60. Red faced monkey??!!

# Guys!!! We completed 30k views…. Aaahhh…. This is so surreal… Thank you soo much guys for all the support and love you have shown me…. It took us 11 days to reach 30k views from 20k…. I hope that by 31st May we can reach 40k views….

" Good morning Liam and Lara…", Miles said with a happy smile while walking towards the two of them.

" Looks like someone enjoyed yesterday…", Lara asked with a teasing smile.

Miles's face started turning red. He put on a beautiful smile .

" Did she tell you anything??", he asked with hopeful eyes.

" She kept telling about how beautiful Phoenix Mall…", Lara replied with a calm face. Miles's face immediately fell.

Lara chuckled seeing his sad face and said," Just kidding.. She kept blabbering about you the whole night… I couldn't sleep till midnight…."

Miles's face turned even redder. Liam who was watching this suddenly spoke.

" God Miles!! Your face is so damn red!!.. You look like a red faced monkey!!", Liam commented with a smirk.

Miles felt embarrassed listening to his comment. He decided to get back at him." Bro.. You will also be like this when you confess to La-", he started but was immediately cut off by Liam.

" Stop speaking nonsense Miles!!", Liam said in an annoyed tone. He cursed Miles with all the words he knew in his mind. His secret was almost out.

Lara smiled." By the way… I hope you guys will speak everything you want till you are exhausted the next time you meet up…

Otherwise, my single heart will ache listening to her blabber about you nonstop and my poor sleep will also suffer…", she said with a fake sad face.

Miles just laughed listening to Lara.

Liam badly wanted to go down on one knee and tell something to Lara.

' Lara… I am willing to heal your heart ache of being single… Only if you allow me to..'

But he decided against it considering the fact that Miles was also present and if he was rejected, he would loose his face in front of him as well.

He would rather be embarrassed only in front of her alone rather than in front of a loudspeaker like Miles.

Miles would definitely go and tell anything that would happen to his family and that would mean loosing face in front of them as well.

So for the sake of keeping his face, he decided to keep his thoughts to himself.

Suddenly Miles's phone dinged. He quickly pulled his phone out to check whose message it was. When he saw the name, his heart started racing fast.

It was a message from Maria.' Enjoyed your company yesterday…. Would love to be able to hang out again..❤️❤️ '

Slowly a blush crept on to his cheeks.

Lara giggled seeing his reaction knowing who had sent him the message." A text from Maria??", she asked with a smile.

He looked up with flushed cheeks and nodded his head up and down in agreement." Can you help me in replying…" he asked her with puppy eyes.

Lara and Liam looked at Miles in utter disbelief looking at him showing her puppy eyes.

" God!! I am so damn worried about my future… How am I going to survive between two lovers having such strong puppy eyes??... Since when did you also become like her Mr. Miles???...", Lara said in a sarcastically worried tone.

Miles just sheepishly smiled and scratched the back of his neck.

Liam was burning in anger and jealousy. How dare he show puppy eyes to his girlfriend right in front of him??!!! He himself hasn't been able to show her his cute mesmerizing puppy eyes and this guy already did it!!

" I am seriously not the right person to ask about this… But considering that it involves my bestie, I will help you… I suggest you to be your honest self….

So… Show me the text…", she replied.

Miles quickly passed his phone to her. She took it and read the text she sent him.

" Hmmm… Just reply that you also enjoyed her company in a less ambiguous way and say that you would also like to hang out again… All in your own style…", she said while passing his phone back to him.

Miles immediately started typing on his phone. He was a bit anxious about what reply he would get. He received a response right away.

' Glad to know… Are you free this evening…. If you are, then would like to spend some time in the park we went to yesterday…. :)'

Miles's face brightened.

Miles smiled at Lara and said," You are so amazing Lara… I got pitched in for a second date…"

He blew her a kiss out of excitement, which she also returned, before walking out with a smile.

Liam was gripping on to his pen tightly. He felt like stabbing Miles with the pen in his hand for daring to blow a kiss to his girl.

At that moment he decided something. He needed to confess to Lara before it is too late…. He wasn't worried about Miles, but worried about the countless guys who stare at her.

He decided to propose to her when they are in Country G. From that day onwards, he started surfing the Internet for various ways to propose and the props needed. His planning was going smoothly.

But little did he know that things were not going to go according to his plans. Not one bit!!
