The next day, we woke up again in each other's arms. It's already been three days of our stay at the hotel suite. And today, I've decided to take Jane out for something fun.
Of course, it's going to be private again.
Today...we're going camping~
"You ready, love?"
"Almost!" Jane shouts from the dressing room, irritated when I've been asking the same question for a hundred times already.
I've already told my princess that it's just a causal outing into the woods, but she refuses to wear simple or casual and comfortable clothes.
"Jane you're killing me—"
"STOP WHINING! I'm almost DONE!" I snicker evilly when she screams out with equal frustration back at me.
"And...done! Let's go" when she comes out of the dressing room, my face falls.
Seriously??
I don't seem to understand girls just yet. She spends more than an hour on grooming herself and just another hour more to choose a dress and fit into it.
And I was ready in less than twenty minutes...
Anyways. I'm no one to complain and kill the mood, so I keep it to myself. Although, a very goofy grin takes over my features which weirded out her.
"I swear Ron, that grin is REALLY creeping me out today. Stop it please." I laugh and pretend to bite her apple cheeks, to which she shrieks and tries to push me away.
"Ah...I'll stop." I said awkwardly and locked our suite room until the evening.
The car was waiting outside and we drove away, hitting the road with music blaring throughout the vehicle as we sang our hearts out.
It roughly took us an hour to drive to the adjacent city, the fun city. It had a lot more fun clubs and places to visit than the boring capital city of ours. But everything had to portray their importance in every aspect.
We halted next to the McDonalds drive through, ordering huge amount of greasy foods we knew would fill our stomachs to our hearts content. It's after a cheat week for us. No exercising, no strict diet plans and no workout schemes to be followed.
I made a mental note on taking Jane out like for once in awhile. It may not be approved by many, but I personally think my mate, the princess, would look even more stunning with a layer of sack protruding her usual flat tummy. I giggle when I imagine that scenario.
"We're heading away now, baby."
"Okie." she says cutely. The bags are dumped behind us and we continue jamming to her favorite tunes and beats, me just banging my head or seating along according to the music which blasted on. Jane went into a full on concert mode, enjoying to her fullest because she cannot be doing such things when in her royalty.
"Alright! We're here~" I sing as I slowly pull over, parking the car and carrying the baggage of brown packs into the patch of grassland right below in between tufts of canopies.
I admired the place for awhile before removing my sunglasses, the real beauty in full color.
And it wasn't the view in front of us. It was my scenery, my beautiful Jane.
Her eyes are wide and she takes in as much beauty around her as she can, occasional voices and sounds of wonder slipping through her soft, rosy lips.
I walk to her and circle my arms around her slim waist, my head resting on her shoulder and I plant a delicate kiss on her nape.
"Do you like it...?"
"Like it? I love it here, Ron. Thank you, very much." she kisses my face sideways.
"I love you baby girl."
"I love you too, Ron. I can't out them into words."
"Neither can I. But I could always show you." I turn her in my embrace and pair our lips together in a delightful kiss. Her chest is pressed against mine, but that was alright because I don't feel my wolf barking or howling at me.
So I pull her even closer, if it were ever possible. At this point of time, we weren't even kissing, but were hugging each other in a bug, warm bear hug, pouring in all our emotions to the grass down below us.
"You must be hungry." I say whilst parting, watching her nod her head cutely and looking over at the spread out checks mat and the various brown covers on tissues.
"Let's have a feast." I say and drag her over, making her sit on my lap instead of on the blanket. She happily eats on the burger, stunning me with her major appetite. For a small girl, she does have a large appetite I must say.
"Am I eating too much?" she asks innocently upon feeling my slightly bewildered gaze on her.
"No, baby. You can eat as much as you want. As I said, it's a cheat week for us." she grins and contemplates on kissing my cheek with her greasy, mayonnaise layered lips. I notice that and grab her lips in mine before she could move away.
"Hmm...You picked a nice one. It tastes great." I said, her choice of burger different than mine.
"on you." I add on, smirking on the serious blush which creeps onto her cheeks.
We ate most of the junk and saved some for later and cleaned up, throwing the used tissues and empty bags in a separate cover to discard them at a safer place.
Jane laid down with her head on my thigh as I listened to her blabbering. By the way she speaks of her friends and dear ones, she seemed very beloved to everyone. I could tell from all the moments and memories she shared to me.
"Hmm...You like your friends a lot, don't you?"
"Yes. I do, a lot. I love them because they've always been the best."
"What about me then?" I ask cheekily. She narrows her eyes and pinches my stomach.
"Ouch! That hurt!" I rub the reddened area on my stomach.
"It was supposed to." she sassed, earning a long session of tickles until she was begging for no more.
"But Jane."
"Hmm?"
"If you were ever to choose between me and your friends...whom would you choose over?" I asked curiously. Her smile falters a bit and she thinks for awhile before stating her decision.
"It might be you. You've grown too attached to me...and I don't know why or how. It was like we just clicked when we met for the first time. Not the regular wolf instincts, buy I felt more than that. You won't believe this but I can't thank the mood goddess enough for giving me you, Ron. I thank her every day, every moment I think about you. But...of course, I can lose neither of you. I'm bad at coping up with any kinds of losses." I smile brightly at her words, being down to kiss her forehead a few many times.
"I thank the Goddess too, Jane. I haven't been anymore luckier to have someone like you for the rest of my life. And I would never make you sad even in my dre—"
We both look startled at a bush that moved vigorously against the wind, canopies beating against each other and the once blue sky darkening gradually, but quickly.
"R-Ron what's h-happening??" she shivers, sitting up and bringing herself close into my embrace sideways.
"Something's very wrong..."
