About last night

The next day came and I woke up in my room. I remember calling for help to get my brother to the hospital but nothing else. Jamie walked in my room and slowly walked towards me.

Dante~ What happened last night? All I remember is getting Donny help and that's it.

Jamie~ The thing is not even I know what happened to you. I was worried about you so I walked to the apartment to see what was up and all I saw was you on the ground with your brother. Don't worry the paramedics made it to the apartment building and took Donny to the hospital.

Dante~ Do the others know what happened?

Jamie~ No I haven't gotten in touch with them to let them know I just thought you wouldn't want to tell anyone.

Dante~ *sigh* Come on we're late enough for school as it is. I see you're already dressed so you go on ahead I'll be there after you. And if anyone asks don't be afraid to tell the truth.

Jamie~ Ok… I'll see you at school.

Jamie disappeared in front of me leaving me here to get ready for school. I got up, took a shower and got dressed to go. I didn't see my mom anywhere so I assumed she was at work. I grabbed my necklace, placing it around my neck and Quickly transported myself to the school. Everyone was already in class so the halls were really empty and dry. I made my way over to my first period class and to my surprise nobody was there.

Dante~ Hmmmm where is everyone?

Mrs.Reed~ Good morning Dante aren't you supposed to be in class?

Dante~ Good morning Mrs.Reed I am but I don't know where my class is.

Mrs.Reed~ if you have been in class like your supposed to you would know your class has moved to a new room. This classroom is being redone for the time being. Anyway your class room is close to the front section, upstairs, room 1-234.

Dante~ Thank you Mrs.Reed and imma try to be in class more often to avoid this from happening.

Mrs.Reed~ You better now POOF

I was magically transported to my new classroom. I entered the class and everyone stared at me. I noticed we had a different teacher than before. I broke the silence and got the attention of the teacher.

Dante~ Umm hello Ms.

Ms.Celestia~ I'm Ms.Celestia your new algebra teacher. I'm guessing your Mr.Morris. Do you have a nickname or anything you like to be called?

Dante~ You can call me Dante.

Ms.Celestia~ Great take any seat you like I'm only introducing myself today so we don't have any assignments or homework today.

Dante~ Yes ma'am nice to meet you.

Ms.Celestia~ It's nice to meet you too.

I walked over to Maggie and Laura there was a seat open so I sat down with them. I was really confused by everything and I knew they could see the confusion in my face. We all didn't pay much attention to my confusion and sat there quietly letting our teacher introduce herself.

Ms.Celestia~ Ok class like I said I'm Ms.Celestia and I'm your new algebra teacher. I only have one rule and that to respect everyone in this class. I will not tolerate any type of disrespect in this classroom and if any of you break this rule let's just say I hope you enjoy two hours of after school detention. There will be absolutely no talking during that time, you must be working or I'll add either another day or another two hours. Hopefully none of you will get on my bad side and that this will be a good year for us. Anyone have a question….no? Well other than that I'm a cool teacher, I rarely assign homework just get the work done and respect everyone here and we are all good. You guys can have the rest of the period to yourselves.

Dante~ Hey Laura what happened to our old teacher?

Maggie~ Nobody knows, rumor has it he quit. I think he was fired honestly. He didn't show up to school the other day so we just sat in class with no teacher.

Dante~ Damn honestly I didn't like the other teacher but for him to just disappear I hope he's ok.

Laura~ Yeah it's sad he's missing forget him where's Rip?

Dante~ Damn he's at home recovering. Why we're you so quick to ask?

Laura~ My sister has a crush on him.

Maggie~ SHUT THE HELL UP NO I DON'T!!!

Laura~ How come you talk about him so much and get blushy red around him?

Maggie~ Doesn't mean anything…

Laura~ What did that paragraph you were typing on your computer say again? "I get butterflies around Dante's friend"

Maggie~ ILL FUCKING KILL YOU SHUT UP!!!! I DON'T LIKE HIM!!!

Dante~ Sounds like you do to be honest.

Maggie~ DANTE!!!

Dante~ Hey I'm just saying. Even if it's true I'm not gonna say anything about it to him.

Maggie~ Shut uuuup!

Laura~ haha Maggie calm down I'm just teasing.

Maggie~ Whatever enough about me Dante where the hell have you been?

I suddenly realized that I would have to tell them about my brother. How he killed an innocent person, how me and Jamie tracked him down and how he was possibly killed by someone. I couldn't hold out on them about what happened so like I told Jamie I told the truth. I told them about everything. I even told them how I got Donny help as soon as possible. Even the fact that I don't remember much after that last night.

Laura~ Wow that's a lot to take in and this all happened in one night?

Dante~ Yup…

Maggie~ Wait I thought you were gonna talk to your brother not kill him.

Dante~ I thought it over a lot I was gonna kill him after he sent the letter but Jamie reminded me to go with my heart and not my brain. My heart told me to talk to him first no matter what he says to me. I couldn't kill my own brother on the spot I just couldn't. As much as I knew he wouldn't reconsider, I had to at least try.

Laura~ What are the others gonna say when you tell them instead of killing him you put him in the hospital to recover from his injury?

Dante~ I'm sure they'll understand I don't know about sunset though. She's afraid of Donny after what he did to her and I don't think she can forgive him for what he did. I don't blame her honestly she has every right to be scared and mad at him for what he did.

Maggie~ So what do you plan to do?

Dante~ I'm gonna tell the others and see how they feel about the situation. If they don't like it then honestly that's their problem. I'm not gonna abandon my brother the same way mom did.

Laura~ Dante as stupid as you are… you got a big heart. Whatever you're down with I'm down to.

Maggie~ Same here and I'm sure the others would to.

The bell rang signaling that everyone has to move to their next class. I ran into Pinkie and Rarity on the way to class and decided to walk up to them and say hi to them.

Dante~ Hey Pinkie and Rarity. What are y'all up to?

Rarity~ We're planning something for sunset when she gets out of the hospital.

Pinkie~ Everyone is already in on it and we want to know if you want to help.

Dante~ I'm down but you do know sunset will be in the hospital for a long time right?

Pinkie~ When it comes to planing a party you always gotta be ahead of it and plan long before it comes.

Dante~ Makes sense hey imma head to my next class I'll talk to you all at our lunch period.

Rarity~ See you later darling come on pinkie let's get to class Applejack is wait for us.

Pinkie~ Ok Rarity bye Dante!

On the outside I was happy but the inside was scared. I didn't know how my friends would react when I tell them what happened last night. Especially sunset when we break the news to her. I just wanted to get it done and over with and finally get it off my chest. I entered my next class and sat down waiting for the class to be over.

Rainbow~ Hey Dante what's up!?

Dante~ Rainbow? When did you have this class?

Rainbow~ Since this morning they switched me to this class. I'm missing a biology credit so here I am.

Dante~ At least I'm not alone in this class anymore. This class is so boring. The teacher is a pain in the ass to.

Rainbow~ Speaking of which where is the teacher?

Dante~ I don't know… probably not here. I can't wait for this class to end.

Rainbow~ Same.

Fast forward over two hours and it's time for our lunch period. I had just came out of my English 1 class and was heading towards the cafeteria.The class I was in with Rainbow was my second period class which was only an hour and ten minutes. The second I entered the cafeteria I walked over to our table and sat down with everyone. Twilight wasn't in the cafeteria with us so I just sat down and waited for her while everyone else talked to each other. I saw Twilight enter the cafeteria she walked over to our table and sat next to me, giving me a light kiss.

Applejack~ Ain't y'all just the cutest couple in school right now.

Rarity~ I do have to agree many would kill for a relationship like yours.

Twilight~ Well what can we say we have a strong connection that nobody can break.

Dante~ She's not wrong nothing will stop me from loving Twilight. She's everything I could ever ask for.

Rainbow~ Anyway what's up with you? I'm not dumb I can totally tell something was on your mind earlier.

Dante~ Ummmmmm… *sigh* long story short I found my brother last night. I tracked him to an apartment building and when we came face to face he collapsed. Someone jabbed a knife deep in his back and I got him help. That's all I remember…

Everyone looked at me completely shocked. Twilight wrapped her arms around me, holding me tight.

Rainbow~ What do you mean that's all you remember?

Dante~ I can't remember anything else that happened after I called for help. Anyway I wanted to ask if you guys wanted to go see my brother with me after school?

Fluttershy~ Ummmm I don't know… what if he wakes up and tries to kill us?

Rainbow~ I'm not risking that I'm not gonna go visit him I'm sorry Dante but I'm sure you can understand.

Applejack~ Same… after what happened I don't want to be anywhere near him.

Rarity~ Well I for one agree with Rainbow and Applejack. I don't want to risk being near him after what happened.

Dante~ *sigh* I understand… I'll be at the hospital in my brother's room after school if anyone wonders where I am.

I gave Twilight a quick kiss before getting up and leaving. I felt upset that they wouldn't give him a chance but I couldn't blame them. After what he did to sunset and the way he betrayed Rainbow if I were then I wouldn't want to be anywhere near him either. For the rest of the school day I was anxious about Donny. The second the final bell rang I left the classroom,along my way out of the school and heading to the hospital. I saw Twilight in the halls and walked up to her holding her tight in my arms and looking into her beautiful eyes.

Twilight~ Hey about Donny… I wanna come with you and visit him.

Dante~ Really? That's unexpected.

Twilight~ Yeah I've been thinking and I want to actually meet your brother and leave the past behind.

Dante~ Ok Twi hold on tight.

I tapped into my energy and got us to the hospital in a matter of seconds. We entered the building and checked to see what room he was in fortunately he was in the room ten doors away from sunsets room. After some walking we finally made it to his room. I placed my hand on the door knob.

Dante~ Are you sure you want to do this Twi?

Twilight~ Yes... I'm sure I want to put things behind us and start over. Regardless if he has murder on his mind. Besides, if he tries anything to you I'll be right there to help you.

Dante~ I doubt he'll try anything. *sigh* Ok… let's do this.
