Regrets

Regrets are negative conscious. It is emotional. A reaction to your choice of action. You feel depressed, and you sometimes overthink it. My question is, "do you have regrets in life?" "What are those regrets?" "Do you see your regrets as a lesson that should be learned?"

There are various types of regrets; regrets by action (doing this and that), regrets in inaction (not doing anything), regrets about failing hopes, goals, aspiration, feeling towards the person, and the course you're taken up, and many more.

We have many regrets in life, and sometimes we tend to overthink it and feel emotional. Sometimes we feel stressed. For me, regret is part of our life, without it, we cannot realize the reality, our brains and conscience will not be awakened. Regrets will make you a better version of yourself. It serves as your guide that you will not do it again because you regretted it already, and you will make sure that it won't happen again.

I have many regrets like, regret that I did not tell my feelings to my crushes because it's very embarrassing, regret that I did not say the answer to a particular subject, but in my head, it tells me to answer it because my conscience tells me that it is correct, but I did not answer it. The most heartbreaking regret that I have experienced is I open my heart to a boy, but in the end, he rejected me. I have many more regrets in life, but not only have I seen it as regret but a lesson to be learned that I will never do that again.

If you have regrets, see it as a lesson that should be learned. It happened, it's done. In the end, we only regret the chances that we did not take, and that saying is like a negative approach. If you make just one mistake, and it changes everything.

If you have regrets in life, just:

· Move forward

· Smile

· Forgive and forget because that's the best way to move on from your regrets.

· Don't look back

· It will not go as planned, but one day it will be

· Accept that it did not go as planned

Do not regret the little things like telling yourself that "I regret that I ate a lot and that's why I'm fat or something" Just remember to be who you are because that is you. You don't have to change yourself. Do not listen to the judgment of other people. We know that we live with regrets, but it is up to us on how we can bear and handle it. If you are satisfied with your life or decisions, then you will have no regrets, and that's good. When you regret it, it only means that you are not satisfied enough with yourself.
