163. Discovering 'Umi Island'!

[The Chronicles of friendship: Arc 8]

Ginkens are one of the most famous weapons in this world, people and Demons master such weapons as righteous warriors.

Of course Ginken is a weapon that is an extension to human power and also famous for their special abilities, each and every Ginken contains a different power and now, more than 75% of the population contains such weapons, which is otherwise very dangerous for citizens of different cities and villages.

The first Ginken was made with a little goddess named 'Zero' who also created and gave birth to another world where only warriors are born who have a special quality of their mental strength, these warriors are guaranteed to acquire Ginken, which is why people created thirteen clans in which one captain of achievable power survives, and these people who are chosen into such clans are called 'Spiritual Duelist' or for short 'Ginkenians'.

Legend has it that the goddess 'Zero' gave birth to a daughter who acquired a special 'curse' which erased her unusual memories, her name was not known until now but in a short time this has changed, now all the Captains know this girl and try to cover her perseverance, even against important people like our hero 'Timoshī Shinkaku'.

Of course, our hero doesn't know that this girl....

[Planet Earth - Umi Island - Hiking Trails - Tuesday, 2:05 p.m.]

Kanji, Codey, Ayuka, these three were still discovering Island with Charlotte and Ava. "Does anyone here intend to explain why are we going this high, I'm rather afraid of heights!" Spoke Ava who was then laughed at by Charlotte. "Ava! Come on, there's nothing bad going to happen to us, and if we do, we have three others, no need to worry!" Smiled Charlotte and smiled, however, without any idea, there was somebody 'stalking' them. It was a kid. "It's gotta be at least 50 centimetres!" The kid seemed to have been looking at Ayuka's chest size, but he was dumb, so he didn't know the real number. "All right, let's get going, we're almost at the top." Spoke Ayuka once turned around, the kid constantly had his eyes on her chest. What was strange about it, was Codey's senses never properly activated. "Right, we're with you." Called Charlotte and followed behind all three. The kid was constantly moving by the bushes once something creeked. Ayuka on the other hand immediately stopped and became serious. "Who's there?" She spoke once the rest looked at her. "Is, something... bothering you by any chance?" Kanji wondered. "It could just be an animal, but I don't believe that we're alone.... somebody..... must be around us..." But then, the bushes began to shake when Ayuka reached for her back, trying to avoid if it wouldn't be necessary to pull out her sword, note, call out her sword.

"Breasted-monkey!" From there Ayuka's eyes clenched once a kid jumped at her chest right away!" With that, Codey, Kanji, Charlotte and Ava became a bit shocked, as for Ayuka, she just felt how her chest got squeezed. Ayuka seemed to be rather confused when a sweat dripped down her forehead and noticed a head, squeezed between her breasts. "It's so good to feel them aga-" But before he spoke, Ayuka pushed him aside with unamused face. "Would you mind explaining, why the hell are you here?" With the words Ayuka used, the rest became confused. "Erm... Codey... is it just me, or did she not get... um... pissed?" But Codey just slowly nodded. "Huh?" Myles became confused on her actions. "Are you not going to, uhm... hit me first?" Wondered Myles, but his answer was given. "For what reason?" By that, Codey, Kanji, Charlotte and Ava all slammed their bodies on the ground from the surprise they heard, when the sweat dripped down their backs. "Yeah, she's gone crazy!" Spoke Charlotte. "Is she real?" Wondered Codey but then Myles spoke. "Uhm.... well.... I guess, if you're not going to hit me... I may as well explain the situation. I may or may have not snuck into car's trunk and then came along with you." What he explained was truth, even if this Umi Island was in the middle of the ocean, there was a long road, reaching for it, surrounded by trees from other cities. "Of course you'd do those foolish stuff." Spoke Ayuka but then thought in her mind. ("How do other girls deal with that kind of stuff!?!") But, all of those thoughts were hidden by her, as they were to embarrassing.

"Look, I just want to make sure, you're not going to hit me, are you?" And of course, Ayuka denied. "Like I said. There'd be no reason...." ("No reasons? What the hell is wrong with me, I could blow him to pieces if I wanted for what he did, but of course, trying to hide my anger is apparently on my mind, just what happened to me in those days???") Ayuka grabbed her forehead when she took a sigh. "Just forget it, I'm not going to blabber around for any longer, let's just continue moving up this hiking trail...." With that Ayuka walked ahead, with the rest of them still followed after. "Y'know, it's been a year, yet you haven't changed at all..." Kanji exclaimed and looked at Myles. "And I'm not planning on doing so...." From there, they continued.

[Planet Earth - Umi Island - Hiking Trails - Tuesday, 2:15 p.m.]

"And finally! We've reached the top!" Called Ayuka once stepping up on the last edge of the path. Myles and Codey were the ones who have been sweating heavily duo to the long time. "Are you two kidding? Ten minutes ago you've been as fresh as a newborn and now you're licking your saliva from the floor." Spoke Kanji, but he was given a call. "Hey! 10 minutes is a lot of minutes!" They each called and sat down by the wall. "Sure it is...." With that both of them became unamused. "Well, whatever you desire. Now, if you really would not mind us, I wanna see the perfect view down this Island." And by saying that, Kanji stepped to the edge, facing downward when the breeze of wind passed by. "You know, some ice cream would really be handy right now." "As much I hate to admit it, but you're correct, Myles." Spoke Codey, when Ayuka faced away from there she walked toward the tree that was grown at the top, she reached for it's trunk. "You know, it seems kind of warm for a free. Kind reminds me of-" But before she said, she fall into her mind. ("What's going on, why am I constantly think about him? Man I need some water or I'll end up like a fool.... ugh, why can't he just get off my mind.") Once Ayuka spoke that, she by accidant squished a part of the wood in her hand and became surprised, the rest looked at her.

"Uhm... Ayuka, is everything all right with you?" Questioned Codey who sat next to Myles. Ayuka noticed that her left arm was bleeding because of the sharp wood, but pulled the wood out. "I'm fine....." Those were the only words she spoke. "I'm just going to take a bit of rest...." Once saying so, she sat down, by the edge in the distance. "You know. I had this weird thoughts... but, it almost makes me feel like she's 'missing' Tim..." Spoke Charlotte. "Yeah, it's an option. But, really, she's probably just filled with worriying thoughts about him." But then Codey faced at Myles who was disappointed so he dared to make a move. "Or it could just be she likes him." When he said those words out, Myles beserked. "Excuse me! What did you say! Don't even dare think that way!" Myles yelled out loud, however Codey just laughed. "Calm down, I was just joking, wanted to see your reaction. You've really got a thing going for her, don't you. Well, quick headsup, touching her won't really help you and plus, she's almost 18, while you're still stuck at 12, so even if she were to like you the way you like her, it'd be illegal." Explained Codey. "Wait, is it actually illegal? Some people say that 18 and 17 is fine, but when you're 17 you're not an adult and when the other person is 18, then they are adult, so, now I don't understand, is it actually illegal?" With that Codey's eyes became squiggly once his ears let out steam. "You know, dealing with you and your thinking it kind makes me look like a total idiot, compared to you, Ava..." Explained Codey once he flipped back onto his bottom.

"But isn't it correct?" Wondered Ava. "If you're dumb, you would know that 18 and 17 is legal, but if there were going any of those... uh 'adult' stuff between them, it'd count as a- you know what, I won't even explain it to you." Spoke Charlotte. "That's what I was trying to do! Avoid, explanation! Dummy!" Exclaimed Codey and was given an unamused look by Charlotte. "I'm too young for these kind of stuff anyway, not interested either." Charlotte leaned back on the wall. "By the way, are we planning to sit around here this entire day, or what's next?" Questioned Myles when he faced at the rest. "Well, can't you take some time to relax, are you really so impatient..." Spoke Codey. "Oh, right. You and the other two are just too old to be energetic, that's the cause of real stupidness." By the saying, Codey faced at Myles. "I can be as energetic as I'd want to be, but if I want to relax, I may as well!" He called. "No, you're just weak in body strength, all you focus on is that stupid knowledge and brains of yours." With that the two of them began to argue. Ayuka and Kanji faced at them once Ayuka held something in her right palm.

"Would you two just stop being so stupid?" The calls of the four were heard. "So, uh... Ayuka. What's been going on in your mind lately, I know a part of it, but we're pretty much all worried about Tim." "Uh, what?" Ayuka faced at Kanji. "Come on, share it, what's happened to you... you seem to be deep in your own mind, thinking about Tim this entire time.... is there anything else then just worry?" But he was given an answer. "Are you crazy? Like what?" "Y'know, do you, uhm secretly like him?" Kanji asked. "Like him?! Why the hell would that be on my mind? Like I said, we're just friends!" Spoke Ayuka in annoyance. "If so, why are you red in cheeks and got heated up so easily? You know, everbody has that time where they feel warmth of somebody, that's just how children and teens are, y'know, like you'd want to be with someone." Giggled Kanji and sat down. Ayuka became even hotter in the face. "Stop treating me as if I were in love with him! It's getting on my nerves, really." Spoke Ayuka but Kanji giggled. "All right, all right, I'll leave it to you, but think about it." Kanji stood back up and prepared to move to the others. "You might actually be in your 'late' teen thoughts, and who knows, you may like him and even you cannot understand or know." Spoke Kanji and backed away. "I said, I don't like him the way you see it!" She spoke, but inhaled and exhaled. "I can't believe it, they think I'd be in love with that fool. So stupid....." Even thought Ayuka was a bit aggressive in her face, she then turned to the soft side.

"But then again..... ugh, what am I thinking about, just stop being so dumb, you're not being yourself at all!" Ayuka angrly called and tried to calm herself down. She raised her arms and yelled. "This is so confusing! Argh!" Shouted Ayuka in the air, when the birds flew over her head, she then leaned her arm on her thigh and then leaned her chin on the palm. "May as well start lying to myself...."
