CHAPTER 10#
Jack's wife called her brother and explained her financial condition. Her brother was a young man of 27 years old. She explained the severe financial crisis they are facing, the simple reason is that a lot of money is lying uncollected in the market, and the real problem is there is no one to collect it.
She offered him very good commission if he helped them in collecting the amount regularly. He agreed to take up the job. She provided him with the list and addresses of the borrowers.
Just after 4 days of his starting the job, unfortunately he died in a road accident. That came as the greatest jolt to Mrs. Jack. Now she has no hope of earning any money from any where.
Many people who had borrowed money from Jack filed FIR in the police station against the people who were mentally and physically torturing them if they had failed to pay on the exact date.
Meanwhile the personal diary of Robin which Bright submitted to the police station, on his instruction, had recorded date wise the minutest details of the tortures and harassments the people of Jack had done with him.
In the diary, he had recorded their physical and mental abuse, breaking of TV, chairs, tables, tea cups and glasses etc, he also included the sexual harassment of his 15 year old grand daughter and thus bringing him to the verge of death.
He had clearly mentioned that all these started when he failed to pay the interest on the extra $10000/ loan amount he had mentioned in the document instead of only $10000/ which he had actually borrowed.
Thus he was cheated to the extent of $10000/ and the continuous anxiety, worries, stress, and mental torture have finally killed him and there was no other cause for his death.
Robin thus recorded every thing precisely and on the basis of his diary and also various complaints filed by his borrowers, Jack was arrested by police.
Mr. Bright was very worried about what will happen to him. Robin's daughter engaged a very good lawyer to represent the case. They withdrew the charges against Bright. Being free and relieved he started helping Robin's family.
On the specific date they were asked to come to the court to attend the case. Bright, Robin's family members, locals came to the court to attend the case that day.
Robin's lawyer started the argument, but when he started speaking, it surprised every body in the court that It was not the voice of the lawyer, actually AND She was speaking in the voice of dead Robin. As he started speaking, his daughter, Bright, and many neighbours stood up and shouted that it was Robin speaking.
The judge was also profoundly surprised, but he asked everybody to remain calm and maintain the decorum of the court.
The dead himself argued his own case. He explained in detail how he was physically and mentally tortured and the havoc his men have created in his family. He claimed that the continuous worries, anxiety, sleeplessness, and stress have totally destroyed his health and ultimately killed him. The declared that It is unique in the history of judiciary. At the end, the judge sentensed Jack 7 years of imprisonment.
