"Are you sure you'll be okay?" Mave asked him.
Tosh playfully punched him, "Of course, I will. It's not something new for me. I've experienced the worst."
All of them are now feeling worried, will they continue or not?
"I suggest that I will the way for now. Until Tosh's feet feel well," Meta suggested.
"No! I'm totally fine. It was just you guys who gives a big deal about this," Tosh said without any hesitation.
"Let him be. Don't bother thinking about him just like he said. Besides, it was his idea and instincts to go this way," David said.
Friean can't handle her feelings anymore, she pushed David, "What's wrong with you. huh? Why are being so narrow-minded? If you are mad about something, tell us! Why would you easily give up on talks involving life as easy as that? I know that you know how it feels to lose someone. We already lose Snow and Steph! Why did you get this fa—" she was slapped by David.
"You are getting on my nerves!" David shouted.
Mave saw it and punched David on his face, "What do you think you are doing, huh? Man! You hit a woman! Are you insane?"
David was about to hit Mave when Rex pulled him, "That was my sister, David. Be thankful that Mave did the first move. If I were that, I don't know how far I will go just to beat you into pulp," Rex said calmly.
David pulled himself together, "Just remember this, all of you. I have warned you. don't blame me if something goes wrong."
"You guys are so frustrating! I don't know why I agreed to join you with this!" Meta sighed.
"You know what, guys?" Roi asked, "What we are doing is so exhausting. Walking with no directions and assurance that we are on the right path and if we safe as we go on. But this is more tiring! Instead of lifting each other's back, we are fighting like this."
Friean started crying, "I really don't know all of you when we started. Even until now, I just know you the way you are treating everybody. I just know you as the representative of each nation. I thought we can overcome this together since we have the same goal of leaving this island as soon as we can. But it seems like, the more we stay together like, the more we can't do anything to survive!"
"That is not true! As long as we stick with each other we will learn how to get along. It is just that, we haven't been together for so long and some of our attitudes were just showing up. Don't lose hope, please. We can make this all together," Ace was trying to convince everyone.
Hoax let out a deep sigh, "I hate dramas. But, yes, I agree with Ace. We were just starting. We have to help ourselves to adapt to one another. So, yeah," Ace smiled and thanked him.
"Maybe we should rest for a bit. Everyone is so worked up. Let's cool down for a while," Meta suggested.
"I agree with that," Tosh said and he climbed up a nearby tree, "I'll rest here. I will monitor nature."
Rex sat beside Friean, "Tosh is such a big help to our group, right?"
Friean looked at him. She was still teary-eyed, "Yes, I agree. That is why I don't understand David. He's too harsh on him. Now, I understand why Snow fell for Ace even they were still together. Ace is too different from him. I just don't know why I don't feel the same way to Ace."
"Really?" Rex pretended to be surprised, "Snow fell for Ace?"
Friean giggled, "It doesn't suit you. Stop that! It is not that you and Ace don't know it!"
Ace run towards them, "I heard my name! What's the tea?"
Both of them laughed, "I told Rex, that I know that you two know that Snow likes you!"
Ace was caught off guard, "Woah! That was too fast," he laughed.
"If she was still here, I bet that she will court you," Friean laughed.
"A woman will court me? That's pretty odd. But I feel sorry for her. I guess she misunderstood my gestures towards her," Ace's expression became sad.
"You don't have to be sorry. It was her who put meanings on it. I know that you are faithful with your girl," Friean smiled.
"I also hope he is," Rex teased him.
"Yes, he is! Right, Ace?" Friean asked him.
Ace looked at her, "Ahm, yes, of course. I am."
We need to leave!" Tosh said while going down the tree, "The breeze suddenly changed. It is not normal for it to changes that easily. The warm weather will attract animals and a higher possibility of heavy rains. We need to go back to the barn!"
All of them run will full caution. Because they have to be careful with the poisonous needle-like things on the ground.
"I already told you this will happen," David said.
All of them realized it and felt sorry for David.
"I am very sorry, Bro. I was just helping using my experiences inside our forest and I thought it will be the same in here," Tosh said.
"Yeah, me too. I'm sorry," Meta said.
Friean did not speak even she feels really sorry for him.
Hoax suddenly appeared in front of them, "The barn is gone!"
Everyone stopped running.
"Are you sure with that?" Roi asked.
"Yes. I went there to open the doors already so you can easily get in but it turns out that it was never there," Hoax explained.
"What about our things? The things and belongings we left there?" Mave was anxious.
"There are no traces there. It looks like it was just an open space to do campfires," Hoax was feeling sorry.
"Oh, no! What should we do?" Friean was freaking out.
To her surprise, she stopped immediately when Meta hugged her, "This is not the time to make some noise. Shut your mouth," she looked at all of them, "They're here!"
