Finally we can rest... or can we?

Dante made it back to Sunset's room and entered.

Dante~ I'm back everyone!

Dr.Mike~ Great you're here! I assume you found him right?

Dante~ He's back in his room and has done no harm to anyone.

Dr.Mike~ Thank you Dante I can't possibly tell you how much I appreciate this.

Dante~ Not a problem I knew he didn't get far anyway.

Dr.Mike~ Well thank you I have to go now you all have a good day.

*Dr.Mike exits the room*

Rainbow~ What happened and where was he?

Dante~ He somehow got on the roof and nothing bad happened we just… talked.

Applejack~ What did you two talk about?

Dante~ Nothing much really.

Sunset~ Well I'm glad nothing went wrong. The last thing we need is anyone causing anymore trouble.

Dante~ He's powerless for now at least until he heals from his stab wound. Even after he heals his body is gonna need to rest for some time. But for right now we can't let him or anything else stress us out. We've been through a lot in such a small amount of time. We can't keep looking back into the past. Now it's time we look forward and move forward with our time together. Rip got beat up and terribly injured, Sunset was hospitalized, Donny tried to kill me, Twilight wanted me to turn her into a Night Owl, the school burnt down, and you all finally reunited with each other, restoring the magic inside you. We had a lot happen to us and if you ask me… it's finally over. The past is finally the past. What I'm trying to say is… we made it and we can finally rest.

Rarity~ Well I guess this all really is over. No more stress.

Applejack~ No more worries.

Fluttershy~ And no more evil.

Sunset~ *yawn* Well I don't know about you guys but I am tired.

Rip~ It's only three hours past noon and I'm tired too.

Applejack~ I'm kinda tired, but ah got a lot of chores at the farm to get to. I'll talk to you all later.

Rainbow~ Remember we're just a text away.

Applejack~ Ah know Rainbow bye y'all.

Applejack left the hospital after her saying goodbye to us. Soon everyone else started leaving even me and Twilight. We all said goodbye to each other before leaving the hospital even though I was gonna spend the rest of the day with Twilight at her place. Me and Twilight never got around to fully hanging out with each other but at this time we were too tired to go somewhere other than her place. Everyone decided to walk home with whoever lived in whatever direction they did remember we didn't get to the hospital in a car. Even though I was tired I decided to fast travel both me and Twilight straight to her room, using the last of whatever energy I had in me. When we appeared right in her room we took off our shoes and put them by the door. She got in bed and patted down the empty spot next to her, signaling me to get in bed with her. I wanted to make her blush before I got in bed so I took off my shirt. I could see her face turning red a bit but she didn't know that. I got in bed with her and wrapped her in my arms as she nuzzled into my chest and started caressing me.

Twilight~ *sigh* You know the last time we were in bed together we accidentally fell asleep together.

Dante~ Yeah then your dad barged in the room pissed off that he caught us in bed together.

Twilight~ Dante I didn't tell you this but… that was a really special day for me. You were willing to tell my parents who you really were for me regardless of your people's history. No other guy has done that for me.

*Dante kisses Twilight*

Dante~ I'll do anything for you… and literally mean anything. I love you more than I love myself. I'll take a bullet for you, I'll stab myself to save you. Even if it came down to it I'll give up my power for you.

Twilight started to cry from my words. She then hugged me and held me tight in her arms.

Twilight~ don't ever let me go… please.

Dante~ Trust me Twi I won't. You're a beautiful, smart, kind, and an amazing girl. And I wouldn't leave you for anything in the world. I love you Twi and I always will.

Twilight~ I love you too Dante.

Twilight closed the curtains using her magic making the room a bit more dim. The dim room set a light loving mood for us as we cuddled for hours stacked upon hours. Night time came and we both fell asleep. I didn't know what it was but I felt a weird pulse in my heart and it woke me up. That pulse in my heart didn't harm me in any way possible so I didn't pay much attention to it so I fell back asleep. For the rest of the night nothing went wrong, it was just me and Twilight having a nice and comfortable night together.

*Meanwhile at Dantes house*

Jamie~ Hey Rose I need to ask you a question and you have to be honest with me.

Rose~ I'll try to answer to the best of my abilities.

Jamie~ Dante isn't like the both of us… he's better than us in every aspect. So I want to know exactly what makes him a different breed?

Rose~ What makes you think he's a different breed?

Jamie~ Come on Rose both you and I have seen what happens when he isn't himself No other Night Owl has ever come close to Dante's raw power. Almost as if you've been lying to him from the start, like something inside him just gives him that huge burst of energy. It's not his emotions that powers him is it?

Rose struggles to look Jamie in the eye. To Jamie that was a clear indicator that she had Rose right where she wanted her.

Rose~ You think I've been lying to my own son this whole time? If so then you got some damn nerve.

Jamie~ Rose all you did was lie to him and for what, to keep him safe? Last time I checked you were the reason he was in a coma for three months. Then you make up some bullshit about that chain stopping his emotions from overpowering him yeah… sure.

Rose~ ...…..

Jamie~ So are you gonna tell the truth or am I gonna tell him? It's your choice. It's better for him if you tell him.

Rose~ Go to hell…

Jamie~ What's really inside him?

Rose~ Nothing you need to know!

Jamie~ Rose… come on you don't have a choice but to come clean.

Jamie holds a knife to Rose's neck.

Jamie~ And if you won't do so willingly then I'll make you.

Rose~ What's Dante gonna think when he hears you threatened to kill me!?

Jamie~ A better question is what's he gonna think when he finds out you lied to him again!? After he found you that you lied to him his whole life, after you caused him to go into a coma for three months…, after you tried to keep him from his own brother.

*Rose relaxed herself*

Rose~ You're right… I lied to him again. There is something in him that gives him that burst of energy.

Jamie~ I knew you would talk after the knife. What's inside him I want answers.

Rose~ Something dangerous and by dangerous I mean if it ever gets loose then the world as we know it will fall… please don't tell him I beg you.

Jamie~ *sigh* I won't tell him if you can promise me two things. The first promise is no more lies. All a lie does is harm it doesn't do any good to anyone. The last promise is to tell Dante about this the next time you see him. Rose, he deserves to know about this. What are you gonna do if something happens and whatever happens is out of his control? Then when whatever happens happened and has a bad result that's going to be your fault because all you do is hide from him.

Rose~ You're right… I have to stop lying to him and tell him the real truth. I just don't know how I'm gonna tell him.

Jamie~ Good, can you tell me what's inside him?

Rose~ Let's just say he's gonna have some dark days.
