[The Founding Flame: Arc 16]

A 'GINKEN' a weapon which consists itself out of 'Spirituality' and extend another human's power.

These weapons are created upon a Human's birth at which point they're then known as a warrior with a title of 'Spiritual Duelist'.

Over centuries over millions of 'GINKENS' have been born and over a consistent lifespam, these weapon have became known as a tradition that many people end up knowing, their existence requires a strong body, a strong mind and a well durable body and only if a human manages to reach these specific 'importances' the 'GINKEN' will reveal itself and connect upon another's wielder Aura, which is built out of 'Spiritual Force' or in simple ways 'Pressure'.

About 75% of the world's population remain alive with such weapon and 3% of them are known to have Demon Blood, the main source that embraces up a 'Half-Demon'.

In current timeline, a woman - a Godess and the enhancer of the first 'GINKEN' appearances named 'Zero' lurks around the World with 98% of the people unaware about her, and with it, people believe that the World's finally been cleared of Demons, however many of the early-arriving Demons are still standing among the World.

- A month later -

Tim was sitting at the table, once turning pages of the book, when taking paper and writing down notes into his notebook. "Tim! Get down here, immediately! I have prepared a delicious meal for you and you absolutely must take it for a taste!" Codey shouted, when knocking onto Tim's doors.

And by looking to the knocked on door, Tim's left palm when he exhaled. "Yeah, yeah. I'm coming!" When Tim stood up, closed the notebook and walked for the door, he slid the door open, when immediately became squiggly, once three of his friends appeared in front of him. "Good afternoon!"

"It's day..."

"We have decided to keep your sadness by brining you food toward your door!" Called Codey, holding a tray, when Tim sighed.

"I'm not 'sad'."

"It's something that we have never tried, our lovely taster." Smiled Kylin, holding the plate in her hand.

"... Taster ...?

"Now! Please, take your pick of which of these delicious meals would you like of tasting?" But the moment Tim heard so, he grabbed the door and slide it shut, when backing away and falling on the floor. "Hey! Don't ignore u-" But as they opened the door, they saw him passed out, when they quickly dropped their plates and ran toward him.

"Hey! Wake up!" Codey was looking at him, while trying to figure out what was going on. "It's his 'Spiritual Symbolism'. He hasn't had it for two months now, and if a human does not have it for that long, they can die." Kylin explained, stressed.

"I mean, his heart beat is still calm enough, but we shouldn't risk. Let's bring him down to Jun..." Elliot spoke, when the three of them nodded and Codey leaned him on his back.

[Heaven - Holy Arches - Saturday, 2:05 p.m.]

Zero was walking through the 'Holy Arches' palace, when she was stopped by the two new 'Holy Knights'. "Lass. Zero! We would like to inform you about the efficient work that has been done to fix the palace." Claimed the knight. "Have you not done a great job, I am proud." She smiled, when the two knights became worried. "Would you like us to continue with any further methods?" Questioned the other.

"No need. You may take some rest now, and please, go tell the rest as well." Smiled Zero, once she made a curtsy. "Oh, and another request we came here to inform you about. We received a message from the Planet Earth about a 'Substitute-Duelist' that was here a month ago. We were warned that he is on the verge of death, due to his 'Spiritual Symbolism' being gone for more than 2 months." Explained the knight. "Tim? Shinkaku Tim?" Wondered Zero, looking at them.

"That is what they introduced him. They cannot retrieve his 'Spiritual Symbolism' and have asked us to help." Claimed the knight. "I understand, I will see what I can do, thank you."

With honor and respect, the two 'Holy Knights' left Zero alone.

[Heaven - Holy Arches - Saturday, 2:10 p.m.]

Zero stepped toward Ayuka's bedroom when slowly opening the door. "Um, Ayuka, have you-" But right in that moment, when she entered, she noticed how Ayuka was turned toward the wall and putting on her clothes, when Ayuka looked behind her, with her back skin showing. "Mother, w-what are you doing here?" Ayuka wondered, when fully put the clothes on and zipped them.

"Oh, we have received that your friend's 'Spiritual Symbolism' has still not been activated. I heard you were the one to absorb it, were you not?" In that moment, Ayuka became shocked with her eyes shaking, when turning around. "I've completely forgot about that." She stepped in front of Zero, when looking at her. "Please! Tell me that he's all right! Ayuka called, embarrassingly.

"Well... He has been put under care, but if they do not find a way of aiding his body and its core, I do believe he will not be able and survive." Claimed Zero, when Ayuka instantly dashed forward. "Wait! Ayuka! Where are you going?!" Zero wondered, outstretching her right arm, when Ayuka looked over her right shoulder.

"I'm going to the Planet Earth. Mother, I beg of you to open up the portal!" Ayuka claimed, when facing her.

"But Ayuka! You have ceremony of becoming the next 'Holy Light' today!"

"I've already decided! I'm not becoming one, for as long as you're alive." That made Zero smile, when she giggled. ("I suppose she really prefers the Human life than the 'Holy' life. But I would not dare to decline her request. She is old enough to decide for herself, plus she has been doing a great job of the training.") Smiled Zero, once again.

[Planet Earth - Innerlight City - Guild (Hospital) - Saturday, 2:30 p.m.]

"... His body has been lying there for another 30 minutes... Will he be all right Jun?" Wondered Codey, looking at her. "He'll be fine. But in the next 3 hours, if there's nothing done with his 'Spiritual Symbolism', he'll die..." Claimed Jun, worried and stressed.

"What?! You've gotta to be kidding us! Wasn't Ayuka the one who absorbed it?!" Elliot gulped, stressed. "Yeah, and her arrival to be a gift to us if she came, as for us. We are not able to visit 'Holy Arches' with another scroll, as it is only one way trip..." Explained Jun, while all of them were shocked.

[Planet Earth - Holy Pendelum - Saturday, 2:31 p.m.]

Ayuka stepped into the pond of water when quickly disappearing from the spot, as her body flickered and hopped into the air, when making longer jumps, moving at incredible speed.

("How was I that stupid?! I've completely forgot about his 'Spiritual Symbolism'! I'm so mad! If he dies just because of me, I'll never forgive myself, never!") It was perfectly clear and sensational that she was under a lot of stress and pressure.

("I gotta get there today, if he has really been put under a time limit, then there's definitely a short time limit, that I must get there... What was I thinking? He was with me at the ceremony and I didn't return it! And why has he not mentioned it to me! Was he really only caring about keeping me safe?! Again?! Damn it! Just for once in your life, can you think about anything else than in stupidity protecting me?!") Ayuka wondered, upset.

[Planet Earth - Innerlight City - Guild (Living Room) - Saturday, 2:42 p.m.]

"But why didn't Ayuka retrieve the 'Spiritual Symbolism'. We can be safe to believe that she probably understood the risks, but even then... Why did she go that far just to stop him?" Kanji wondered, sitting on the sofa in the main living room of the 'Top Tier' Duelists.

"I'm really not sure to why... But- I believe there has to have been a reason to it..." Claimed Codey, thinking when Sakami stood next to him. "When you three were in the 'Holy Arches', has anyone even mention that to Ayuka?" Wondered Sakami, looking down at him emotionlessly. "N-No... We've all forgotten... really..." Sighed Codey, embarrassed. "Then, I have no comments, then just hatred..." Claimed Sakami, looking aside whe everyone became unamused.

"Anyway, maybe we can reach Ayuka, erm... She could probably get here in time, r-right?" Elliot claimed, embarrassed. "Are you stupid? She can't return to the Planet Earth now that she has decided to become the next 'Holy Light'. Besides, even if she could, there is no way she could get here in time..." Sighed Codey.

"Come on, now you're just doubting at her. She's gained the 'Title' of a Godess, do you really believe she couldn't just teleport here, like Zero?" When Elliot stretched both of his legs on the table, crossed the two arms behind his neck and leaned back on the sofa, he yawned. "Oh, shut up you scrawny, fool." It meant an insult, due to how weak Elliot was in his durability.

"Stop giving me so much hatred! I helped you stop Kin, didn't I?!" Showing tongue, Codey became annoyed. "All you did was visiualize Zero's body or get in the way! Codey yelled, grabbing Elliot's neck when beginning to shake him back and forward.

"Hey, now! You two should calm down a little. I understand you're stressed but let's think of something. We have another 2 hours and around 20 minutes. We can still figure out a solution!" Called Kylin, when softly reaching with her hand forward.

"Hey! You're chocking me! Stop it!" Elliot called, when Codey received a red mark on his face. "As if I would care!" But at last, he let go and leaned his elbow on his knee and jawline on his palm.

"Well, maybe there's something like an antidote which could work, if we buy from a store..." Kanji believed, giving ideas. "That wouldn't work, the stores don't sell these type of healing items, it would be illegal as well..." Codey spoke, once he looked on his Zero Watch. "You're right... So then, what ARE we supposed to do?"

"We can just beat the shit out of him to force him together!" But the moment, Elliot spoke so, Codey instantly sweeped with his right arm, smashign Elliot over the sofa's back as his head was hit at the ground, with his feet hanging over the top.

"Shut up, moron..."

"Well, there's gotta be something that we can do, right?" But even though Kylin was embarrassed and aware that it wouldn't be that easy, she still tried to think her best. "Maybe, but our best solution is Ayuka right now? Maybe there's something we can do, to bring her down here..." Kanji added, while grabbing a drink and put the strawn into his mouth.

"Have you tried communicating with her? Zero Watch?" Kylin wondered, and pondered. "We couldn't connect, there's no proper connection or signal up there, so there's no further interactions than mail..." Codey explained, reaching for another watch. "Plus, she has left it behind with Tim, the last time she visited the 'Holy Arches'... So there's that..." Kylin picked up the watch and looked at it. "It doesn't even work anymore..."

"Or it just wasn't charged..." Codey added, trying to reach for the cable. "No... Never mind, it's fully charged..." At last, together at once they had no futher ideas. "We can't just give up on him, we've gotta find a solution..." Added Ume, trying to figure it out.

"Trust me. I'm aware, but with so much going on in our heads, it'll be hard for us to even find a great solution, or a detailed idea to receive any ways of recovering his strength..." Explained Codey, when standing up and walking toward the glasses.

"Yeah... No doubt about it..."

To be continued...
