The Creation of Suna's Science Division and A new Jutsu.

After a few months...

Kuso has successfully integrated with the Suna community.. Also finally having good chakra control to assist with some jutsu he intends to end up creating... 'I'm so hardworking in comparison to my past life.... Phew~' Kuso thought as he was walking towards the kage's office..

Entering the Kage's office.. He saluted before reporting, "Kazekage-dono, Here is the report for the amount of harvest we had today.." Giving to the Kazekage the paperwork.. Rasa looked at it, surprised at the amount that they've earned in just a few months.. "This.. This could feed our village until the start of next year. Good job.." Rasa praised Kuso.. "Anything else? I can see you're eager for something.." Rasa told Kuso while looking at his sparkling eyes which brought nothing but bad vibes for the Kazekage.

"Don't mind my impoliteness Kazekage-dono, but i feel as i have been here long enough to prove my loyalty to the suna village. I feel that i should have some rights in the development of sunagakure, which would benefit us all immensely.. Don't you think so Kazekage-dono?" Kuso explained.

"Brat, you've only been here for a few months. You've barely gotten our trust, much less proved your loyalty. What do you mean by development also? Hmm?" The Kazekage scolded the kid. 'This kid has no respect even for me as a kazekage.. hmph..' Rasa thought.

"But sir, In no offense.. I never kissed your butt to obtain a higher ranking or have a lavish life here in the village. I only intend to bring forth a revolution that would go side to side with the ninja's advancement.. Science is my only passion sire, and if my knowledge could bring the economy here to a rise. Then i'd gladly do so.." Kuso declared...

"Also haven't you already done a risk? Why not try again.. With the winning outcome causin an economic shift with suna than the rest of the five great villages." Kuso added. Rasa thought for a bit before agreeing with his point.

"Alright, What do you want?" Rasa asked the kid. Kuso giving a sheet of ideas he had in mind.

"First and foremost, I want to create Sunagakure's Science Division.." Kuso said. Rasa questioned what the purpose for this is.

"Basically I will be the head of this division where all accompanying ninjas who have knowledge in the broad subject of science will join in, not only that i will also recruit civillians who have potential in this subject to join. The main purpose of this is to increase sunagakure's technological advantage against the other five great villages. Before you ask what can this even do, you must ask yourself.. Is military power the only factor in a village's overall success? NO! We need to increase our merchant that comes in this village, with more merchants, MORE INCOME! Which brings our military budget to a rise! And the way to increase that is by having sell-wares that are only unique to us! That's where our science department comes in! You get my point?" Kuso explained..

"So in simple terms, with you creating this department. Money will eventually come and more budget to spend?" Rasa asked. "Yes.." Kuso answered..

"Then, GET ON WITH IT! All i need is results, if you achieve that then you will also be the head of our economic department!" Rasa said. "Understood Kazekage-dono.." Kuso said before leaving..

"Good thing with this kid here, We didn't have to go to war with konoha.." Rasa murmured..

Walking along leisurely, Kuso watched as the civillians gotten brighter with the food they gained within the week. He smiled at the thought he helped atleast..

'Hmm, this is the time where konoha won against iwagakure and kumo? With me living here for months now and it started with suna having a conflict with konoha for farming territories, yeah this might be the time where they won.. It's peaceful here.. With suna having a stable food supply now, We've been relatively peaceful now..' Kuso thought.. 'Hmm. Why didn't I become a ninja? I guess it's me still not accepting my placement where it's a kill or be killed world here.. Heh.. I still talk to myself internally even here. Some things never do change..' He looked at the clouds, 'Shikamaru is right though, watching the clouds be free is envious..' Shaking his head to clear his thoughts.

"Time to prepare the division of science, i guess" Kuso murmured..

In Konoha..

At the hokage's office..

A white haired old man looked into the window.. And God damn, his wrinkles even has wrinkles in them.. {Eyy bro take this seriously you fuck!} Fine, fine.. The old man sighing at the circumstances of the village..

"Hokage-sama, This is the report on the losses we took on the battlefield.." An Anbu appeared, placing the paperwork on the table before flickering away.

Taking the report off the table, the old man Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, looked at the report before sighing once more.. "With the two villages ganging up on us, our losses are barely recoverable.. Luckily, suna didn't join the war even though they tried to aggravate us first. Also, they've been unusually quiet with no conflict happening with us anymore? *sigh* This old man's bones is killing me.. It's about time i should step down the hokage seat.. Minato is a good candidate hmm~" Hiruzen talked to himself..

As soon as he stopped talking to himself, A bandaged man walked in alongside a pale long haired man who seemed to be the hokage's student also.. The man talked first..

"Sarutobi, If you're thinking about stepping down as hokage. I suggest you give it to your student, Orochimaru.." The bandaged man, Danzo said to the hokage.

"Danzoo.. We've already discussed this.. Orochimaru is not fitted to be hokage.. not with his inhumane experiments with all these kids.. I've already thought of a more fitting successor, Namikaze Minato.. With his achievements in the kumogakure front-lines, They'll accept him as next hokage.." Hiruzen said.

"That Man is still inexperienced, allow me to become hokage, Sarutobi. I'll bring konoha to be the mightiest village here." Danzo. 'You stinking old geezer, just give me the position. My goal of making konoha the mightiest village is so close.' He thought.

"Danzo, enough. I've already decided.. My hopes are on Minato. You cannot change my mind now, so go.." Hiruzen said. Danzo furiously left, leaving orochimaru alone with his sensei.

"Sensei, Please reconsider.. I will not forgive you if you don't.." Orochimaru threatened. Hiruzen looked at his student, aching he could not give him the position. "Sorry Orochimaru, But it's for the best.." Hiruzen said.. "You'll Regret this.." Orochimaru said before slamming the door, leaving with boundless anger..

Outside the hokage building...

Orochimaru is seen walking along the roads of konoha, thinking something thoughtfully..

'Should i take revenge on konoha? No, this would be too troublesome and waste my time rather than using it on experiments.. What's much better.. Ahh, let's invest on a village to let konoha feel threatened.. ahhh yes better. and i'll take their children as compensation for my offer..' Pedomaru thought. 'Which village would take my interest hmm.. Hold on, Suna didn't enter the war.. Alright let's head there after my errands..' Walking away, snickering like a pervert..

After some time.. certain areas in konoha blew up..

"Enemy Attack!? Konoha Police Forces, Roll out!" An uchiha officer commanded. Arriving at the areas where places blew up they saw people injured but luckily, no one died..

At the hokage office..

"Hokage-sama! Orochimaru left the konoha barrier! His underground labs also blew up!" An Anbu reported to Hiruzen. Hiruzen sighed looking at the window behind his desk..

"Place Orochimaru in the bingo book. He's officially declared as a nukenin." Hiruzen ordered.

The Anbu shocked at the situation looked at the hokage's solemn face before nodding.. "Hai!"

Two days after.. The Shinobi World was informed of Konoha's Snake sannin's betrayal.

Meanwhile in Sunagakure..

"Oh. He left?? Weird.." Kuso remarked.. Rasa who told Kuso of the news of orochimaru's betrayal, sweatdropped at his deadpan answer.. 'This brat, he always talks to me so casually..' Rasa thought in his head..

"Anyways.. So how's your science division or department doing?" Rasa asked. Kuso reminded by his project smiled.. "Ahh Yes! We have made good progress. With our new staff and specialists, We created a prototype for one of my main ideas for a while.. Don't give the credit to me though, the one who made this possible was a civillian assistant, He brought me an implication and solution for one of its main issues.." Kuso explained.. "Here's our prototype.." Kuso gave Rasa a long sheet of parchment paper which had fuinjutsu formula on it..

"What's unique with this?" Rasa said.. "Well.. HEHEHEHHE, would you be so kind and put some chakra on this part here?" Kuso told Rasa as he was pointing to a circular formation in the formula.

Rasa nonchalant about it, put his chakra on the seal. The seal, activating by shining brightly for a moment. The end part of the fuinjutsu produced a spark of electricity which looked very volatile with the chakra from a kage..

"This" Rasa shocked at the output of Electricity produced by this was on par with A-rank lightning ninjutsus. "With this new variant of fuinjutsu, We could power sunagakure with electricity and light up the nights! No need for inefficient oil lamp. And we could power machines that specialize on some areas, achieving efficient production on our supplies! One more good thing with our new jutsu, We can theoretically convert unchanged chakra to water, Solving our water shortage problem!" Kuso said with excitement.

"This is just the base form of the system i'm planning. I intend to create transformer seal and chakra storage seals to allow chakra to be stored in seals, while the transformer, changes the electricity output from weak to volatile by compacting the unchanged chakra to a more potent and pure form, thus gaining a more volatile and powerful current." Kuso answered.. Rasa nodded as this would help his village more with more light at nights giving a more time for civilians to work and increase labor by about 15%.. "Good. keep up the work." Rasa said.

"Aight.. See ya. Rasa-dono" Kuso said before leaving the office. "YOU BRAT. CALL ME KAZEKAGE!" Rasa shouted, annoyed by this mischievious kid. 'This kid hits my nerves more than being kazekage does' He thought..

Arriving at his department's headquarters..

Entering inside, he saw countless people with greyish yellow coats. Seeing their chief enter they all bowed and said "Professor!". Snickering at what they call him he dismissed them with a wave, letting them continue their duties..

Heading to the room where his main projects are happening. Entering the room and seeing his assistants doing their work. Looking at the reports on his desk, 'Oh, this recruits managed to produce little amounts of water in their recent experiments. Good good. With their new findings, it will progress quicker.. I should promote them to be promising researchers rather than assistants." He thought.

"Pakura, please announce to the people involved in this report that they move to the research department immediately instead of being in the recruit department all semester. Also, Tell them to grab anything they want to learn in the specialist section of the library. We need to have more specialists in each department!" Kuso asked. Pakura, A kunoichi who is the assistant of Kuso assigned by Rasa and also his bodyguard. "Hai Sensei." Pakura nodded before leaving.

'With me changing the events of the third war, pakura lives. i guess..' Kuso thought. With Pakura not being able to go to the war, she wasn't renowned as the hero of the sand.

{Another note: i don't know if im right because i forgot the timeline already but i think she was in the third war? i don't know.. Correct me if im wrong.. If im wrong consider this as a butterfly effect of having the RoB prepare the world for MC coming}

Pakura heading to the recruit department where all rookies who joined to learn science and apply it to their village. Coughing slightly she shouted, "Recruit Aki, Nero, Koran! Come up front!" After announcing, Three skinny boys with typical nerd glasses walked towards pakura. "Hai, Pakura-Sensei." They answered. Pakura nodded before saying, "I'm here to announce you that you are promoted by the professor to be on the research department. Quickly grab your things and head to your designated research lab. Here's the directions. Oh, One more thing. Professor also mentioned to grab books in the specialized section of the library that you wish to learn. Apparently he said, "We need to have more specialists in each department" or so. Anyways, hurry up. I'm leaving." Pakura said. The three nerdy recruits were excited and grab their belongings before bolting to the library.

This marks the start of the Top three scientists in sunagakure.
