Xenophobe

On the school trip, Harrison still sees Corey who was silent on the bus. He wanted to help her but he did not know whether, to tell the truth, or just a distraction.

Let me approach her slowly, who knows she will talk calmly. – Harrison.

Harrison approached Corey doubtfully, patted her on the shoulder.

She looked at Harrison, "What do you want?"

"Uh… I just wanna say hi to you.," Harrison feels dumb because of his shyness.

My God, why am I looked like an idiot? – Harrison.

To stop the awkwardness between the two of them, Harrison laughed softly, "Ignore this conversation. I'm sorry for bothering you."

She leaves with an annoyed tone, "Yeah, you bothered me much and I hope I don't see you again at school."

"Ok, sure.", Harrison shrugged his shoulders in agreement. He returned to find a seat.

In class, Harrison saw Corey again. Corey (who realized Harrison was coming) looked away in annoyance, whispering something.

"What's up, dude?", Rosalind greets Harrison first before the other boys greet him.

"I'm fine, how about you all?"

"Man, we so hyped up today!", Rosalind so excited that his screams are heard in one class.

"Dude just chills.," Stanley calmed him a bit.

"What is it?" Harrison asks Emmanuel what happened today.

"So, today there is an artist's performance near the school. Coincidentally, our class is asked to attend the show later," Emmanuel explained to Harrison with a smile.

"When does the show start? Looks like the show will be fun, right?", Lenny approached the four of them in a friendly manner.

Emmanuel and the others (except Harrison) faces look happy when Lenny (Zeblan) asks them, but Harrison looks indifferent.

Lenny approached Harrison's face and whispered in his ear "Meet me later outside okay?", then winked. Rosalind and several boys (who are Lenny's fans) dashed into Harrison and they brought him near the window which happened to be near Corey's seat.

"Well, Harrison… Can you explain to us what was your relationship with Lenny?" One of the fans asks Harrison.

"Relationship? What do you mean by that? I didn't know about it at all.," Harrison doesn't know about 'relationship.'

"Then why Lenny lean her sweet lips to your ear and whisper like an angel," Several of his friends get jealous of his actions.

"That? She wants to chat with me during recess. Not a big problem for me."

"Yeah, no a big problem for you. But for us, it is a big problem.," Rosalind laughs a little like they didn't give worries about him.

The other boys laugh like Rosalind, then each of them tells me that I cannot hurt Lenny's feelings or I got a blow by them. It is okay, it is not like I like 'her' differently. She is an evil creature that disguises as a girl to looking for info about me. – Harrison.

At recess, Harrison looking for Lenny at school. Then, he sees her in the school park near the canteen. He approaches her, looks at her with curious eyes.

"Stop looking at me like that, you making me like the villain here.," Zeblan still plays the role of a student.

"Okay, what do you want from me?" Harrison asks 'her'.

"You see that stage over there?" Zeblan points at the stage in the school field that was being prepared for an event in the afternoon.

Do not tell me… - Harrison, looking at Zeblan who smiling.

"Yeah, I'm trying to ruin the moment. It is not a problem if I tell you first. You know, we need our moment together. Forever.," He teases Harrison a little.

"See you at the event, Harry.," He vanishes with his magic.

Damn it. – Harrison.

At noon, the music program will start. Harrison and his classmates had gathered in the field to watch the singer perform. Harrison kept staring at Lenny so she would not do another misleading magic. Emmanuel looks at them, leading a question in his head.

"Bro, you okay? Are you concern about the boys' statement about Lenny," Emmanuel asks Harrison with a questionable tone?

"Yeah, I'm fine. Their concern isn't my problem, I just want to take a view about the stage.," Harrison forced a smile, not making his friend worry about him.

"Okay, if you say so.," Emmanuel glad that Harrison's feeling is all right.

Then, a girl about Harrison's age comes out from the stage. The silver-haired girl, small lips, a positive personality, and a tattoo on her arms. Right, a tattoo. Harrison did not wrong about what he sees about her. The girl checks out the microphone, brought her little lips closer to the microphone.

"Hello everybody!!," She screams loud as a megaphone.

Damn, she is a weird girl. – Harrison.

"Darley! Darley! Darley!" All the students shout her name.

Darley, huh? – Harrison.

Darley looking at someone, but Harrison did not know who is she looking into. Then, Darley winks at him, making Harrison confused more as he realized Lenny disappear from his sight. Harrison runs to the back, realizing Emmanuel about his actions. His hand reaches out to Harrison's hand, grip with tight.

"Where are you going?" His stare was serious.

"I… Forgot something in class," unfortunately, Harrison must lie.

"Oh, okay. I'm sorry, I thought you're having an Enochlophobia.," Emmanuel releases his hand.

"I don't have any phobias, Emmanuel. And, I need to go first, Bye.," He ran away from Emmanuel.

I hope you not having Xenophobe. I do not want you to hate us, or leave us… - Emmanuel.
