The wind blew softly through my hair as I stood in a grassy plain. I looked around to see where I was but only saw grassy plains that seemed to stretch on forever. The only thing that was different was a hill with a lone tree at the top.
From the tree humming could be heard. The song that was being hummed was one that I didn't know. Out of curiosity, I decided to see who was humming.
As I walked up the hill I saw a girl with brown hair wearing a kimono. I walked closer to the girl and stood next to her. I looked at her face and saw that she had purple eyes. As I looked at her, not once did she look at me.
I turned to see what she was looking at and saw the ocean. I felt a calming presence as I watched the ocean. I turned back to face the girl and saw that she was pointing towards something in the ocean.
I turned to see what the girl was pointing at but only saw the foot of my bed. I raised myself up and looked around. I was in my bedroom.
It had been four months since my fight with Crimson. During the first two months I helped out with repairing the town. For the last two months I've done nothing but go on quests occasionally.
I removed myself from out of my bed and walked over to where I had my clothes at. I put a shirt on and equipped a small cloak onto me.
I let out a small breath and exited my room. While walking down the hallway I made sure to be quiet and not wake up my guild. While I was away for the two months my guild at home bought furniture for the house.
I walked over to the door and put on my boots. When I opened the door I was hit with a nice breeze.
"I guess spring has started. That works for me, now I don't have to be cold all the damn time." I said to myself.
I shut the door behind me and made my way to the inn. The girl in my dream seemed familiar and yet she didn't. I wanted to know if she was just my imagination or if she was actually real.
The inn was empty for the most part. The only people there were rather asleep or working at the counter. I waved at the person working at the counter and walked up to them.
I removed some velp from my pouch and slid it over to the worker. "I'm looking for someone. They wear a black kimono and have purple eyes. Their hair is also brown." I said.
The worker gave me a curious look, "there's a girl who perfectly fits that description. She's the daughter of a powerful family. She's located somewhere on the second floor. If you don't mind me asking, why are you looking for her?" The man asked.
"To be frank, I don't have a good answer for that. Right now it's just a gut feeling. That's all for now, thanks for answering my question." I said, walking out the building.
