Beginning after the end

She had just cried her heart out in the shower, and she was about to put on another pathetic show that she would surely regret later.


She opened the door and waited for William to see her all wet and fresh and a layer away from being naked.


William entered and was enchanted for a moment; it was enough for Lisa.


"You are still not ready?" He came over his feelings a little too quick.


"And what about your lo…" Lisa glared "…guest. I mean guest." He sighed in relief; he had just avoided a lioness in the jungle.


"He is not a morning person." She said nonchalantly "Also, he has an early morning meeting; I don't think he will go with us." She walked towards bedroom; William followed "Just give me a moment…" She turned back and smiled at him for no reason "…I'll change, leave a message and then we'll leave." She entered her bedroom leaving William behind in the living room to wait and to wonder what was beneath that towel.
