Madison-Rose Nicholas is a 9-year-old obsessed teddy bear collector and when she goes on holiday during the Christmas holidays with her parents Sophie, Micheal and her older sister Hannah, her holiday turns into a magical adventure when she meets Zoe the bear that came from Japan along with her friends and Madison-Rose becomes best friends with Zoe and the other animals and wants to reunite Zoe with her half brother Chocolate.
