As Dennis regained his sight back. He tried to recall what he saw, but it he could only see was a blurry image. Kronos then got concerned and waved her hands in front of Dennis to get his attention, but it didn't work until she slapped him. It brought him back to his senses, but it made him forget what he truly saw.
"Why you do that?! I almost had the location of the next star!"
Dennis was angry at Kronos. He almost raised his hand at her by losing his temper, but he took a deep breath and calmed down.
"I am sorry, but you were more in a trance. If I didn't have done that, you would have been lost."
"Never mind, then... Let's go before the others wonder what happened to me."
As Dennis mentioned. The two of them walked out of the room and ended up in the room where it had a round table. Everyone was waiting in this room. Worried about what happened to Dennis, but once they saw him. They were glad that he was fine.
Dj and Yen were the first to go to Dennis and gave him a hug while they noticed the stranger was missing.
"Alright, all of you come along. We are leaving this place now."
Kronos said to everyone as she snapped her fingers and the door that they had come through changed. It changed from a hallway corridor to a light blue crystalized hallway. But they saw the stranger with two cups of coffee. She walked into the room and handed one to Dennis.
"Thanks..."
Dennis said to the stranger. Moments later, they were all traveling through the crystalized hallway. As they went along, they were seeing memories of a war that was unfinished. Wondering how it would end until they see a white bright light at the end of the corridor. They all went through it without hesitation and ended up ahead of time from the others on the north pole.
"Darn it all."
They all said, back at the ship. Nix was doing her best on navigating her way to the north pole while unfamiliarized with this world. While she did that, Lota passed by and was checking on Nix's vitals while she was sitting on the captain's chairs.
"Um... Lota, was it? You know this world more than me, right?"
"Not really. I haven't been here before."
Lota said to Nix as she goes on to Spike, then Dwight, and finally with Mora, that was lying down on the radar table with the reality star. She refused for a vital check and Lota continued toward Olivia, but she was nowhere to be seen.
"Wait a minute... Where's auntie at?"
Outside of the ship. Olivia was on the viewing deck and sneezed around the time Lota called her auntie. Back inside, the reality star was reacting with the radar. This was showing an enormous energy source coming from they were heading. Mora was the first to notice it and was giving Dennis a call by accident.
Moments later, in the north pole. They were in a vast wasteland of ice and snow. The cold could have taken them the moment they arrived, but luckily Dennis was using fire magic and created a massive fire by joining his hands to keep themselves warm. At that moment, Dennis's phone was ringing, and he couldn't answer it.
"Can someone grab that? It's in my front right pocket."
Dennis couldn't answer the phone himself. He needed to keep the fire going.
"I'll do it."
Dj said. He was already standing on Dennis's right side, grabbed his phone, and answered.
"Hello, this is Dj speaking."
"Dj? How do you have his phone? I thought Dennis was missing."
Mora believed Dennis was still missing. She informed about it to the other and tried their best to make it as fast as possible to their destination.
"Yeah, we found him, and we are back but were stranded in the middle of the artic over here... And I think we have locals..."
As Dj mentioned. They all saw something coming from the distance in the land of snow. It was a white humanoid robot that resembles a lot like a feline. It was approaching them while holding a sharp object in their hands. And once Dj ended the call, the humanoid robot went for running towards them. They all felt a murderous intent coming their way.
"Gaia!"
"Niariza!!"
"Obliviona!!!"
As they called their weapons. Owen and Dj called their weapons, but Dennis wasn't able to.
"You got to be kidding me... They have an active jammer!"
Dennis said. He then focused on his magic and increased the flames in his hands and took the front. The huge amount of fire that Dennis created could scare off the enemy. They all saw them tripping over to turn around and was running away. For a moment, they were glad that they didn't have to fight, but they soon realized that the person knew the area.
Dj, Owen and Dennis took charge in chasing the person while Yen, Ace and Kronos were behind them. But as they tried to catch up to the person, a small blizzard passed and made their surrounding area hard to see. Making it to lose track of the person the moment the storm was cleared.
"Damn it, they got away..."
Owen said. He was mad and kicked the snow that was on the ground. The kick was hollow and as if there was something underneath it.
"Don't blame yourself, man. They couldn't have gone far."
Dj replied. He was about to sit down on the ice until Dennis stopped him. Giving him a warning.
"I wouldn't do that if I were you... look for yourself."
As Dennis mentioned. Dj looked at the ground and moved the snow with his shoes. He saw that the ice that they were standing right now has a cavern. It was a deep one. Whoever fells in it could easily lose their life. Dj was glad that his friend stopped him. Later on, they moved on in search of their attack, but before they could leave. Dennis created an ice cross, showing that this place had a cavern beneath.
"Come on dad, don't you dare get slow on me!"
Yen yelled as he was pushing his father towards the other. Dennis then laughed as he ignited the flames in his hands while going onwards to mountains made of ice.
