The Day They Disappeared

Dante's POV:

I pulled Charlie close to me and kissed his neck. "Come on sweetie.... I promise I won't cheat on you if you let me capture Raven. We go way back.... You should let me be the one to take her down and keep her as a prisoner. You know my love is only for you." Charlie frowned and pushed me away.

"Nu uh! I don't want you anywhere near her!" Charlie said sternly then shoved a bite of noodles into his mouth.

"But what if she hurts you or Riley? She's a pureblood, and she's been trained by me. I know her weaknesses....and I know how to handle her." I watched him and sighed, poking his cheek. "Come on.... What if we both took her down together.... Someone needs to clean her stone up. I smelled demon all over her, and she had cat ears. I could clean it up and bring her back."

"Look, I think we need to wait on who we are taking down until we have had a talk with Val." Charlie told me as he took a sip of his tea. "Dylan said we can't be planning this stuff out anyways because Laurence will see it and warn Paris. We have to wait on decisions. Val will tell us what to do in due time. So will Dylan." He slurped up a noodle and then coughed a bit. I growled and looked away.

"I don't see why we can't just say it's going to be me that gets her. It's not like I'm planning how yet.... I could easily just take out Laurence if you want," I mumbled and then looked at him again.

"I told you to wait." He hissed my way. "We don't want to upset Dylan or Val." He stuffed a bite of noodles into my mouth then. I ate it then nodded, leaning into him.

"Fine.... though you know I'm not a lap dog. I do what I want. Val can go take her-" I stopped myself then and took in a deep breath, not liking the wait. I could just do this myself.... Charlie frowned my way and got off the couch, going to the DVD box and put us on another movie.

"I know you like your freedom but we both agreed that we would serve under Val the minute she asked for us to. We can't just go against her orders. That would make it complicated for whatever her plans are." Charlie told me as he came back. Riley stepped into the room then and smiled as he came over to the couch, having us smoosh Charlie into a sandwich.

"Charlie." Riley purred in his ear then kissed his neck. "Can I have a bite of your noodles?" He asked and grabbed Charlie's chopsticks and got a bite for himself. I laughed and got close to Charlie to squish him further.

"So Riley.... If I asked you if you wanted to pick off a demon, what'd you say?" I asked, knowing Charlie would protest. I smirked and looked at Riley.

"Well I'd say I am more into picking off vampires but I have picked off a demon before." Riley said as he handed his twin the chopsticks.

"N-No!" Charlie growled, blushing like crazy from being between us.

"You, me, a few guns, and we'll have an awesome prisoner," I purred and squished Charlie more. Riley purred as he looked towards Charlie then moved in closer, leaning across him to get into my face.

"What kind of demon prisoner are we talking about here?" Riley asked.

"I said no!" Charlie protested, trying to push us apart. I smirked and leaned in closer.

"A tamed demon kitty cat," I told him. "She'd give us lots of good information if we managed to capture her and get her to tell us all that."

"Not until Val gives us orders!" Charlie hissed.

"Name the time and place." Riley growled happily. "I want to rip up that little monster." I smirked. I can play with Charlie's twin and get a partner to take her then.

"But... we aren't killing her, agreed?" I purred and brushed his hair behind his ear.

"Fine with me but I get to torture her... got it?" Riley asked.

"I said no!" Charlie growled.

"Charlie you don't tell us what to do you are the sub in this." Riley told him and kissed the top of his head. "Be a good boy and shut your mouth and eat these noodles before they get cold." Riley shoved the bowl into his hands. I smirked and stood up.

"We've got to lure her out of the manor though... That's the only problem. She won't come out if she knows she's being targeted in her state. I put it in her mind that she's softened. We'll need to make a good trap," I told Riley. "Want to come with me to plan one? I bet we can find something good that will get her out."

"NO!" Charlie reached for my hand and grabbed Riley's. "YOU GUYS! NO!"

"I'm home!" I heard Dylan say as the front door shut. "What's going on in there?" He asked as he appeared in the living room then. I looked to him and smirked.

"Riley and I are about to go capture a lost little kitty cat," I told him, keeping my tone light. "Charlie wants us to wait... but I think the kitty cat needs some punishment and a collar." I reached out for Riley then. "Oh, and Paris wants you to call him I believe. He showed up while you were gone, and we almost had him during the fight that broke out. Raven managed to slip from me and got to him before we could. We're going to go get her before the main fights start happening. She's gone demonic," I informed him.

"Well I think we should confirm it with Val before we go kidnapping people." Dylan told me as he walked over to an arm chair and sat down, beginning to take off his boots.

"How'd it go?" Riley asked curiously.

"They wanted me to go to another state but I told them our home is here." Dylan groaned out. He looked a bit worn out. "I had to do some training with them for a bit after we discussed business. They are setting up a new HQ here. Just a few towns over." He rubbed his back then. "I've been promoted to oversee it." He rolled his eyes as he sat back in the chair. "I'm going to retire next year and just make weapons." He seemed set on that.

"What about Paris?" Charlie asked. "Didn't you hear about what he done-"

"I'll give him a call." Dylan told him.

"C'mon Dylan.... She could spill a lot of good info," I pressed, crossing my arms. "Look, I know her. She's going to be training her little heart out because I was able to pin her in the last fight we had."

"Val doesn't want to make her moves until she's ready. Taking Raven would raise suspicions and cause Paris to delay his war to look for her. Then Val would have to delay her plans and get mad because it will ruin everything she is working hard on to build up." Dylan told us. Charlie gave me a smile, saying 'I told you so'. I thought it over then sighed. He's right.... The way things are going... Paris would stop to look for her, especially if he went and turned her into a demon.

"I guess.... Fine. I'll put the idea down for now. You should go call Paris and formally declare you're not on his side since how he's pissed at you anyways." I sat back down beside Charlie and wrapped an arm around him. There was a knock at the front door then. Dylan looked towards it and pulled out a handgun from in his pants and started for the door slowly. I frowned and got up, going with him as I pulled out the gun I kept on me. I got beside him and looked at him then at the door. "Careful," I whispered.

"It's Paris." Riley growled as he started to follow us to the door. Dylan looked towards me and Riley before looking through a side window to see fro himself. He growled and opened the door.

"You heard clear, we aren't on your side." Dylan growled out the door towards Paris who stood next to Richard. Paris narrowed his eyes and looked the gun over as it was pointed up towards his face. "Get off my property."

"Who's side are you on then?" Paris asked. "The loosing side? Aren't you cleaver. You can't have those guns out on the market Dylan."

"Like hell I can't." Dylan hissed back. I glanced from Dylan to Paris and then around him to make sure it was just Richard and him. I smirked when I saw it was, and I couldn't help but laugh. Great, there won't be a Raven this time to save them. It's two against the Ainsworths.

"Scared little demon?" I asked and leaned up against the door as I watched Paris. "I bet you are."

"I'm not scared, I just want to know why all of a sudden my dearest Ainsworths are turning against me. We have had a long line of friendship-"

"We were enemies before. My family was killed by vampires, I don't care if our friendship is gone now... You are turning out to be just like my family's killer and I want no part in it. My family aren't going to be a part of yours either. We hunt vampires like you. You are becoming scum Paris." Dylan spat. "In fact we have been instructed by HQ to hunt you down so you better run before I give Dante orders to shoot and take both of you into the basement. This is your last warning, get off my property." Paris hissed towards Dylan then.

"You are making a huge mistake Dylan." Paris told him.

"Hmmm.... You really should. I've been wanting to take him down for a long time now...." I purred, feeling my fingers start to get twitchy on my gun at the idea of shooting them.

"Oh right, you two have a past." Dylan laughed then.

"Go ahead and shoot him." Riley purred. "I want to barbeque him. Think of how the HQ will reward us." Charlie rushed for us then. Richard watched Charlie with interest then flickered his eyes to me. I smirked and pulled the trigger on Paris before it even became a thought. I reached through the doorway quickly and ripped his stone out, watching as his eyes opened wide and heard Richard shrieking as he tried to stop me. I brought my hand back and dropped Paris's stone on the floor and put my boot over it, looking at Richard as he went to catch Paris's decaying body.

"PARIS!" He screamed and started to cry, growling as he looked at me.

"Give yourself up Richard.... or Paris is gone forever," I hissed then looked at Riley, jerking my head to indicate for him to take Richard's stone. "This ends today." Riley giggled as Dylan grabbed Richard and pulled him into the manor, throwing him to Riley's feet.

"Oh hell Dante you just had to go and do this." Dylan hissed towards me. Riley took Richard's stone before he could struggle and licked it. A horrified scream sounded from the yard then.

"How could you?!" I heard a familiar voice shout in anger. Raven was standing there wide eyed then snarled as she saw their stones. "DROP THEM! I WON'T FORGIVE YOU FOR THIS DANTE! THIS IS WHY I LEFT YOU, YOU PIG! I'LL KILL YOU FOR THIS!" She pulled out a gun and went to shoot me, hitting me in the shoulder. "GET OUT HERE! I'M SERIOUS DANTE! YOU AND ME, RIGHT NOW!" I groaned in pain and looked at her, narrowing my eyes. Charlie walked up to me then and picked up Paris's stone then looked towards her.

"Run home and tell them all that we have them in custody." Charlie ordered her and put the stone in his pocket. Riley put the other stone in his pocket and laughed. Raven growled and threw a knife at Charlie, but I caught it before it could hit him and dropped it, watching as it fell.

"Raven, go home. You will be next if you don't leave this instant." She started to cry and threw another one at me.

"You bastard! Get out here and face me!" I shook my head and caught it again.

"You have three seconds," I whispered. She took a step forward, snarling. "Three," I hissed.

"THIS ISN'T OVER!" She disappeared then, leaving us.

"One," I murmured and then looked at everyone and walked back into the house, keeping my face blank. I had never heard her yell at me like that.... Nor had I seen her cry over someone else.

I looked the stones over in my hand as Raven disappeared from the yard then looked at Charlie. "Well, we got the stones," I muttered. "Let's get them to Val." I put them in my pocket. I can't believe she looked at me like that... with pure hate. I shut the door and walked towards the living room, brushing past them. Charlie took in a deep breath then walked upstairs, cursing the world around him. Riley smirked and went into the living room. I pulled out my phone and called her up as I sat down on the couch. "Val, we have their stones, It's over." I said.

"I'll be over in a few." Val said, I could hear the excitement in her voice. "ALEX! GUESS WHAT! GET LAUREN WE ARE GOING TO THE AINSWORTH'S MANOR!" I hung up and looked over at Riley.

"You should go check on Charlie," I suggested. He wasn't too happy right now. I could tell. It needed to be done though. They need to be cleansed. They're a danger to everyone.

"Uh-uh. You go check on him." Riley told me. I laughed.

"You're his twin, and he's probably mad at me," I purred.

"He's mad at me too! You better go talk to him. He's your mate but I'm family. He'll forgive me." Riley shot towards me. I sighed and got up, going up the stairs as I went to our room. I saw Charlie in there and I smiled.

"Charlie, sweetie," I purred and walked in, shutting the door behind me. "It'll be alright. They'll be cleansed and back to normal." Charlie glared me down from the window and crossed his arms.

"I told you to wait, Dante. You betrayed me. We was going to wait for Val's plans." He wined out. He looked away from me then. I sighed.

"They killed a lot of your people, didn't they?" I asked and then walked over to him. "Besides, once this is all over, we can laugh about it in the future. I'm sure it will be fine. Plus, you guys already pretty much disowned them before we did that. We'll fix it after they're cleansed." Charlie sighed then and shook his head.

"It still doesn't feel right." Charlie told me. "It's not about taking there stones... it's the fact you did it without my permission." I frowned.

"Is that all this is?" I asked and then wrapped him up in my arms and kissed his cheek. "Tell you what... next time... I'll let you take the stone if we ever need to take a pureblood's stone." I smirked and then kissed his neck. "I love you Charlie."

"Whatever Dante." He pulled away from me and went for our bed, laying down in it on his stomach and faceplanted a pillow.

"Charlie," I mumbled and followed him. "Look, I'm not going to say sorry. It needed to be done, and you know it. All I can tell you is that next time I will talk to you about something before I do something big," I told him and sat down on the edge of the bed. "I'm your mate. You shouldn't be so upset with me for too long." He nodded into the pillow and then looked up at me with a loving expression.

"Okay Dante... I love you." He whispered softly. I smiled.

"I love you too," I purred and then laid down by him, kissing his neck. "Come here cutie," I teased and then pulled him on top of me, stealing a kiss from his lips. He leaned in and kissed me deeply, rubbing my sides. I purred and tilted my head as I deepened the kiss and ran my hands down his back slowly. He pulled back and then went to get off of me. I didn't let him and smirked, stealing another kiss and then went to his neck, biting in and remarking him. He moaned and melted on top of me, hiding his face into the pillow by me. I laughed and then flipped us so I was on top and then started to take his shirt off. He stopped me quickly and laughed softly.

"Nope." He told me. "I'm not giving in." I smirked at him.

"Is that so?" I teased and then leaned in, kissing him. I started to trail kisses down to his neck and then started trading them out for love bites, marking him as mine. He moaned and arched his back under me then grabbed at my shirt. He purred into my ear. I smirked and slipped my shirt off then and quickly took his off, tossing them both across the room. I looked him over and laughed then gave him a love bite on his chest. He gasped then pushed me up a bit.

"Hey! I said I'm not giving in." He told me firmly. I grabbed his hands then and pinned them down.

"Charlie," I purred his name out seductively and looked into his eyes. "My beautiful mate...." He looked me in the eyes and let out a small moan. I smirked and leaned in, kissing his lips and then grinded my hips against him. He struggled to get his hands free then and let out a louder moan, sounding like he was giving in. I let go of his hands then. I win.... I smirked against his lips and slipped my tongue into his mouth as I ran a hand down to his pants. He sunk under me in a way as he wrapped his arms around my neck. I got ahold of his tongue and sucked on it as I unbuttoned his pants and shoved them down. I undid my pants and pushed them down too, not taking my time about it. He let out another moan and wrapped his legs around my waist, purring like a cat. I laughed and pulled our boxers off, giving him the best make up to an argument ever..

~Time Skip~

I looked over at Val and pulled out the stones, showing them to her. "So we'll cleanse them?" I asked, making sure. Val laughed and reached out for them, giving a small smirk.

"Yeah, sure." Val told me, glad to get the stones. Charlie stood by me with his arms crossed. I pulled the stones back then, sensing something was off. I shoved them into my pocket and looked her over.

"Yeah, sure? That doesn't sound so sure Val," I hissed.

"Dante, hand over the stones." Val said firmly. "You're being ridiculous." She looked over at Lauren who was sitting on the couch. "Right Laur?" I tilted my chin up at her.

"Well, if the goal is to cleanse them... I will do it," I told her. "You don't have to." I made sure to keep a tight grip on them in my pocket. No way was I giving them to a druggie pureblood who didn't sound right about the whole thing. She'll do something to them- something far worse than what we've done. I looked towards Charlie then out of the corner of my eyes. Val growled then and looked towards my pocket then tackled me before I could get away and went for my pocket. I widened my eyes and then flipped us, growling at her as I exposed my fangs. I sunk them down into her neck and tore out a chunk of her flesh, spitting it at her face then got to my feet and grabbed Charlie. I ran with him out of the room and slammed the door shut. "I knew it. She's up to something else. That was a weird answer for that question," I hissed towards Charlie. I looked at him. "We need to scatter. Charlie, get everyone out. We don't want the stones to be found." I gave him the two stones and stole a kiss. "I'll make her think I have them. Just get out of here. We can't bring them back. They're in danger from Val." I pushed him away then and glared at the door as I waited for her to come. As soon as the door was open, I pulled out my gun and shot at Alex who was standing there then took off running, slipping my free hand into my pocket where they had been, feigning that I had them still. Val took off after me with a vicious growl.

"DANTE GIVE ME THOSE STONES!" Val growled. "I WANT THEM! GIVE THEM TO ME!" The hall started to light up in fire in front of me then. "BASTARD! We had a deal!" She hissed. "I want those stones." I used my fire powers to make a path for me and slipped out of her range quickly, shooting them back up as soon as I was clear. I shot my gun at her then.

"YOU RUINED THE DEAL VAL! WE AGREED TO CLEANSE! NOT KILL!" I shouted back at her. "I WON'T LET YOU HAVE THEIR STONES! EVER!"

"DANTE! I NEED THOSE STONES! I THOUGHT YOU HATED THEM! WE HAVE THE CHANCE TO GET RID OF THEM FOR ONCE! THINK OF WHAT THE WORLD WILL BE LIKE!" Val yelled towards me.

"YEAH, I HATE HIS GUTS! BUT I'M NOT LETTING YOU HAVE THEIR STONES! YOU'LL EVENTUALLY OFF ME TOO! I'M NOT STUPID!" I screamed at her. "YOU'RE A CRAZY, POWER-HUNGRY, DRUGGIE BITCH!"

"I'M NOT A BITCH!" Val growled and appeared in front of me, tackling me. "TAKE THAT BACK!" She growled, biting into my neck and ripping out a chunk then spit it out. I growled and put the gun against her chest, right above her stone.

"I don't take back what I say. I am Dante- the Prince of Germany. No one double crosses me or uses me and gets away with it. I'm a War God," I hissed at her.

"Mark my word, if you don't destroy his stone then he will crush yours one day." Val told me, knocking the gun out of my hand and then kneed me. She went for my pocket then. I grabbed her hand and twisted her wrist around till I heard it snap then brought my knee up right at her elbow, breaking it. I growled at her.

"You'd crush mine too- You just want power," I hissed.

"Isn't that what we all want?" Val asked me then grabbed at my throat with her other hand. "It's what everyone wants." She let out a painful cry as she went into my pocket, searching for the stone. I laughed darkly as I heard the manor grow silent. Good, they got out in time.

"Yeah, but I know better than to let someone else have the upper hand," I purred. "They're gone, and you'll never find their stones. I promise you that. In this pureblood war of life... you can't ever have friends unless they're your mate," I hissed and then shoved her away from me. She got to her feet and kicked me.

"You let them go!" She hissed and then took off for the doors, as we heard cars pulling away. "They're hunters for criest sakes! Dante you don't actually think they care about you? They we're sticking around you to get the bait. Now they're probably going to destroy those stones anyways." She laughed evilly then. "Louis is going to have a field day." She whispered then turned to me. "You do realize that if we don't crush those stones though... and they end up falling back into Louis's hands... they'll come for us all. Then where will you be? Because they don't know I was apart of this." She snickered then. I smirked.

"You say that now..." I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture of her then sent it out onto the Vampire Hunter's system and sent it out among certain channels that I knew would be watched by the Grimm family. "They'll know you were here." I got to my feet and smirked. "You're going down with me if I'm going down." She laughed then and walked towards the livingroom.

"I'm not going down. ALEX!" She yelled. "Alex is Alexander the Great... He never looses. WE'RE LEAVING! Lauren!- Lauren!?" She froze up in the doorway to the livingroom. "WHERE DID SHE GO!? ALEX!"

Val's POV:

Alex was laying on the floor in a pool of his blood, scratching at the floor under him as he tried to keep in screams of pain. His whole body was trembling from the bullet in his shoulder. I sighed and walked over to him then picked him up. I set the manor on fire then as I left it, going to my car that was waiting outside. I made sure the manor was engulfed into flames and then drove away. How dare Lauren leave me! I hissed out in anger as I drove towards the coast. I looked towards Alex, sad about what happened. Everything was supposed to go my way. We was supposed to rule together... perhaps I was doing too much drugs to think that I could win. I'm an Italian princess and all I will ever be good for is waving the white flag around. I sniffled. "Maybe I've done one too maybe drugs." I admitted finally. "We're going to sea Alex.... and we won't be coming back to shore... that I promise." If I show my face around here any time soon I might get shot. Freaking Dante... "He doesn't realize that keeping that white haired son of a bitch alive will ruin us all. Can't he see from our past? Having Dante around too is going to set our pants on fire while we sleep at night. Purebloods are untrustworthy, that I do know." Lauren must have left because she knows that she's probably screwed too for hanging around me. I groaned and then gave Alex a knife. "Get that bullet out." I ordered him. I was lucky to have only a few grazes. He growled at me and took the knife. He cursed under his breath as he cut into himself and then got the bullet out.

"You couldn't give me a damn knife sooner?" He hissed at me, sounding upset.

"Nope." I told him. "I thought I would let you suffer a little first." I teased him. He narrowed his eyes at me and then looked out the window, pissed. I growled, pissed myself. "How could this happen?" I asked him.

"Don't ask me- I'm just the one bodyguard that got shot! SHEESH!" He snapped at me.

"Grrr." I hit the steering wheel and looked towards him. "Dang it!" I yelled. "I failed my own mission." He muttered something under his breath but shut up. I glared him down then. "You can't say anything! You're the one that is supposed to have my back, body guard." I stuck out my tongue at him. "I'm going to sea for the next century now and I'm going to drugs... you can't stop me. You're coming with." His eyes widened.

"WHAT?!" He looked at me. "THE SEA?! WHY?! IT'S TERRIBLE!"

"It's the last place they'll look." I explained.

"You're going to have to drag me," he muttered.

"I plan to." I told him. "I'll knock you out." He glared at me then.

"You better not. I hate the sea."

"Oh I will." I told him. "I love the sea." I laughed then. "I love the rocking of the boat." He started to look sick then. I started to swerve the car a bit to mess with him. He rolled down the window and threw up out of the car. I laughed and made sure the doors was on childproof locked. He started to try to open the door then, not noticing he couldn't. He growled in frustration. I laughed and watched as the door stayed shut. I rolled up the window then to mess with him.

"NO!" He looked panicked and started to hit the window. "No, no, no, no!" He pressed up against the door then. "VAL! I DON'T LIKE THE SEA! WHY NOT ALASKA?!"

"Because Alaska is Donnie's best friend." I told him. "As well as Canada." He looked at me and then crawled over, getting in my lap. He kissed my neck and then my lips desperately. I kissed him back and kept driving. "Alex, we're doing this." I told him. He growled and then kissed me again, trying to change my mind. I shook my head and pulled out of the kiss.

"Val," he murmured and then leaned in towards my neck. He kissed it gently and then bit in. I groaned, letting him bite me.

"I want to go." I told him. "Not die here." He sighed and kept drinking my blood but relaxed.

"Alright," he mumbled against my neck. "The sea...." He licked my neck and drank, moaning under his breath. I shook my head, trying to get him away from my neck.

"Alex, I'm driving you big girl." I hissed.

"I'm not a girl. I'm the best thing that ever happened to you," he purred.

"Probably so." I told him. "You act like a girl though."

"Do not. I'm just hungry. I got shot," he muttered and then bit in again, making my blood flow better for him. I moaned softly, giving him a nod.

"Fine, drink up." I told him. "If we wreck though, you're paying for the car damages."

"We're going to the sea. You don't need a car," he purred and then finished. He got out of my lap then and licked his lips clean. "Better get a big boat. I don't want to be stuck on a little one."

"I'll get a huge ship." I told him. "We'll have plenty to do on it and then some." I promised. "We'll be pirates." He nodded and smiled, looking out the window.
