Chapter 37: Monster Death Claw and its Mouth.

Five minutes passed. Ian was waiting for Sophia in the dark alley where they landed.

Ian also feels malicious intent coming from different directions but he ignores it.

After waiting for five minutes he finally saw Sophia with a monster cart following her on her back. The monster cart was a shaped like box that floats on the ground. 

Furthermore, the monster cart was also used by Porter's that we're in a party of Powerful Gifters that raids higher level portals. Since a costly Monster cart can even carry Boss monsters and it's easy to control which made the work of porter easier since not all Porters have storage ability.

However, lower levels like Sophia and Ian can only do the conventional way which is carrying a gear bag.

Sophia looks at Ian for what he thought, since although it's only rented she still uses all the Crystals that were for her and her sister's money for a month which was hard for her to use wantonly.

Ian smiled and patted her head unconsciously which made Sophia blush from embarrassment.

"Sorry, sorry. You're just so cute so I can't help it. But don't worry about the money, after all, we will become rich from how many intact bodies we will sell." Ian comforted her.

"Hmm."

Sophia who feels his touch has her face beet red from embarrassment and can only hum for her answer.

The two of them moved deeper in the alley so no one could see them. Of course, they won't do a perverted thing there, they moved so that Ian can take all the bodies in his inventory.

After counting the intact bodies from the inventory that they counted for, as many as 48 bodies that we're a small fortune if sold.

After stocking the body on the monster cart that didn't even crash from how many Bodies were stacked on it due to weight. They finally depart in the direction of the Monster Batcher establishment.

They walked through the night path just to get rich overnight.

" Did you see that?" A hoarse voice was heard in the alley from where Ian and Sophia come from.

Silence answers the man's question. After a few seconds, a second voice was heard.

"It seems they can store the bodies and from how many the bodies we saw, he is not a simple Porter for sure."

Another silence after the last man talked. A minute passed and no one still talks as if they are waiting for something.

A full five minutes passed by, no one talked, and no moves. The darkness was still like there's no one there. But suddenly a rough voice was heard. His voice was not for asking but for commanding that made all the people hiding in the alley full of darkness replied in unison.

It seems they made up a plan for something, something that will lead to their destruction which can be seen in a later chapter.

Ian and Sophia were standing at the entrance of the Monster Butcher main headquarters. They saw people coming and going. From people going inside alone, Ian can already estimate a hundred people and it happens every minute, that's how popular the Monster Butcher headquarters is.

They not only Butcher monsters they also created first-class items from the monster which boost its reputation. 

Ian and Sophia didn't enter the front gate since It's not their destination, they walked on their left and walked for another five minutes before entering the place named storehouse.

Entering, they immediately smelled the blood lingering in the air. This place was evidently for butchering. After they entered, a burly man greeted them after seeing the stocked bodies behind their back.

"Hello little friend, are you going to sell all of that red wolf's body?" he asked directly without beating around the bush.

Ian nodded his head. He was pleased by this man's attitude because he directly went on the topic and didn't ask unnecessary questions.

"Then follow me so I can process it fast."

The two follow the man and they arrive at another room with a claw-like hands machine hanging on the aluminum like a wall with a rectangular mouth shape below it.

Ian, who saw it for the first time, asked out of curiosity.

"What's that machine for?"

The man doesn't mind his question and answers " It's called 'Monster Death claw and it's mouth' cool right." he asked proudly for the name given to the machine.

Ian was speechless, how can a machine named like that he thought.

The man didn't wait for Ian's reply and continue" The Claw hand machine was used for handling monster Intact corpses that were delivered here since, unlike Gifters that have strong strength we Normal people didn't have so this machine job was for those.

While the mouth shape below it was where the intact monster goes after the claw lifts it and hurls it inside the mouth."

"I see."

Ian muttered from understanding. Although he wanted to ask more, he knows that the man won't answer him since it's not his place to know after all every association has their secret so an outsider asking for information was akin to a beggar asking for gold.

Ian saw how the man handled the Intact Monsters. The man sitting on the right side where the controller of the 'The Monster Death claw and it's mouth' or MDCM for short since it's so long.

The man controlled the two claws with ease, he grabbed the intact bodies at the monster cart using the claws and put it on the 'mouth' with precise moves as if he already did it a million times which made the process completed in two minutes.

Although Ian and Sophia were amazed, the man, on the other hand, was puzzled. He didn't think it's that easy. He can't think about what's wrong but since it's already finished he didn't think too much about it.

Ian who was sidetracked by the process forgot to undo his ability that's why it finished fast and the reason why the man was confused.
