Part 11

Waking up, I could already tell days had passed. I was facing the window, and unlike earlier, Midoriya was no longer in the room. Turning over, I saw that no one occupied the other bed either.

Picking my self up, I yawned as I opened up my stamina bar. It was full, along with my health bar. Suddenly, something small and yellow fell from my hair, obscuring my view. Picking it up, I saw that it was a sticky note. Recognizing the hand writing, I read over it. Midoriya had written this in response to what I had put on his cast. I chuckled before pushing the note into my jacket pocket and standing up.

~Time Skip~

I had sat down in my seat before anyone had even arrived for school. I guess my body had gotten used to waking up for school, as I had woken up in the nurse's office at just the right time. Instead of facing Izuku, I instead glitched to the house, used the shower, changed, and vanished back to school.

The other kids slowly filed in. They seem excited about the news and picking up a bit of conversation, I could understand why. We were kinda on the news, as the entire event had been talked about for everyone to hear. I can't help but laugh when Iida comes in yelling for everyone to stop talking and to sit down, but instead gets told that he's the only one actually standing up.

The door scrapes open, and I'm surprised to see Mr.Aizawa. I sweatdrop when I notice that his face and arms are wrapped up. The arms aren't wrapped as much as his face though, making me smile in pride when I realize that I probably helped with that.

"The UA sports festival is about to start." Mr Aizawa announces. I watch confused as the class erupts in cheers. Before I can ask what it is, Aizawa goes on to explain it anyway. When he ends class, I listen in as people talk about it. Midoriya's definitely not going to let me skip this one huh? And if I flunk, with so many people watching I'm going to either be a laughing stock, or called lazy. Guess I only have one choice.

When Ochaco starts the yell, I can't help but feel frightened.

~Time Skip~

I walk with Zuks, Iida, and Ochaco in the halls. When Ochaco explains her reason for wanting to be a hero, I can't help but smile. She wants to get enough money to be rich, and help her family out. That's absolutely adorable, and I can only guess that my thoughts show when she turns towards me. "What? That's an adorable goal and I wish you the best." I say, smiling at her. She nods before going back into conversation with the others.

When Iida starts clapping, I can't help but choke on my spit from laughing. If I had been eating anything, I probably would've choked to death. Suddenly familiar laughter cuts off Iida's clapping.

"Young Midoriya is here!" He says as he practically appears out of no where. Seriously, 'young Midoriya is here?', yeah no shit Sherlock. "Lunch, ya wanna eat with me?" He asks Izuku. When Ochaco yells about how adorable that is, I can't help but laugh. He's such a dad, honestly. I wave bye to Zuks as he walks off to have lunch with All Might.

If All Might ever dies, I'm killing him. I will not let him leave behind the father figure relationship he has with Midoriya.

When we get to the lunch room, I hang out with Ochaco and Iida. When Iida brings up his theory about All Might taking a liking to Midoriya due to their similarities, I nod in agreement. The feeling of someone glaring interrupts my thoughts, and I turn to meet eye to eye with Todoroki before he turns to look forward again. Weird.

~Huge Time Skip~

We were near the classroom door when we spotted the huge crowd around it. We had only opened the door to leave the class, but here they all stood, just kinda looking at us. As everyone tried to figure out why they were just sitting there, Bakugo told us as he forced his way through.

"They're scouting out the competition, idiots." He said as he made his way towards the crowd. When he started intimidating the group, a purple haired boy made his way to the front. His eye bags reminded me of Aizawa, but it kinda fit with his face. He looked cute, kinda.

When he started to trash talk Bakugo, I could only hold my hand to my mouth as I held back a giggle. The others beside me rapidly tried to get his attention so that he would understand that insulting Bakugo was a bad idea, but he just continued on talking.

When he explains how they can get into the hero course and end up kicking us out, I couldn't help but let out a mummer. "I'll give over my spot happily to someone who deserves it. God knows I don't." When I look up, I meet the eyes of the purple hair boy. Wonder if he heard that. I shrug before listening back in on the conversation. Bakugo was walking out of the classroom, talking about how the only thing that mattered was him beating the crowd. I let out a sigh, face palming at how much of an idiot he is. Deku seems to be lost in thought, but I leave it to him.

When I began to go through the crowd, I find that a few actually move over for me to scoot by. Others I trip by glitching my feet in front of there's, but it's not like I didn't give them a chance to get out of the way. When I find myself on the outside of the crowd, the purple haired boy is next to me. I can feel the power flowing off him. Taking a moment to look into his eyes, I survey at the power flow, finding all the information I needed to know from it.

So this guy can control minds huh? Gotta remember to pack popcorn for the festival then. "My name's Shinsou Hitoshi, what's yours?" He ask, the power flow winding down. "Nice to meet you Shinsou, the name's Huntre Demitrous." I say, shaking his hand. He nods before looking back towards the crowd. "I hope you get into the hero course, you seem pretty cool. Seeya at the sports festival." I say before turning down the hall and walking off. He seems surprised at what I said, but he smiles and turns down the opposite hallway.

~Mini Scene~

Midoriya often went out before coming home. He also worked out at the house too. Meanwhile, I was just going over old routines. Sometimes when he went off to workout somewhere, I followed his example, and would vanish into an empty building I had found my first few days in this dimension. I would set up camp with punching bag and duel droids. When I finished I would deactivate everything and practice a few powers I hadn't touched in awhile. Even though I was completely ready to give up my spot to a hard worker, I still wanted to make sure that no one could get past me, and if villains appeared I would be ready to get them out of the way.

Building my stamina and energy was hard work, and building my experience points in each power was harder. I found that powers that I had never even tried were quite easy to level up. I would work on EC by trying to use 3 elements at once. It was hard to do and I couldn't even use two elements without tiring myself. Since avatar mode was a possible thing to activate, I didn't have to worry about it to much, but I still wanted to be sure that I had a back up. I didn't practice with heal much since it exhausted me and could only be used to heal myself and others. I glitched my feet thorough the floor once, but it was just to get a knife I had stuck to the ceiling. Glitching wasn't something I needed to work on, since it was practically second nature.

I practiced a lot with movement, since it would probably look good if I kept up with the other kids. Something I was having a hard time at would be capturing. I used the duel droids for dueling, but I also tried to capture them with my hoodie strings and other things I had around. It was extremely hard for me to capture them, since I was so used to killing or extremely harming my enemies. I thought that the little trip we had for rescue training would help me get a wrap on handling people, but with the villain interruption we had no training in rescue at all.
