Carl, an ex-cop is tired of the faltering judicial system, letting criminals go with a mere slap on the wrist. He decides to take matters into his own hands and rid the city of its undesirables once and for all.

A thunderous noise echoes through the sparsely furnished hospital room. The retractable aluminum walls slide down from the ceiling and then locks into the steel tracks secured to the concrete floor. 


This detail was one of many extra precautions Carl insisted on. He claimed it'd protect them from being discovered by thermal rays if the cops decided to visit. He also suggested they move their operating room to the back and then conceal the work area behind a fake wall. 


The single door that leads to the hidden space matches the wood of the adjacent wall. The barrier's edge looks like it's part of the decorative pattern making it difficult to find. A sable tapestry listing the fallen soldiers hangs over the entryway blocking its detection even more.
