Concussion

For as many times as I've woken up with a [Concussion], I'm really bad at it.

"What the hell?" I asked.

Now, blunt damage like hitting someone with your bare hands is usually subdual or shock damage. With a weapon, even one as simple as a rock, it is just normal damage. So during something like a Pummeling, it's actually cheating.

"Heh." Amaag said. "Smelling salts. Mixed garlic, boiled urine, and onion."

"Gods." I said, my eyes watering and my nose trying to gunk itself closed. But... I was awake.

I don't know that I'd go as far as combat ready, but I had enough sense to let my System do a full diagnostic. No [Brain Damage], at least.

I'd be at a little under half health when the subdual from Naggar went away; at fifteen minutes per point, that would happen in around five hours. Naggar would need to sleep on it, but he'd make a full recovery by tomorrow.
