Parking outside the house I took a deep breath looking up at the sunroof with my head against the seat's head. Taking my keys out of the ignition I reached for my bag on the passenger seat, slipped out of the car and locked it after.
Making my way to the door I opened it only to be once more greeted by laughter. I rolled my eyes at this as it was starting to get on my nerves. Although I didn't know why.
"I'm home!"
I called out to no one in particular.
"Ah, Addison we're in the sitting room!"
My father's booming deep voice called back with excitement laced in it. Walking to the room I saw Gloria in my father's arms, lovingly spooning her husband. Across them sat the two boys I'd been dreading to see after the whole almost committing a felony ordeal from this morning.
Luke, as bubbly as ever greeted me with a hearty smile and an enthusiastic wave.
