End of Ethan

Ethan looked at Tony and asked him to check the source of the noise, however before tony could take two steps the entrance door of the factory burst open and Oliver entered like a domineering king.

"Ethan, I warned you, if you touch even a single hair on Ava's body you will have to face the consequences." Oliver's deep and cold voice echoed through the whole factory.

Ava looked toward Oliver her heart filled with joy, she knew he will come to rescue her, he always does. But she was stunned to see the crowd behind Oliver, more than 100 men were standing there with guns in their hands.

Ethan was not very surprised to see Oliver, he expected him to show up here. However, he didn't expect it to be this quick. Looks like Oliver was more cunning and capable than he thought. Ethan knew it was decision time, he cannot let Oliver win. He looked at Ava who was standing a few feet away from him, he quickly took two steps and held Ava as a shield in front of him then put his gun on her neck. Ethan's action was so quick that Ava didn't have time to react and Oliver was still far away from her.

Ava froze when she felt Ethan's cold gun on her neck, she didn't dare to move.

"Well, I didn't hope to get out of here alive today anyway," Ethan said with a cold smile.

The moment Tony saw Oliver at the door his knees were gone weak and he started to tremble in fear. He was a famous gangster in the underground but Oliver Knight was known as more ruthless and violent than him. If he knew this woman was Oliver Knight's girlfriend he would never take this job, and even if he did he would never dare to touch her. Tony swallowed hard thinking if Oliver found out he had hurt Ava he will definitely kill him today.

"If you dare to hurt her, I promise you I'll feed your parents to the street dogs." Oliver was furious, his deep voice was cold and murderous, making everyone shiver.

"Oliver, if I let her go, will you let me get out of here alive?" Ethan said calmly but his eyes were scarlet and his face was ferocious.

"You let her go, I'll let your family go," Oliver said coldly then looked at Ava to give her some courage not to be scared.

"What about Smith's group?" Ethan's eyes were calculative as he asked.

Oliver's cold eyes flashed a smile. He had already guessed what Ethan was thinking. Oliver said in a dominating tone, "I said, I'll let your family go."

"And the transfer of the land?" Ethan asked suspiciously, he didn't believe Oliver was that generous to let his family go just like that.

"I've already sent the signed papers to Smith's group. You can call and check for yourself." Oliver said solemnly.

As Oliver expected, Ethan took out his cell phone and called his secretary.

Secretary Will was sitting on the chair, sweating continuously and trembling in fear. A gun was pointed at his head when his phone started to ring. He looked at Uncle Joe with fear in his eyes. Uncle Joe nodded to him indicating to take the call, he swallowed hard and put the phone on speaker.

"Hello, Mr. Smith."

"Will, have you received the property transfer documents?" Ethan asked a little excited, he couldn't believe Oliver would agree to his terms and send the papers that easily. Looks like he really loves Ava.

"Yes, I have got it," Will said timidly.

"Really? Take a photo and send it to me right now." Ethan still couldn't believe it. He needed to see it with his own eyes, only then he will believe it.

"OK." Secretary Will hung up and looked at Uncle Joe with a pale face.

"Take photos and send them to him." Uncle Joe ordered coldly.

Secretary Will took photos of the property transfer document page by page and sent it to Ethan, even though he knew these are some useless documents and had no legal benefits. But Ethan wouldn't find it right away, it needs to check carefully to see the papers were actually forged.

Ethan didn't have to wait for long, after a few minutes his phone started to beep and he received the photos. He opened it and look through it but didn't find any problem. He relaxed thinking, so Oliver actually did what he asked him to do.

"You got what you wanted? Now let her go." Oliver said indifferently but he was anxious to get Ava out of here as soon as possible.

"Yes, but you have to let me go first." Ethan was afraid that Oliver would play some kind of trick on him.

"No problem." Oliver sneered and instructed his men to make way for Ethan.

Ethan pulled Ava through the crowd, and finally released her before getting into his car. He quickly drove away.

After Ethan left, Oliver quickly came to Ava's side and took her in his arm, "Baby, are you all right? He didn't hurt you, did he?"

"No, I am fine," Ava said lightly and threw herself at Oliver's arms.

Oliver was relieved and his cold face immediately became soft and warm. Suddenly a loud noise came to their ear from not far away. Ava looked in the direction but Oliver pulled her and hugged her tightly. She looked at him puzzled then her eyes widen, "Did you just blew his car?"

"Yes."

Ava turned, she could see the thick black smoke that was covering the sky from the blown car, "But, didn't you say you would let him go?"

"I did let him go, but that didn't mean I would let him live after what he had done," Oliver said coldly.

Ava blinked and looked at Oliver, she knew his character. It was actually expected that Oliver would do something like that but she was still a little scared of him. Killing someone so cold-bloodedly was not a simple matter, the police will definitely investigate it, what will happen then? However, Ava didn't express any of her concern to him, instead, she buried herself in his chest.

Oliver smiled at Ava. He knew that she was afraid and worried but how could he let someone go after they hurt her like that? Ethan dared to kidnap Ava, he must pay for it with his life. As for the aftermath, he has ways to bury the incident and it would never lead to him.
