The Opposite of Pinkish Girly Things

She stood and looked at the bag on the floor and then looked at the man standing behind the bag as her red bushy eyebrows were furrowed in confusion.

She then took a look at the overflowing pinkish bag on the tiled floor and then again at Mr. Xavier who stood with an enormous smile on his face, clearly proud of himself.

"So..you bought these items for me because you thought I would be bored here?" she asked with the same confusion and disbelief as when she asked him the same question seven times ago.

"How many times will you ask me that question? Go open the bag, go on" he ushered her to the bed and put the bag in front of her so she could open it.

After breakfast, Mr. Xavier left as he said he would and Tashina was left all alone again but she took care of her boredom efficiently today.

She found an old book about the history of werewolves in the wardrobe and indulged herself into so deeply that she didn't even notice when Mr. Xavier had arrived.

When he said he had something for her, she never expected it to be a bag filled with pink items that made her gag inwardly.

She took the first item out reluctantly and it was a storybook with pink cover which a small princess could be seen at the first page.

The princess scrunched her face at the book and looked over at Mr. Xavier who had such a satisfied look on his face.

"Next time you have one of those nightmares. I would read it for you" he said amicably and she grimaced at him.

She dropped the storybook and took out another item. It was a pink box and she shaked it to figure out what's inside.

"Open it" he said and she put the box on her lap to open it.

What was inside the box made her gasped out loud. It was a pink, floral dress with huge flower patterns all over it. She tilted her head, staring at the dress with mixed expressions.

Tashina wasn't quite sure if she should be happy for the gift or just tell him the way she actually felt. Anyways, she brought out the next item in the bag.

It was a huge, pink, fluffy teddy bear wearing a pink dress.

"This is a teddy bear which can keep you company when I am out for some work" he smiled.

"Touch its heart"

She pressed the big doll's heart and it said 'Give me a hug' and she chuckled because it was very adorable.

"See, it talks" he laughed and she shaked her head at him.

"Do you like it? I was in the store all day, picking them out for you" the expectation written all over his face made her frown a little.

"They're beautiful, really. I really appreciate that you specifically bought it for me but..."

"Is there something wrong?" he asked nervously.

"No, it's all good but when we're talking about pinkish, girly things. I am the total opposite"

"I don't like pink nor do I wear dresses unless absolutely necessary. And the storybook? I have grown way past that" she said it all cautiously so she doesn't hurt his feelings.

"Oh, I should have asked you before I bought them" he wondered out loud.

"I do like the teddy bear though" she smiled and gave it a tight hug.

"If you're not a fan of such things, then what do you like?" he asked.

"Swords, armours, diffusing bombs and setting traps for enemies. A hot sweaty fight" she smirked.

"Huh, that's very extraordinary"

"You think so? So do they"

"That reminds me, we do have a gym at the basement" she jumped even before he completed his statement and he looked up at her with bewilderment.

"And you're telling me this just now! Come on, let's go!!" she dragged him out of the room and to the basement.

When he turned on the lights, her eyes lit up at the sight she saw.

A fully furnished gym with the latest working out equipments all over it. This scene was like heaven to Tashina who have been holed up in her room for days now.

"Arghhh!! This is so amazing!" she ran round and round with a huge smile on her face.

Although Xavier didn't quite understood why she was so happy just because of a gym, he was still happy that he made her smile again and that was more than enough for him.

"Can I touch that?" she pointed at the swords that were hung on the wall.

"Of course, it's all yours" he gave her his approval and she wasted no time and ran towards the variety of swords.

Xavier stood by a wall, watching her trying out different swords with a huge, enthusiastic smile on her face as though this was the most happiest moment of her life.

He tilted his head as he tried to figure out what type of female she was. Most females in his Pack loved pink, fluffy things and cheesy items so he thought she would be happy with the gifts.

But instead, she adored swords, gyms and fights. So unique and strange actually. Nevertheless, she was his Vampire and he loved her the way she was.

While the alpha was deep in thoughts of his vampire, Tashina who was excited because of the gym took out two swords and walked over to Mr. Xavier.

"Catch" she yelled before she threw a sword and he caught it in the appropriate time.

"I challenge you to a spar, Mr. Xavier" she stood in a fighting stance and pointed the sword towards him.

"Very funny, Tashina. Now, go drop the swords back" he chuckled at her joke.

"Heyaaaaa!!" she screamed and advanced towards him while he stood there like an absolute statue.

She raised her sword and he blocked it immediately with his.

"What are you doing? You're still injured"

"Am I?" she said and quickly brought her sword to strike him below when he blocked it again.

Tired of standing in just a position, she used her sword to push him back and his eyes slightly widen at her strength.

She then pushed him to the floor and pointed her sword towards him.

"Looks like I wo-"

"Not so fast" he jumped and got into a fighting position. If what she wanted was a fight, he would give it for her in a silver platter.

"Finally got some guts to fight me?" she asked and circled round as he followed her swiftly.

"Thought I could use a nice warm-up" he shrugged.

"Let's see if this is just a warm-up" she advanced towards him and they began to battle with their swords.

Although, she wasn't properly healed yet, her attacks were delicate and straight to the point. Mr. Xavier had never seen such a formidable female fighter before.

Her positions and calculations before she stroke was impressively accurate that it nearly caught him off guard sometimes.

Sick of being in the defense, he did a fake act as though he was going to strike but later pulled his hand back and succeeded in making her sword fall off her hand.

Having not time to pick the sword, she quickly ran and used her long legs to do a double kick which resulted in his sword falling down too.

Being even with no sword, they engaged in a fist fight. Tashina, as usual always went on an offense and was the first to strike him in the stomach but he caught her wrist and twisted it behind her back.

He drew her close and buried his nose on her neck, he didn't mind if she was all sweaty and smelly, he just wanted to feel her.

Still feeling the heat of the fight, she kicked him in the ankle, hit his stomach which made him fall backwards and she did a tumble backwards and took her sword back.

When she landed on her feet, she pointed it towards him and he looked up at her with his sparkling blue eyes.

"The first rule my father taught in combat, never get distracted"

He smiled, kicked her sword with his leg and took her hand so she would fall on top of him.

"You are one great fighter, Where did you learn all that from?" he asked with one of his hands around her waist.

She looked him deep in eyes, wondering if she should give him an honest answer or not.

"I was a general in my kingdom" she finally answered.

"A general? Pretty impressive, Huh?" he raised his eyebrows at great position she had.

"Yeah, I was the only female general in history" she bragged a little.

"Wait, what? In history? Why so?" he asked.

"Females are kind of restricted in our kingdom" she shrugged.

"I think that's completely bullshit. Women have so many potential, they should exposed more to the world"

"You think so?"

"I have proven so. Come to our Pack house, the women particularly rule the place"

"I wish my kingdom was like that"

"What do you do for a living? Those moves weren't a common man's moves" she stood up, dusted her clothes and put her hand out for him.

He took it and got up with her help.

As they walked out of the gym, he finally answered.

"I work for the people" he gave a vague answer.

"Really? Some civil servant or something?" she asked.

"You can say so" he shrugged and opened the door for her and she stepped in.

"Yayyyy!!! I won against Mr. Xavier" she jumped on the bed as she screamed.

He chuckled and shaked his head at her childish behavior.
