Having Trouble Coping Up with Stress, Anxiety, and Depression

Stress, anxiety, can't control emotions, and depression is one of the negative emotions we felt. We get these because we sometimes overthink about the things that are not necessary, and it comes to the point that we feel frustrated. There are solutions, but you can't find or solve it because, for you, it is a serious matter or problem. When having those problems, we need to cope up with them. Some people are having trouble coping up with negative emotions. We need to understand it or them.

I've met people who are having trouble with their mental health. Some of them opened up to me about why they have these negative emotions. I understand their story, and after hearing their side, I told myself that it is hard for them to experience this matter. These negative emotions triggered them because they are having problems with their lives, and such. One of my friends also told me that she had suffered from depression, and she went to a Psychologist to treat her depression, and after some treatments, she felt better, but there are times that her depression will trigger. I think having treatments for a Psychologist is very good because a Psychologist will know that what your problem is, they questioned you so that they will know what triggers your depression, also having few tests. But I'm not saying that it is better to see a Psychologist because some people who went to a Psychologist are not cured, it is up to you if you will have a treatment or you will treat yourself, after all, you are the one controlling your brain.

If you have problems with your mental health:

· Don't hesitate to open up, don't keep it to yourself because it will worsen.

· You can only cure and control yourself.

· Don't think just by yourself but think about the emotions of others, they will get worried about you having that kind of illness.

Having these mental health issues are a serious matter. We need to understand it, also the people having this illness. Though it is hard for them to cope up with it, we also need to help them, not complementary, but voluntarily Do not hesitate to commit suicide, and such because it will not lessen your problem, but you will make it worse. Keep in mind that you are not alone. You have your loved ones to be by your side always. We need to take care of our mental health.
