Chapter 44: Goblins Dungeon Part 3

Ian didn't know how much time passed outside after he entered the Portal since it's hard to differentiate the time in this place.

What he just knows is how many Floors he cleared after entering.

And now he is currently heading to the next floor which is the twentieth floor after having a good sleep and good food that he stores in his inventory.

From the second floor to the nineteenth floor Ian fought goblins, yes, only goblins, but with different types of goblins with also different weapons they were wielding.

Although their weapon mastery was not that great, their never-ending numbers with weapons on their hand was enough for a small country to be slaughtered by them alone.

That's why [DD] dungeons, especially the dungeon where Goblins are occupying, were daily raided for their number to never exceed the number where a stampede can happen.

Ian's list of Goblins that he fought

1st floor: Normal Goblins - Samurai Goblins.

2nd floor: Samurai Goblins - Hobgoblin SwU.

3rd floor: Hobgoblins SwU - Hobgoblin SpU.

4rth floor to 10th floor: Hobgoblin SpU - Hobgoblin Assassin.

11th Floor - 19 Floor: Hobgoblin Assassin - Ogres.

{A/n: SpU= Spear User while SwU= Sword User.}

When Ian entered the fourth floor all his battle became easy, since unlike the 1st and 3rd floor that had limited space, the fourth floor was not.

It's an open area on the fourth floor with a  forest, and being on the dungeon of course the area was dark. But for Ian, it's not a problem since he can just see just fine.

Although he almost dies from carelessness when comforting the Hobgoblin.

He didn't expect an Assassin Hobgoblin at all that if not for his heightened senses his head would surely roll on the ground which made him have a cold sweat just thinking about it.

With trees around him, he used it as a bullet and rained all the monsters on the ground while he was hovering in the sky, which made the fourth-floor forest barren from how many the monster is, which numbered two hundred plus Hobgoblin with the assassin Hobgoblin which numbered 20 plus.

Only after hearing the voice Ian finally knows why there are so many monsters on the fourth floor.

He didn't think the 4th floor and 10 floors were in the same place. Fortunately, the floor was an open area, or else he will fly with his tail on his front if he encountered them in a limited space floor.

After resting for five minutes and looting the [CC] from the monsters and some Weapons dropped which consist of daggers and Spears.

Out of 200 plus Spear User Hobgoblin, only 20 spears were dropped. And out of 20 plus Assassin, only 5 pairs of daggers remained.

Because it relies on luck, Ian having so many were already gained for him. And from how many dead monsters he killed, he also looted a considerable amount of crystals on this floor alone.

So after resting he directly moved to the next floor which is the 11th floor.

The 11th floor was similar to the fourth floor, full of trees, and was a perfect place for an assassin to hide.

If someone single-handedly raids this dungeon-like him, they will suffer for sure if they can't fly.

He raids this floor because he has the confidence to fly when the south goes north. That even if he thought that his life was in danger he will fly without hesitation.

The Pro of a Dungeon was one can go back to the previous floor to return to the real world if they deduce that they can't fight their enemies. Unlike in the anime, he watched that the door leading to the other side will be closed after the fight started which is bullshit on his thoughts since only death awaits if meet a powerful foe.

But what was startled Ian when entering the floor was the sight of Ogres, Ogress that was taller than the trees. Each ogre was holding giant wooden clubs. They also have armor on their shoulders with a spike protruding on it that made the scene of 5 Ogres standing on each other a terrifying sight to behold.

Ian didn't confront them directly since he knew how strong those ogres are even without experiencing it forehand.

He also knows that not only the Ogres are his enemies on this floor so after exiting the gate, he directly flew on the ceiling without anyone noticing him.

Looking at a higher place, he saw the five Ogres talking which is weird for him. He saw them talking in an unknown language while laughing at each other.

Ian, who was spectating at the ceiling and was thinking about what kind of thing they were eating, finally saw what it was. He didn't recognize it at first since it was charred but looking closely, it's the body of a hobgoblin.

Ian didn't know if it's cannibalism, but thinking that this is the dungeon of goblins, only means that the ogre was also part of the goblin family he finally deduces that it's cannibalism for sure.

five minutes passed and Ian was still spectating the Ogres, but an assassin hobgoblin finally noticed him which made him shake his head in disappointment.

He didn't think this assassin hobgoblin was intelligent enough to look at the sky for the enemy. Unlike those dumb Ogres that keep eating without a care in the world.

Due to one assassin noise, all the monsters look at the top, even the five ogres that made them hurriedly stand up from their position when they saw what was on the top of their head.

Ian didn't waste the five minutes from spectating the five idiots. He keeps uprooting every tree on the outer forest every time the ogress laughs that made it easy for him without being noticed.

In those five minutes, he accumulated 20 trees, but he thinks that it was still not enough so he didn't haul it to the ogres.

What he didn't expect was someone seeing him considering how dark the place is which made his plan in jeopardy.

Since he was already discovered he didn't need to hide it. What's done, is done. There is no point crying over spilled milk.
