I remember the darkness.
I remember dying.
'Beep…Beep…Beep.' I heard in the distance, echoing throughout the cavernous purgatory I was standing in. My chest hurt; my ribcage ached. I felt dissociated from my body, my head was foggy.
“We’re losing her! You have to upload now.” A voice shouted, it echoed in my head and I covered my ears to shut out the sharp noise. I floated, listening to the steady sound in the background. The beeping was getting more erratic, it was an alarm siren blaring in my head.
“Please don’t go, don’t leave me!” A little girl cried. My heart wrenched, I screamed out in frustration, running blindly around through the darkness.
“Emily?” I shouted

Fayre has been struggling since her parents died to parent her younger sister, Emily. In order to make ends meet, Fayre accepts a deal with a large entertainment company, Hyperion Studios, that her body will be donated to science upon her death.
When Fayre meets an untimely accident and dies, her consciousness is uploaded into the virtual world Aether. Trapped inside this world filled with monsters, demons, and magic, that is being live streamed to the masses, Fayre is desperate to get back to her sister in the real world. Stranded in a battle royale armed only with a large black sword, Fayre learns that the only way through the game is to play it – and survive.
As she survives bloodbath after bloodbath, she meets other trapped souls, criminals who have been entered into the games, and the ultra wealthy beta-players. The mysterious game masters have promised freedom or life to one who can beat the game, but all have perished in their attempts to make their way through the treacherous landscapes and beat the high-powered bosses that wait at each level.
Fayre explores this game world around her, the new companions and quests that await, and she must ask herself: can she survive? Will she be able to save those she loves, and herself?
OH I can't describe how much I love this. Your writing style is amazing! It's an example of being in the place of the character instead of just being the reader. Everything was described so brilliantly that I, as a reader, feel like I can see what MC is seeing, and feel her angst, her care. The action scenes was good and active. The character is driven, her attitude isn't like any others. The world is just so big (I am out of words lol) but can be easily understood through the MC's perspective. Really this is brilliant. I see myself supporting this until the end. Thank you for writing this masterpiece. Keep updating!

how do u manage to construct such a plot? its breath takingly amazing. I feel the emotions straight out of the screen the remorse, her anger, her loneliness, the way you've introduced a few supporting characters by providing a sketch is unique, I'm taking notes lol,A PIECE THATS TRULY MUCH BELOVED BY ME AS YOUR OTHER FANS!
I am a big fan of your writing style, its short and punchy with enough descriptives to let my imagination do the work. the characters are well fleshed out and the story flows nicely. the initial plot line was different and exciting to read. A very good story and well written too! I enjoyed it :)
It's well written, and you could feel the emotions inside the words. The prologue was captivating and hooked the readers with the first sentence. Overall, a must read for readers!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!
Loving this so far. I'm not even that far into it as yet but it's quite entertaining. The way you describe your words really draws you in and keeps a hold of you. Love the concept so far as well, it will surely generate conflict between players of the game. Simply a majestic job so far, legit.
Really well polished! The first thing, I noticed while reading your story, was the language. Great one! You don't struggle, like most of us, with tenses, style or grammar. I like the way you describe things, places, etc... it's so easy to read. The storyline is interesting, characters are expressive (from the begining the reader doesn't have doubts who is the main lead). All the best!

It is a well-written story plot. The concept explored is quite cleverly brought together by the author, The first two lines of the start of the story are very impactful. I loved the flow and narration style, there is a balance of emotion and narration of the story which is really impactful. so far so good, waiting for new chapters...
