'm sorry to hear that."
"It's fine. At least he's now in a place with no pain and suffering."
"What's your brothers name?" Kaycee asked.
"His name is Eric. He's my twin brother." Eleanor smiled.
"That's really—"
Before she was able to continue, a tall man in a black suit suddenly came and told Eleanor that they needed to leave. Eleanor then nodded and waved goodbye to Kaycee.
"Hope to see you again soon, Eleanor." Kaycee smiled.
(Present time)
"That's how you met her?" Adam asked.
The princess said, "I met her at a garden."
"I never knew that princess Eleanor was actually amiable."
"She sure is."
