Andrew

To say it truthfully, I was never a good kid. Fight after fight and detention after detention. Things seemed to come and go like that. Time and time again I'd be in trouble for fighting or bullying someone.

Yet I took comfort in not fighting.

"Didn't you hear? Amora was crying today! She's such a crybaby!" Andrew couldn't help but turn his head and stare. When staring became annoying, he began to make his way over and opened his mouth, yelling at them.

"Hey, you three! Shut the hell up!" Andrew continued toward them as they turned.

"Or what? You gonna beat us up or something? Is Amora your little girlfriend~?"

"No, but she was having a bad day!" Andrew said, throwing a punch and hitting the first kid in the nose, causing him to stumble back and hold his nose in pain. Blood began dripping and the second bully kicked at Andrew's knee, causing him to fall, the two bullies who were uninjured began kicking Andrew as he tried to get up.

"Take this! And this!" The two kept screaming. That was until some water hit the two boys in the head at such a speed they were knocked down to the ground as well.

"You boys really are stupid." Shirley Radke announced, obviously annoyed. "Andrew get up and let's go."

Andrew took no time to stand and follow her, giving a glare to the three boys who were still stunned from the attack.

"What were you fighting about now?" Shirley asked as she pulled some small rocks from Andrew's scrapes.

"They were insulting Amora," Andrew said, keeping his head low.

"I see, but it's best if we stay away from them. As long as they don't hurt Amora, things will be alright." Shirley said with a smile.

Amora who was now leaving the school waited for Shirley on a bench.

"One of these days, I'll introduce you to her, maybe on the school trip next week," Shirley said, now standing and sliding her backpack over her shoulders. Once again she smiled and made her way toward Amora, waving at Andrew as she left.

Knowing I had to hurt Amora was... scary. I always wanted to be her friend, but my grandfather promised me that with Amora's elements, I could protect myself and everyone, and Amora could be given a different element.

I can't believe I took a single word to heart then.

Was there any chance I could be forgiven by her if she found out?

I have to show her the church. I have to obtain the Elements and... save people, and save her. I don't know when, but I will figure that out in time.

I... need to, otherwise, that person could hunt down and kill Amora. He's killed Cody and nearly took out Jackson. Who knows when they'll hunt me.

Or anyone I love or care for now.

Aya and Amora are my friends, Shirley has been there for me and now I'm closer to Amora than ever before. Somehow that bus trip worked out well. Despite causing everyone to disappear temporarily.
